I had shopped around prior to using MP&B. I found they were extremely reasonable compared to many other shops and they were much more welcoming. Audra went above and beyond to explain exactly what my car needed. I appreciated that they didn’t try to cut corners by ordering “cheaper” parts and only used dealership OEM parts. Not only did they do an amazing job on my car, they were fast, efficient, and had a great work atmosphere from a customers perspective. Highly recommend!

Ive called this company to schedule an estimate for a minute infraction. They declined to schedule an appointment since they were short staffed and offered to return a phone call and did not return the call in regards to the inquiry. I am not familiar with nor did I speak with someone named Audrey Morgan. I am really pleased that I have dodged a bullet with the professionalism this company is currently giving out.

She told me all about insurance companies and the game, along with the steps needed to fix my car.She also made recommendations that I forgot about which saved me money in the end and the final product is in the photo. My car looks BRAND NEW and they even popped out an old dent that I had from another incident. I just picked up my son’s car which was hit while parked in front of our house.Steve and his crew did excellent work on fixing the damage headlight, fender and driver’s door. Needless to say the car looks good. The young lady at the front desk was very sweet, polite and informative about the car. If you need work done on your car go to Mechanicsville Body and Paint Shop and talk to Steve. I guarantee you will not be let down.

Car was misaligned from repairs . car had to go back for repairs to be completed properly . The owner said the steering wheel was removed and put back on straight . Wrong color grill was installed was told to talk to insurance company for correct repair . Dealer confirmed after market parts were used and the car was misaligned . Body shop would not stand behindwork and made excuses

My mothers car was rear ended and required a new bumper. The generic bumper required by insurance didnt fit, so Mechanicsville P&B had to order a second bumper. My mother had difficulty finding a ride to pick up her car due to the delay, and Audra Morgan at Mechanicsville P&B offered to come pick her up and give her a ride to the shop. My mother was so grateful to Audra for going FAR beyond the call of duty and helping her this way. The car looked like new. This shop did an outstanding job and has exceptional customer service. Outstanding job on my 2014 Escape. I backed into our mailbox and put a long scratch and crease in two rear quarter panels. I didnt want to run it through insurance and they really worked with me on the price; very reasonable. Restored it back to looking just like it did the day I bought it! Perfect job, and had it done in exactly the time they promised. Would not hesitate to use them again.

My daughter hit a deer with her Nissan Sentra. Our mechanic recommended Mechanicsville Paint and Body. She is an adult but never dealt with this type of situation before. Being dad I said I would ride with her but I wanted her to deal with the business and I would answer questions if needed. I was so impressed with the entire process. They were most thorough and explain in detail what they could do. They explained all the different options and never pushed her to spend more then necessary. They job was completed in less time than they had promised. The work was impeccable. The car looks brand new. These people truly treat the customer like family. I would recommend their business to all.
