The transmission went out on our Armada in Ohio just as we were preparing to return to our home in Arizona. We also had to get to our granddaughters wedding in West Virginia on the way.As soon as they got approval from Nissans Good Will Program, Nick and his awesome team at Ganleys service department arranged to have a transmission delivered overnight and installed it the next day. We made it to the wedding on time, and were able to finish a 3000 mile trip back to Arizona. The new transmission is working great.

I have never purchased a new vehicle here but I have had my Nissan service/warranty work done here for my 2021 Nissan Titan. Chris in the service department has been exceptional. Great communication from him and his department. They have gone above and beyond to correct the few issues I’ve had with the panoramic roof. Easily the best service I’ve had for any vehicle I have ever owned. I will continue to bring my truck here and may potentially buy a new Nissan from them. If their sales experience is anything like their service, I know I will be happy.

I called a few other dealerships about availability of trucks. Soon as I explained my credit situation most couldn’t work with me, and some even went as far as lying and saying the truck had sold once I asked about their financing dept. Ken Ganley was excellent to work with Darwin in the financing dept was excellent upfront and understanding, went out of his way to get me into the truck I wanted. Nick Cleer was a outstanding sales representative and was very personable and easy to work with, answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable to come back with anything I needed in the future. A extremely first class dealership and would recommend to anyone!

Sales person Ethan was great with his no pressure. It did change with other guys coming in. Was told you would pay off my trade, when I looked at my papers they had put it as negative equity which was not the impression I got. The payments were fine and as the insurance guy said, you can make my trade look like its worth a lot more and still come up with the same figures. Not cool, but ok.

Can I give 0 stars? The sale rep either was trying to rip me off or has terrible listening and communication skills. He showed me how much the vehicle was and then showed my trade in amount. I asked for the difference between the two, but he didn’t help me figure that out. We were knee deep in the deal when I discovered he was changing me $5,000 more than I expected. He then tried to make it all my fault. I’ll be buying my car somewhere else.

The service team is great at Ken Ganley and weve had no issues with any of the services performed.The last few times weve gone to Ken Ganley has been to determine our path forward on our current leases. The sales team weve worked with was abysmal at best.Our sales associate wasnt aware of the features of each of the trim levels and packages of the Rogue we looked at. When we had completed our research on our own through the Nissan website we decided to convert our leases into purchases, and we wanted to go through our local credit union.The associate again dropped the ball repeatedly, I had asked for my lease buyout paperwork that I needed. He stated that buying out a lease is a difficult process, and he was sure they could do better on the financing than my credit union. I advised him if they wanted to do a soft query on my credit that would be fine; however, they performed a hard check as my phone blew up with the query that they ran. They tried showing me that they were the only ones that reviewed my credit and my credit union was lying to me.The manager and associate then proceeded to tell me the best I was going to get was considerably higher than what my credit union quoted me, and I should go with them because the credit union wouldnt be able to beat it. I told the associate I just wanted my loan buyout paperwork.After I finally got my one page buyout paperwork i was able to successfully work with my credit union and get the rate and payment I was quoted. Suffice it to say I will never deal with the Sales team at this Nissan dealership ever again. Im just tired of the underhanded tactics.We plan instead to drive 45 minutes to Ron Marhoffer where weve hand wonderful experiences with due to their knowledge of the vehicles and the entire car leasing/buying process.

He helped me take the car for a test drive and test out some features of the Leaf. I was not familiar with the area and came from over 30 miles away to purchase the Leaf so having someone along for the test drive was great.

I have never dealt with Ganley Nissan I was having issue with my Titan that my local Mechanic could not get fixed. I wanted to take it to a Nissan Dealer. Vince checked me in and showed me to the waiting room while diagnostics were done. When they figured the issue he told me they needed to order parts that it would be a few days. He asked if I needed a loaner vehicle which I did. They had my truck done when they said they would. I will go back again and thank you for the loaner truck. Vince handled everything great!

