Best customer service Ive seen out of an auto body shop in a very long time. Very quick and knowledgeable!

Took one of our vehicles to the Colonial Body and Paint Shop in downtown Mechanicsville this morning for an insurance estimate. The staff were all wearing a CoV mask and everyone was very friendly and helpful. The estimate work took about 30 minutes from start to finish. The shop is located in a convenient location, about a half mile from the nearby 295 Mechanicsville exit or a short few miles drive down 360 east from 64. I wont be able to fully rate them on their auto body and paint work until next week when we are scheduled to pick up our vehicle. Sometime after I receive my vehicle, I will inspect the vehicle and post an update to this post.Colonial Body and Paint Shop in downtown Mechanicsville did a fantastic job. I will recommend them to anyone needing paint and body work. A+ all around 👍👍

I was in a car accident that required some body work. Colonial is by far the best body shop Ive ever used. Other shops I used in the past had delays and sometimes problems with the quality of work. Not Colonial. They were right on time and the quality of work was top notch, the first time. Highly recommend.

They repaired some damage to our car after our son hit a deer. It was an older car and parts are difficult to find. They did a good job of getting it back into shape without a huge cost. Everyone there was professional and courteous. We hope to never need them again, but with teenage drivers, its good to have a body shop we trust!

Ive had the same bumper problem for over 6 months every time somebody would come over they would always try to fix it. I brought my car over to colonial and Tony was checking it out to give me a bid and he pushes it right in within 5 minutes and fixes it immediately. These guys are really good and really honest. I would definitely highly recommend colonial body and paint shop to everybody!

I own a 12 yr old BMW135I that is an *family heirloom* (hand me down)😉. Recently *Gypsy* was the victim of a hit and run in a parking lot. I knew the repairs would be iffy because the paint was already oxidized and chipped badly, but she had to be fixed just to drive. Colonial did a awesome job of blending the old with the new, and even did extra to my rims etc. To make sure it all blended. Gypsy looks better than ever, and these guys are ROCK STARS! USE THEM!

Wife hit a deer one night so we took it to Colonial and it looks brand new. Cant even tell it had damage. The staff was super nice as well!

Very wonderful experience. I wasnt sure of what to expect, but I was pleasantly impressed. They did a great job on my car. My car is 16 years old...they called it vintage. Haha. It was the victim of a hit and run. I wasnt sure if they were going to be able to find the parts needed to fix it, but they did and she looks good. The ladies at the front desk were an absolute joy. I recommend using their business!

Took my car there to get it fixed after an accident, they were much faster than I thought and my car was only gone for a week or so! Definitely would use them!

Colonial is a great place to go for your auto body fixes. They may not always be the fastest but their work is flawless and theyre honest. Always polite and helpful. Ive been going to them for 10 plus years and have no intention of stopping.

Colonial recently repaired my Volvo after an accident. They did absolutely beautiful work. I was amazed. When I picked it up it was even clean inside and out and my 8 year old Volvo looked brand new again. I would definitely recommend them.

Worst estimate company I’ve ever been to. They try to lie to you and and tell you that they have to submit estimate to the insurance right away. Which keep you from getting multiple estimate and choosing to send to insurance company.
