Pretty good phone service with the exception that if they run specials, those specials are for new customers only. They would rather lose a customer over giving a discount than to keep a long standing, paying customer.

They have good customer service, but I have gotten 4 cool pad legacy phone #2020 phone in the last month because it keep freezing when I text or on a phone call and it freezes I cant hang up and I asked if I could trade this phone in and get a different kind of phone and pay the price difference and they said no so now Im stuck with a phone that really doesnt work so now I have to switch to a different company

Valentina and Jennifer want to scam you into paying $46.50 for activation when buying a SIM card that is $10. You can activate your SIM yourself but they insist you must pay them the extra fee. Avoid this store and the other store owned by Nazah? You can buy the SIM cards at Target or Walmart.

I bought another boost Phone on line from boost. They want $25 to transfer my number to the new phone. Im thinking about going somewhere else!!!!!