Took SUV to dealership with a KBB Instant Cash Offer of $20,520 after getting a call from Ken Ganley Nissan saying they wanted to buy the vehicle. I told the lady on the phone that the lease is up in three months, with option to buy. The SUV has 4,400 miles on it with two years and over 50,000 miles left on the warranty. The lady on the phone was adamant. They wanted to buy the vehicle. After looking at the car, the salesman decided they probably couldnt buy it because he thinks he saw a memo about the car maker not allowing them to buyout the lease. Um, what? He said Nissan (his dealership) doesnt allow it so he was pretty sure Hyundai wouldnt. He said to take the CarMax offer of $20,400. I checked with CarMax. There is no restrictions on buying out a Hyundai lease. What a scam! Never buying anything from any Ganley dealership.

I have to say, I am very happy with the vehicle and extremely pleased with the buying experience! I was having problems with my heated seats,and they said bring it in. They took a look at it and they had to overnight a part,which they gave me a beautiful loaner an upgrade from my car. They fixed my car and said I can pick it up anytime,but by the the time I could a blizzard came through. I called them and they told me to pick it up when I thought it was safe to drive. How courteous and kind that was at no charge,who does that nowadays. I will always take my vehicle to Ken Ganley Nissan

Completely awful experience. Found a car on their dealership website, confirmed the features with one manager and two of the sales reps before coming to the dealership. I was coming from close to 3 hours out, so wanted to make sure everything was good. Got there, and the car was completely different then the pictures on their website, many of the features were not there that I had previously confirmed with multiple people in sales. They had a car with the features that I had seen, they did not give me anything close to the original deal I came in with. Afterwards the sales manager came to me saying he would get me the best possible deal on the car, and came back with a price even higher then my original quote for the car that lacked the features. Kept trying to blame the “16 year-old” that put the pictures on the website, but did not address the sales people I spoke with that confirmed all of the features.

Worst dealership Ive ever purchased a car from. I was lied to about the car I purchased. I specifically went to them about an advertised Certified Rogue, which was sold just seconds before I walked in the door, so I was told. Switched me to another Rogue, told me it was Certified, had the window sticker in it stating it was a Certified Nissan Vehicle, then never submitted the warranty to Nissan. Didnt find out until 5 months later when I took it in for service that they didnt certify the car and its just my bad luck because theres nothing they can do about it. And they conveniently discarded the only other evidence of the deal I made, which was my handwritten counter offer indicating the deal included the Certification. If you purchase a car here and make any agreements, capture the paperwork on you camera.

Purchased a beautiful used car, but when I got it home, there was a list of problems that required the service department. I was told a new radio and steering wheel would be needed. Picked the car up yesterday and several problems were not fixed, only part of the radio and steering wheel were replaced, the new buttons still dont work, I cant navigate the paired phone any more, the lights on the shift console only lit up once so you cant tell what gear you are in when its dark without using the dashboard, and a headlight is out. The car apparently was NOT checked out before it was offered for sale. Most of the service writers I have spoken had to talk to the michanic to answer my question. All the non-functioning key fob needed was a battery, and I finally got the correct instructions on how the remote start is supposed to work, when initially I was told it had been turned off I the cars computer. This has not been a good experience. I went well out of my way to buy a car from this dealer, and now I am driving an hour each way to get the problems fixed. I dont need managers to say Im sorry, bring it back and we will fix it, I need it fixed and double checked.Also, the customer appears to be on their own in the waiting area and bathroom. I waited several hours the first time I took the car in, and no cleaning was done.

