Sometimes it gets very busy. With only 2 reps. You have to wait a long time. It also depends on which location you shop. What kind of services you will receive and how quick. Also depends on how knowledgeable the rep. WILL BE at different locations. Some of the locations have more Updated presentations and products. Some are more Eagar to really explain and help their customers. So if you dont get the Customer Service you want at a particular location. I would leave and go to another. Sorry to say!

Nice clean new store. Lots of space despite its small exterior. Well placed social distancing and seats while waiting. Great selection of phones available for viewing and testing. Even better is a staff that is friendly and patient. A special thanks to Brittney who helped me pick out the best plan and phone. Even more thanks for Brittney taking a ton of time making sure all my data from my old phone was expertly transferred to my new one. Great people and great service! Thanks y’all, and Holiday On!

Not a corporate T-Mobile store so essentially worthless unless you want to buy a phone.

Z was a very professional and friendly manager, and the other employees (don’t remember their name) were very kind! We will be coming back for all our tech issues and needs!

XAVIER NORMAN was extremely helpful, answered all of my questions and his coworkers threw their “2 cents” in to insure that I encountered the optimal experience with T-mobile.

I was so excited a few months ago to get a brand new phone but I knew Id have to pay off my old one first. But the store manager there said that he could do something special for me to take old phone off my hands, and he would credit me the amount for the phone and then do the new phone on a new plan and would even somehow get rid of the taxes and SIM card fees. Well, what actually happened was the old phone I still had to pay for, the new phone was not placed in the right program and I honestly think he found a way to sell me a phone so he got some commission off of it - doing the right thing was an afterthought. I trusted him to do the right thing and instead he messed up my account and caused me (no joke) 9 hours of messaging and calls with T-Mobile to fix. Not to mention that they ended up putting a credit on my account only to take it off later and charge me it all back with no warning. Ive been a T-Mobile customer for 9 years and Id love to say this is a rare occurrence, but its every day operation unfortunately. Check your details here before you decide to buy a phone from this particular store. T-Mobile ended up fixing the program ultimately but I will not be returning to this store in the future for service.
