Everything was good. My wait time from arrival to Check-out was around half an hour. The manager was polite friendly and professional.

I have had work done to my car here for about 2 years. It seems that the service just goes down over the years. I had my fans replaced here and my entire ac system changed as well. Altogether right at $2000.00 worth of work done. I came back cause my fans were not working again causing my car to over heat and they acted as if I never even been there. They systems were down so they couldnt look up the service. I was told the manager would call me back in 10 mins. 3 days later never called. I called back they said he will call me that day never called. Until finally I guess the bald head guy that runs the front got an attitude and told me to just bring the car in. He has bad service and attitude after they fix my car for good this time I wont be back and will warn all friends and family members to never come here. I would leave my car on the side of the road and buy a new one before coming here ever again.

This service is mediocre they did break my front panel where you have to get to my oil filter on my truck I felt like they could have paid for it if not gave me a couple of oil changes for the low price..#I beenDoinBusinessWithYallToLongWerTheLove..

This place is great! They offer a nice selection of services, and the mechanic at the front desk is very informative and respectable. The wait time isn’t bad at all and the staff is pleasant as well. This shop offers oil change starting at $20. However, depending on your car, it might be a little expensive.

Great place an fantastic service

I felt like the technician was in a hurry. I explained to him what was going on with my car. I told him to do a full diagnosis. He said, I just needed rotors. But, my car is not picking up speed. I felt like he was in a rush to get to the next car.

I was in and out in 20 minutes. Oil change was only 25 dollars!!

Recently got a oil change here my car started to knock days later my car stops they told me I had a oil leak but my mechanic told me they did not screw on my oil filter properly I will see you all in court soon my paper said I only had a simple oil leak I take it back they told me I had multiple leaks why would you all operate on a car with multiple leaks? Because yal know yal some liars I have 2 children and I am a teacher so my Transportation is important my car never knocked until I went to this place stay away!!!!

The other two reviews are probably upset with the blunt and direct approach the store takes to giving you information about your car. I used to own a 1999 Ford Taurus. For years the car would get hot and shut off. I took the car to Ford and they piled up the repairs. I was about a 1000 bucks in and finally I thought it was time to just let the car go. I took it to advantage and the desk manager told me that he had heard about the transmission being the problem in the car, but without a diagnostic there wasnt much he could tell me. I let them do the diagnostic. They found a bad speed sensor. They sent me to Napa down the street for the part and then charged me 150 for the labor. I kept that car for another 3 years and finally got rid of it at 180,000 miles. I have a new car and thats the only reason I dont go back for oil changes. Great shop. Very honest. I think people are complaining about problems that they probably wanted looked at for free. Pay the diagnostic and the service is fine. No one works for free.

Worst service ever! They supposedly replaced my radiator one year ago! I went there today after finding out the radiator is corroded. They claim the only way to locate information in the system is by telephone number. I gave them the only number that I have had for 4 years. And they claim that they can not locate the work orders without a phone number. They cannot look it up by your name! They cannot look it up by your VIN number! They cannot look it up by your tag number! To me that is insane and poor business. I spent 700 plus dollars for this service. And all Im looking for is for them to honor the warranty that was offered. There is no corporate office only that office. And they are truly living up to their name, Advantage meaning they are taking advantage of the consumer! As much Service as I have given them I would never ever allow them to perform another job for me and I recommend that no one else does either!!!

Wow!!!! Its very rare now in days to find a great auto shop who is very honest and professional! Very reasonable prices and A1 service! Im definitely going to continue business with advantage auto shop for all my car needs . Thanks !!!! And this means a lot coming from myself because Im usually skeptical about auto shops and their lies but you guys reinsured me that there are still some professional shops around today !

Oil change prices are very reasonable. Two days after my oil change my check gages light came on. I took it to them and asked them to install a pressure sending unit. After an hour they come back saying bad oil pump which they would be happy to fix for $872 and change. Yeah Ill bet. Women stay away unless you just want your oil changed which I probably wont even go for that any more. They lost me after thinking Im dumb enough to pay $900 to change an oil pump on an 18 year old DOMESTIC vehicle. Theyre lucky they got $65 for a diagnosis I didnt request. I really hate when shops do stuff without asking. Of course there was no pressure unit installed. Thanks for small favors.

Have been taking my car there for years. Used to drop off car and walk to my job then walk back to pick it up. I no longer work in area but still take my car there. You have to be frank and direct with people because they dont seem to have good understanding. Ive never had a problem with their service and I appreciate their tone. Businesses is business. . .

Change price numerous of time, took a week and half to fixed my vehicle also lied, saying they took out a water pump in 1 day for a motor in sideways. Not likely

My car was shaking pretty badly after I got my tires replaced at another shop. I took my car to Advantage to see if they could confirm my suspicions of needing a new tie rod. Come to find out I needed much more than that lbs. Aside from the rod, I needed my passenger side CV axle replaced, the wheel bearing, lower control arm, an alignment, and one of the tires I had replaced they told me had a knot in it smh!! So altogether I ended up paying over $800 in repairs! Bright side, my car isnt shaking anymore so im happy they were able to fix the problems. Down side, I still have more to repair on the car so if its not out my budget I will definitely be going back!

I gave them 4 stars because I spent $300 for them to fix my brakes that they claim had a leake some where and I dont believe they fixed it because I still had to push my brakes to the floor in order to come to a complete stop. But I got rid of the car. But they do oil changes for a good price. Thats all I use their service for is for oil changes.

Brought my car in for struts and shocks and the mechanic ended up breaking a piece off my front grill. Brought it back and they tried to deny the whole thing like it was already broke. Been giving me the run around ever since and the Manager is never there! Hate I ever took my car there.

They put on my spark plugs & wires & charged me $200 in labor just for that. My car still had a misfire so I took it to Mathis Tire for them to check it & I was told the coils thats at the end of the spark plugs was bad my thing was did yall not see that when putting on the spark plugs? But hey its done now but $200 just to put on wires & spark plugs is a rip off never again.
