I was given a referral by a long time client that has used John at Oak Court Auto for many years. I found the level of work performed to exceed my expectations. The price was extremely fair. I have a high mileage car 250k miles and I plan on using the service at Oak Court Auto to squeeze every last mile possible. Easily 5 stars

Good guys, good service. Had a specialty project for the grandkids that they couldnt handle, but they advised on other places that might know how to do the work.

Car spent four days in their parking lot, only for the technician to say they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it and for us to take it to the dealership. We also never received courtesy calls from the staff, we had to continually call them to get updates on the vehicle, only to later find out it had been sitting in their parking lot for 4 days. I’ve never left a bad review before, and was referred to them by AAA. I would not advise going to them if your looking for customer service, auto technician to reach out to you or rapid service.

Went in, but they werent able to see my car until next week. Small capacity shop that was packed, but it looked like the guy had a good reputation with the people that knew him.

Bill, John and Gene are absolute pros. The friendliest auto service in the industry. There is no other place I will take my vehicles for repairs or service. They are honest and straight forward, never misleading so you know whats involved from the beginning. Those big repair shops could learn a thing or two from Oak Court Auto.

Awesome people, awesome service. Been coming here since I moved to Memphis three years ago and they’ve always been more than helpful—even when I broke down in front of them when they told me I didn’t have an oil leak, my engine block was cracked beyond repair due to a recall—they were understanding and patient with me while explaining the issue (I didn’t have the funds to get a new car). Now I’ve got a new car I’m paying off and I wouldn’t trust it in anyone else’s hands. If your considering using oak court—-do it.

I found this place on google and called....MR.JOHN...answered the phone and was so nice and answered so many questions for me. He made me an appointment for the very next morning and assured me he would look at it...i never been excited about taking my car for a repair SHEESH...stay tuned for the outcome lol

I highly recommend Oak Court Auto. They are reasonably priced and honest. I also like that I can make an appointment for my service. Ben Lester has done a great job in servicing my vehicle over the years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

The best customer service experience ever and the engine repairs were phenomenal. My new, one and only auto repair business.

After questionable work by other mechanics and many frustrations with them and their work on my vehicle, I located Mr. John Smith nearly 10 years ago through AAA. On my recent visit during this COVID-19 pandemic, Mr. Smith told me that I took very good care of my 20-year-old vehicle. I told him that he took very good care of my little truck, and I truly appreciate a businessperson like him.

Horrible professionalism - took twelve hours for an oil change and was charged twice on my card and no rectification occurred.

These guys have always been fair and honest with me on several visits. I will continue using Oak Court Auto. ( *Update from older post*) I continue to use Oak Court Auto and I always leave impressed. The integrity of the owner, John Smith, is beyond reproach.
