We do not recommend this shop for Honda commercial engine rebuilds. The two Honda gx270 motors we scheduled to have repaired took 81/2 weeks to repair and were charged $1,551. Promises were made to contact us with updates but were not followed through on. We were relying on a quick professional experience, but were provided slow and unresponsive service during a crucial time of our company’s year.

3rd year in a row to get generator serviced at this company. Previous 2 years, very satisfied. Pleasant customer service, very satisfied. This year ( 9-12-18), took generator for service. Picked it up 2 days later. Got it home, started it. It ran for 2 minutes, cut off. Checked for gas. Realized it still had 1/2 tank full of old gas. Returned it to this company. Asked if they normally drain the old gas. Owner told me yes. Told him that the old gas hadnt been drained. He actually lost control cursed me out in front of onlookers and told me to get the f___ off of his property. I called Hanover county police to handle the situation. Ended up going to Hanover county court and filed a civil suit. Paid $137.00 to this company for nothing. Ended up taking generator to another company. They drained the old gas out and put new gas in, problem solved. Repairs inc would rather pay court cost, attorney fees and my $140.00 back, vs a ten minute fix. Would not recommend them to anyone for service. Especially if you have to have to deal with the owner.

We got a motor replaced for our Dodge 1500 and the owner is very professional and thorough.He does very good work and gave a great warranty with the service he provides,I will be taking all my vehicles there from now on and recommending him to my friends.

Overpriced and unreasonable. I do not recommend this buisness. Make sure to ask how much they charge per hour, it was almost $100 for me. Carburater was overpriced $60 for a push mower. Then sold my mower the same day i had an issue with pricing.

We dropped off our tiller 2.5 weeks ago on April 29th. No calls from this business at all with news. My husband called last week and was told theyd call us next week. I called today, one week later, and was told they might get to it this weekend. Mary informed me they are just now working on equipment dropped off on May 25th. It is plainly obvious they havent even looked at it yet! Its unreasonable to accept a job if you cant even perform a basic diagnosis for 3 weeks. Unacceptable.
