Zykiria was the best Verizon representative I have ever met or worked with! It was a pleasure dealing with her. Zykiria went above and beyond and I am thrilled with my new phone and its activation!!!

Zykiria went incredibly above and beyond to help me out. She was exceptionally patient with me. I am hearing impaired and not very technologically inclined. She wrote down information that I needed to remember. She called Technical Support on my behalf and dealt with them so I did not have to.She is extremely knowledgeable and I felt that she cared about me as a person not just a customer.I give her a glowing recommendation and I would always ask for her help at this store!!!!!!She showered tremendous kindness to me and helped me beyond any expectations I had.She is a terrific asset to your company and she deserves a promotion and a raise!!!!!

We had an extremely pleasant experience with David at the time of sale. I was very satisfied until the bill came. What we were lead to believe is far different than what is a happening. We paid $500 the day of the sale, my first bill was an additional $500 and my monthly bill is 50 more than I was paying with Verizon previously. We had a military discount that was never added so I called to get it worked out. It still has not been added.I called the Verizon company and they said this is not actually a Verizon store. They are an “authorized reseller.” It is better to go to a real Verizon store and you can get that info on the Verizon website.I hate that I am now stuck in a garbage contract. Kindness distracts you while confusion raids your purse. I will regret the day I resigned with this company for the next two years. Don’t be tantalized by a “free phone.” I would’ve saved more by purchasing the phones for cash and saving all the hidden fees. Regret!!! Buyer beware.

I dont think I have ever been into a Verizon where I have been treated so good! The sales rep was David Clayton and when I came in I had so many questions because Im and old lady and he literally took his time with me and helped me out so much. I went there with an issue with my phone and decided it was time for an upgrade. Andrew was the person who assisted me he was polite, very helpful and knowledgeable. He gave me his phone number to reach out to him if I had any issues. He also went out of his way to make sure I was able to get the phone case I needed. My husband and I made the decision to switch carriers to save money. We have been Verizon customers for years. I needed some information from Verizon to complete the process. Very disappointed in the customer service. Had issues with my email updating and all he wanted to do was try and upgrade me to a new phone.. when I wasn’t interested he pretended to look at the issue I was having for a couple of minutes then tell me try this and if it doesn’t work then come back .. waste of time .. won’t be back to that store .. I didn’t get his name but he had orange/red hair and a funny looking mouth ! Next time just say you don’t know

We went to this Verizon last night on a whim to upgrade our phones. I called and made an appointment with Taylor an hour before they closed. First, I like this Verizon was open on sundays a little later than a few others around me. But it was also very clean inside and not busy at all.Taylor was very patient with us upgrading because my transfer took forever and my kids were acting crazy! She was so kind and kept saying she didn’t mind even though she was with us way past closing. She was fully informative about our upcoming bill & explaining everything thoroughly, which we really appreciated! She helped us so much with our upgrade of our new phones and the return of our old ones. She was amazing and we can’t thank her enough. :)

David Clayton was a good salesman at the moment of our purchase. When I got my bill later, he had screwed up my total amount. After calling Verizon 3 times, nothing has improved or changed. Youd be better off just buying a new phone outright. They arent going to be honest with your total amount, and youll be jumping through hoops to correct their mistakes.

One of the best Verizon stores weve been to! David C., the employee who assisted us, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful in selecting good phones for both my wife and I that were within our budget and provided us with what we were looking for. He even drove to another nearby location for us to pick up a phone that was not in stock at his location. Great customer service! I will definitely be returning in the future.

Not one for doing reviews nor considering many service experiences excellent however must give big props to the Mauldin Verizon Team. Went in with little hope of retrieving any information but my man Nate was determined to not allow me to leave until all was resolved. Though working past hours of operation others like Zykeria (awesome) and Andrew got engaged to work thru issues. They had to want to leave but never gave off that vibe. I walked out with phone working perfectly but most impressed that some people still care and work as a team. JH

That was so nice and helpful .my sales lady Zykiria Taylor was the sweetest and so very help full showed us the phones and told us which one was the best.she even helped me take two lines off my bill by calling. She was a big help to us we where in and out in about 1 hour and 15 mins. She was very patient with us and new what she was talking about . thank you for all your help today Zykiria Taylor .