Thats what our 3 daughters call our white 2015 Ford Fusion 😂I blew a tire yesterday Sunday 12/30/18 on my way home from church and called the dealership for help but had to leave a message! Today, 12/31/18 New Years Eve, I called and spoke with Nick who immediately had one of the Team members get a new tire and set up a time for me to come over after work.Not long after that, I received a call from management concerned about the message I had left the day before, but was glad I had already set up a time to get it fixed.I arrived a little after 2:30 and met with Nick. He made a call for approval with road assistance, my car was taken cared of, and I was out of there in about an hour!Im so grateful for the awesome Team at Ken Ganley, their care and professionalism! Bought Dodge 2016 Grand Carvan Last week. It was really a bad service. On their website, It shows the car is for sale for $99/mo. When I went there, they said we cant do this offer for you like they tricked the customer.Also, one sales guy said we will have the car pass the safety check first if you decide to buy it and then another sales guy showed up and said no we will sell it as is. I really got upset with the sales team and showed them I am very unpleased with their service. They gave the highest APR because of that.I dont recommend this company for any new buyers.

I was having a problem with my EVAP system and the check engine light. I had it repaired twice at an independent garage and the problem can right back. I was reluctant to have service at the dealer because of the perceived high costs but I was fed up with the problems. I took my car to Ganley, they took it in immediately, diagnosed the problem, and it was ready the next day. When I picked up the car, the service agent, Nick Bena, retrieved the defective part and explained why I had a problem and how the previous garage may have missed it. Much to my surprise, the total cost was very similar to the independent.

I was interested in purchasing a used Subaru from Ken Ganley Nissan that I located on Cars.com. I was contacted by their Internet Sales Rep, Jennifer (LIAR) Lawrence, and communicated with her via e-mail about the vehicle. I agreed to come to the dealership for a test drive of the vehicle and she scheduled a time for my visit. While en-route to the dealership and about fifteen minutes away from my scheduled appointment time I received another follow-up e-mail from Ms. Lawrence inquiring if I was still coming today. On arrival, I spoke with a very nice and professional sales consultant, Felix. Who informed me that this vehicle had been sold. At no point in any of Ms. Lawrences follow up emails did she mention that this vehicle had been sold.Im not the type of person who typically takes the time to write reviews about my experiences, positive or negative. But the fact that I traveled over 75 miles round trip to view and test drive a car that was no longer available and how aggressively Ms. Lawrence repeatedly barraged with me with follow-up emails concerning my interest in a vehicle that she knew or should have known that was no longer available.Typical automotive dealership BAIT & SWITCH Just, get the customer in the door at any cost.For anyone looking to buy a car, I dont have any dealership that I can recommend.But, I sure have one that I will never recommend, KEN GANLEY NISSAN 5180 Montville Dr. Medina, Ohio 44256, and the SUPER-STAR Internet Sales Rep.Jennifer (LIAR) LAWRENCE.Horrible experience. I bought my first Nissan from Ken Ganley in 2015. Almost every service I have had done on my 2 Nissans has been done by them. I am always treated like family. The service guy Nick always recognizes me when I come in for an oil change and welcomes me with a smile. They always get work done in a timely manner. My seat recliner broke yesterday. I took it to a different Nissan dealer closer to home. They said it would be a week before they could even look at it. I took it to KG and they ordered the part today and it will likely be fixed tomorrow. I have only good things to say about my experience here. I now drive an hour both ways just to get service because no one compares to the quality I’ve gotten at KG. Keep up the good work guys! I’ll be back!

It was awesome until I realized that the finance guy was a snake and added a service package that he never told me about or asked if I wanted, adding an additional 2,500 to my final cost. After leaving 5 messages for the GSM before I got a return call to basically say there is nothing he can do. Oh and lets not forget that my tags expire in 6 days and Ive yet to receive my memorandum title to get my plates. I will never shop at this store again! Horrible

I have been going to this place for years. I bought my first 350z here and had all service done. I had to have 1 thing replaced in 5 years of having it and it was done right. I recently bought a 370z and bring it here for service regardless. Everyone is respectful, helpful, and professional. It gets done fast, they wash your car after they are done and ask if there is anything else is needed. The waiting area has coffee snacks drinks and vending machines. Its where ill take my car every single time

Went into the dealership to buy a new 2020 Rogue, my experience was so great, I bought one for my wife, too. They have the best deals around on new Nissan’s. Other dealers can’t compete with these guys. I will be buying all my vehicles from them in the future. Guy and Felix were top notch!
