Bill Talley Ford Mechanicsville. Worse service dept ever. I bought a car there under warranty. The waterpump went and car was running hot this past weekend. It was the beginning of my vacation and I was going out of town Tuesday so I needed a fast turnaround or a rental which was also covered under my warranty. So...I went to the dealership first thing Monday morning. I was talking to a young man and he has to ask his coworker, Elizabeth Reed, a question. She was the rudest person I have dealt with. Needless to say she told me they dont work on my car, bought a pre-owned Equinox, and told me I had to take to Chevy dealer on Laburnum, again keep in mind my car was overheating! I questioned it and still told to do so. So I did and the Chevy dealer looked at me like I was crazy! Finally after not being able to get anyone at BT Mechanicsville to call me I had to let the car cool and drive home.When I got back home I called Bill Talley on Laburnum and finally good service. Kevin got me in immediately. Diagnosed and he took care of everything.But wait, there is more...after I finally got the car diagnosed and in for repair, I still could not get anyone at Mechanicsville to call me back about a rental and again I was to go out of town the next morning. Finally I got in my old car, that I no longer have insured, to drive up to actually talk to someone. At 5pm I was in a rental.It took my entire 1st day of vacation to get settled. Beware once you drive away from Bill Talley in Mechanicsville, you become a number.

Good service as agreed upon. No complaints would recommend, at least for oil change. No other services done at this location as of this point in time.

These guys took care of me in a very expedient manner. I was there at 7:00 but the ice storm kept them from opening so I got some breakfast came back and they opened at 10:00 and shut down at 12:00 because of the coming storm. They got me in got my plugs changed and out the door in that 2-hour window and Im so appreciative of that. I will be back

Will never do business here again!!!1st and last time here.Waited an hour for oil change because they has no oil filter for car but been scheduled all week. Then told me they took off $8 for the wait only to inflate the parts amount and act like I was given a discount. Just moved to the area so went to this location.Just had the works on last oil change a few months ago @ laburnum location and paid the same amount.....REALLY back to the Laburnum location where I should have went this time...Lesson learned...Kevin I will be back to your location.

They were very busy, but still took care of my vehicle.

I no longer live in Hanover near this location, but I drive the extra 30 minutes because of the exceptional service and quality work I receive at every appointment. Today was no exception. A state inspection, 4 new tires and I’m on my way. Thank you to Joe for taking such good care of me and my car!5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The employees in the service there was excellent went in to get a remote for the car to unlock door and locked doors gentleman there met that helped me was great also had another gentleman Jesse program that to my car was a great experience

The team here is great. Came in for a basic oil change and tire rotation, and the manager Wes Brown informed me that they would fix my bumper for free, as I was rear ended the week before by an uninsured individual. The bumper was popped back in its original position, and I was on my way.
