I was referred to Joe by a friend. He was professional on the phone and delivered what he promised on time and for a reasonable price. We took the car first to a dealership and they quoted us double what it cost us. We will be using them in the future with our other vehicles. They have definitely earned our business.

These guys are Great!. I went in for a leaking radiator and it was quickly replaced. Found out theyre knowledgeable in Jeeps..they did my lift and tires! Im So pleased with their service. I definitely recommend them!

THIS SHOP IS GREAT! I was referred 2 this shop about 3 years ago, when 4 shops ( including Dodge dealership them self) I drive a Dodge Ram, couldnt figure out what was wrong with my truck. Integrity Auto were able to tell me the problem with in an hour. Explained everything to me, gave me two options on how to fix. There professional, Todd gives a fair price and hes honest. Ive been going here ever since.Just took my truck in for a check up. I have NEVER been told by a car shop, nothing need to be done at time. I love these guys!

I have never written a review for anything before, but I had to take a second and brag on the guys at Integrity Auto. My family and I have been taking our cars there for the last 7-8 years. They always give a fair price and fix it quickly. I have never once felt like they were overcharging me or trying to make up a problem like SO MANY other places do. But here is why I am writing this review...I moved from Memphis to Texas and yesterday, my car broke down. Obviously Integrity cant fix it this time, but I called them anyway thinking we had worked on this problem before. Todd was awesome. Remembered me by name and looked up my repair history. Then he helped me diagnose the problem over the phone. THEN he asked me what the local repair shop was trying to charge so I could be sure it was fair. That just blew me away. The word Integrity just isnt strong enough to describe this company, their service or the quality work and subsequent explanation of my Minivan or full size trucks needs. Try them once and you will understand. I wont go anywhere else.

Ive trusted my 01 Mustang GT to multiple car shops over the years, and most either try to trump up extra work that isnt needed or over-charge for relatively simple work.The guys at Integrity Auto have earned their name in my book though. They have good realistic pricing. They do great work. In the cases where there is something they missed, theyll have your car back in the shop and fix it on their dime.This shop is made up of a handful of guys who decided that theyre tired of working for companies who dont appreciate their customers, employees, or sincerity and only serve to increase the bottom line. They banded together, started this shop, and have lived up to the promise of running a shop with integrity. Ill never trust another shop with my car again after seeing the difference in how these guys run theirs!
