He didnt make us uncomfortable and didnt push us to buy more than we wanted, much more than I can say for Matress Firm. Excellent prices and equally excellent service! Very straightforward, no gimmicks, no hidden prices.He told us about the different brands and whos most frequently purchased, they never keep a mattress on the floor that gets warrantied too much. Pillows are half the price when you purchase a mattress, they also offer mattress protectors and high thread bed sheets. Ive had family purchase from here and now my cousin and I, and so far were very happy :)

After 30 years I was able to get a new mattress. Shopped today here and felt so important. Cindy was so helpful & not at all pushy. No Bill lives up to it’s name. I contacted Cindy and explained we were moving to Charlotte from Des Moines, IA and needed a new mattress delivered today. Cindy told me that if I arrive by 11:00am, she would accommodate me. Cindy wasn’t working today, however, her extremely friendly, very competent daughter, Alyssa took excellent care of us.

Update 4/15/21 - Weve now had our memory foam mattress and adjustable frame for a couple months and we absolutely LOVE it!! This has been one of the BEST investments weve made in a long time. This was our first experience shopping for a mattress. We found No Bull on a google maps search. We decided to check it out, figured it was too good to be true. We worked with Cindy. She showed us the layout of the store and left us be for a bit (a welcomed rarity in the sales world) to test them out. She checked back in after 10 minutes or so and led us in the right direction. We chose a memory foam mattress that was incredibly well priced. We decided we should try a couple more stores before purchasing. We tried 3 other stores and each was more expensive/frustrating than the last. We headed back to No Bull. Cindy greeted us kindly, showed us a few pillows and we completed the sale. We can’t speak highly enough of Cindy and No Bull. She was helpful, kind, not pushy and truly wanted to get to know us. She didn’t bat an eye when we left the first time, like she knew we’d be back but respected that we had to figure it out for ourselves. Not only was this the best mattress sales experience we’ve had, it’s quite possibly the best sales experience we’ve had.
