It says it opens at 10,I pulled up at 10:07 to the gentleman opening the door at 10:07,so I go to the door & ask was he open,he said NOT YET,so the service I was ready to get there I didn’t & took my money elsewhere.Niceness goes a long way in a business such as this.Lost a customer.Just try to greet people better next time,I would’ve waited if his customer service would’ve been better.

This is the only store I trust. I drive out of my way to come to this store. And the only person that allow to touch my phone is Torrey. Ive seen some shady stuff in other stores, and non of that in the Mauldin location. Plus they have the patience to help do what I needed them to do with my device instead of being lied to and rushed out of other locations.

Tory is awesome! We went there to switch from Verizon, and he got to the point and is extremely knowledgeable. He knows the specs and details of every phone without having to look at them. My husband was stuck on getting the Samsung A20 and Tory had just sold out so he called all the other stores to find us the phone we wanted and had them hold them for us. He definitely goes above and beyond for any customer that steps in his store.

This store is as bad as customer service can be. I live 3 mins from it, and will do everything possible to not have to go there. I drive 10 mins down the road to another store just to avoid interacting with the incompetent employees behind the counter. Thought maybe after not going in for a few months things would be different. Unfortunately nothing has changed as of yesterday.

Unprofessional, unhelpful, unintelligent. Overall a very underwhelming experience.A simple device change took 45 minutes.One rep was clueless, but trying to get it accomplished, while the other rep seemed like she knew what she was doing, and didn’t bother to help at all, and even suggested to have “me” the customer, call customer service to accomplish this.Why even have a store if these are the employees in it?Only giving it 2 stars because the one employee “tried.”

Corrie and Jill were the best customer service agents I have met... I came into the store with limited time and they took care of me and I was on time to make it to work... The ladies did an amazing job, and I had to come back in the store to fix my phone update and Corrie and Breanna were working and I promise you still that amazing customer service... And greeted me by my name that made me as a customer walking in the store for the time feel special and important... This store in Mauldin on West Butler in Greenville SC is one amazing store, go check them out

Jill my girl yet she wasnt working Coriee came up and showed out. Love the location. No one else can beat the ladies up there. Only go to Jill and definitely check out my girl Coriee Todd!! They are awesome the rest of the employees are no where near these two. Coriee say she work Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday go see her. Much respect and very effective and fast. Visited 01/27/19If either one leave Imma leave bump Metro at that point. Ill follow these ladies. They know the tools and products.!!