Went in today for new phone talked to a guy told him what I wanted and spend he told me I could get a free phone and a monthly payment for what I wanted to spend checked my credit score it was good then he left to check on something then came back and said that promotion ended yesterday and I would have to buy a phone and price would be different he just wasted my time and I wont ever go back here update July 13th saw commercials saying free phones

Went up there tonight after having an iPhone 7 for 4+ years, and being with AT&T since 2007, to finally upgrade my phone and just to see what kind of offer I could get. Left with two brand new iPhone 11’s, an iPad and officially a Verizon customer for the first time, and saved some money on my monthly bill in the process. John B was great and helpful, took the time to complete the install and transfer of our phones, even took the time to put the glass screen protectors and cases on the phones. Just a little something extra that we didn’t have to deal with, made the entire experience a little easier. Great work and great sustainer service.

We were recently looking for a Verizon Gizmo watch for our 7y old son. Come to find out, Verizon had discontinued the products but a rep in a store we were visiting out of town, Andrew Wallace, said he’d do what he could to find us one that might be lying around in stock at another store since the store where he typically works did not have one. He was able to locate one, got it set up with me over the phone and even mailed it to me to save me a trip since I live over an hour from his store. His service was very prompt, courteous and professional, and I appreciated so much him going out of his way to make a happy customer, even if it was a small sale. He followed my order up with a personal thank you note as well. Great service. Lots of energy. Good customer service is extremely important to me since I’m in sales, and he took such good care of us.

I just got an upgrade and had the best experience I’ve personal ever had. My salesperson was Andrew Wallace and he was outstanding. From start to finish, he showed amazing customer service not from just a business stand point but from a person to person standpoint as well. He answered all of my questions and no stone was left unturned. He made the label, boxed and completely prepackaged my phone for me to ship back to Verizon. I then purchase a screen protector and he registers it in store for me because 90% of people that purchase don’t and can’t benefit from the warranty. He showed me what all accessories looked like on my phone if I would like to come back and purchase. Last but not least, I personally have lost pictures and contacts and notes through Verizon and transferring of data. He used a Macbook and transferred all the data and then we went through every app and program and checked to see if everything was there and it was. 100% the best, 10 customer service rating on a scale of 1-5!!!

Andrew Wallace is a great salesman! He takes things into his own hands if a problem arises. In the past He has set me up with multiple devices on my Verizon account.I only deal with him when I come to Verizon.I would highly recommend him to serve any need you might have when it comes to phones, services and customer support. He does a very thorough job when upgrading my devices and explaining what my total costs will be per month when the changes are made.

Rob was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful in taking care of my need to clear up my account in reference to a tablet that I had purchased on sale from another store which was not up front about being placed on a 2 year contract. In order to get my account straightened out, he had to call Verizon customer service, explain my situation which entailed being put on hold numerous times. He ramained professional, friendly, and patient with customer service throughout the duration of the phone conversation which took about 40-50 minutes. One of the best experience that I have had with a sales representative! What ever he is being paid is not enough for the service he rendered! I am one-hundred percent satisfied with his service. Kudos to you Rob! Keep up the exceptional work! Too bad, you are not able to be cloned! All sales reps should aspire to emulate your professionalism!

I managed to smash my iPhone glass into a zillion pieces. When I came into the store, Charlie helped me to upgrade to a newer iPhone since it wasn’t worth paying the deductible on my older smashed one. During the whole experience he kept me informed, was honest about which plan would save me the most money, and chatted with me so my visit wouldn’t be quite so boring. He took the time to be sure that all of my data (which was extensive) was transferred from my old phone to my new one and was extremely attentive. I’ll never go to another Verizon store as long as this one is open.Oh, and ask Charlie to see the video about the HUM when you go in.

Charlie went above and beyond the mediocre service you get at any retail store. His knowledge far exceeds any wireless phone business I have experience with. Excellent service is rare these days and I would recommend Charlie as his work ethic and knowledge on a scale of 1-10 is a 20.
