The scheduling time frame is fast with little down time. They offer a free ride home if you dont want to wait in their lobby with free drinks.. Very friendly and courteous staff in a world where people want it now. Not too many choices of my situation of having two different Audi. The Audi dealership on Covington, overpriced and 30 minutes away from Collierville.
It was my first time getting a oil change at this business and I love the environment. The staff was very welcoming, warm, kind, and timely. If I was to run a business I would like to operate like this company. They showed me that they appreciate my business. Car is running fine. Estimate possible two week fixed, dropped off Monday had it back Friday. Had no ride to pick up, they called an Uber on them.
Horrible service! Theres a Barney Fife work at the register who types with one finger Paid them $800 bucks to fix my breaks. Later that week my entire breaks completely stopped working. Over priced to not know what they are doing. Wouldnt recommend anyone to take there vehicle there.
Nice and helpful people. But they quote a little expensive.Update: Got my cars first service here. Although I had to wait for some time to get the servicing done. The staff was very courteous and polite and also offered me a drink. I didnt get any detailed receipt of the services they performed on my vehicle but I am assuming they did a great job for just 29$ (I bought my own engine oil & filter) Which is a great deal. I recommend this place.Really disappointed on my last visit. After letting the guy know that I need an appointment at 5.15 PM for a regular servicing and a tire rotation, he agreed. when I reached the store, he ignored me for 10 minutes and later said that its almost closing time we cant do a tire rotation. You will need to be back again. Never coming back here again.

Took my car in on a Friday for routine maintenance. Things started out great as the front office was excellent in communicating where things stood. Towards the end of the day, I called to see if my car was ready, but no one answered. I followed up on Saturday, only to find out that the company was closed until Monday. I had things to do and was left stuck without transportation. No loaner or even a phone call or text message to say anything... Everything else was top notch!

Went here in the morning to get a full inspection. Was late to my appointment but Barney Fife at the counter told me they should be done with my vehicle by the end of the day. They close at 6 so I called at 5:20 to check on status because I haven’t heard from them. A different man told me that my vehicle would have to wait there 3-5 days before they could get to it. I asked him why and he said it was because I was late to my appointment after I was already told they would be done at the end of day. Spoke with manager as well and they kept blaming me saying since i was late to my appointment I had to wait. Horrible communication between staff and they lack understanding. Wouldn’t recommend

I bought a used car out of state. (a very bad move) When I got home, I wanted CBA to check it out to see if my used car was in good condition. I just love this place! I know what they tell me is the truth. They found a couple of things that needed attention. It is wonderful to have them take care of my cars. Theyre like family. I know I can depend on them!!!

On October 29 I went to Christian Brothers Automotive car repair. I went there because I trusted their work and their sense of value for their customers. I went there to get my brakes and rotors done but Other repairs needed to be done. I called and asked do you accept synchrony car care credit card the answer was yes.When I arrived at the car repair Christian Brothers Automotive I told them everything that was wrong with my car which is a Chrysler 300. I asked them again do you except synchrony car care credit card I was told by Tim yes, then I was then handed over to another young man, I pulled out my card And I asked do you accept this Card just making sure I was told yes again. Three times I ask and was told yes. Long story short the amount of the repairs came out to be 2,271 dollars I pull out my synchrony card for payment declined not because I didn’t have the funds on the credit card but because Christian Brothers Automotive have not did there job and connected the credit card issuer to the proper merchants in order to process the transaction. I was told they do accept the card but the owner haven’t got a new merchant identity number connecting that credit card to the business for payment. So Tim told me to wait they was calling to get that figured out. I sat for 3 and a half hours. The Manager never came out of his office to apologize did not offer me any other way to reconcile their mistake I heard in the background do he have any other way he can pay and I felt so disrespected. I had to walk home 4 and a half miles they never even ask if I needed a ride back home.I came home empty out all my savings to pay everything in cash my heart was broken cause I didn’t have that kind of cash to pay out at one time. I needed my transportation and didn’t trust that they will resolve the issue. All my saving for the holiday season gone.CHRISTIAN BROTHERS AUTOMOTIVE I AM Disappointed in how you treated me I thought you all was so much better I trusted you guys I thought to myself this is the only place I will bring my car for repairs you just lost a loyal customer. Christian Brothers was one of the best auto repair shops until my last visit in June. I got a call on a Friday from them saying that my repairs have been done and ready for pickup. I asked if they could hold my car until the upcoming Friday so I could pay them and they told me that wasn’t a problem. My car was stolen off their car lot that following Monday and still to this day my car isn’t drivable. I had to go and retrieve my own car and have it towed to Nissan to have a new key made and have a diagnostic test done. Nissan informed me that my Engine is no good and has to be replaced. To this day I am going back and forth with Christian Brothers about fixing my vehicle when I am clearly the victim! My car was destroyed by whoever they allowed to steal my car out of their possession and I can’t get my car fixed? I don’t want any additional cash all I want is my car fixed. Please don’t take your car to the Christian brothers on Sonic dr. they have no outside cameras or fence/gate to insure that your vehicle is safe from theft.
I thought my alternator went out again. I had replaced it a year ago. I was very surprised to learn it was something much less expensive. They are honest and very friendly. You cant go wrong with these guys. I wish I could rate 10 stars. I will always go here for my vehicle care.

They charge the most for the least amount of work. ZERO STARS ! CBA Germantown will try to milk you like a cow. M picked my car up yesterday and fixed it myself last night. Learn from my mistake.. My 1998 Camaro Z28 that shows over 200, 000 miles actually has a new motor and a new transmission, new rear end. If you were real mechanics or technicians you would have noticed that. And I did not complain about what I spent. I complained about your bogus service. You have your money that you did nothing for. I hope you enjoy it. Sir. You and your business are a fake and a fraud. Your JD Power rating or award is a fake just like you and your business.

Great customer service and a quality service team. I would reccomend them to anyone who wants to ensure their vehicle is properly repaired. Depending on the size of the job, it may take a little longer than scheduled, but it will be completed properly. In my case it was a warranty transmission repair. It took 3 weeks due to all the warranty requirements but I was more than happy at the end.My customer service agent was Mr. Austin. I couldnt have asked for a better person to cover my auto needs. He went over the process from beginning to end. Courteous and knowledgeable. When my car was finally repaired, he contacted me and explained the work completed, billing, and pick up. Easy transactions, was able to pay using a secured payment method from my phone. Whether its an oil change or a transmission job, give this group a call.
They replaced a part that was previously put on. Said it was under warranty and didnt charge me a dime. What else could a customer ask for?
Christian Brothers needs to improve on providing the diagnostic feedback quicker. I dropped my 2013 Chevy Impala off on Tuesday 07/09 and I didnt receive a call back until 07/15. Thats too long for evaluating a car for warning lights on the dashboard. I received a text when I dropped my car off but not much follow up after that. I had to call Christian Brothers 07/15 to get an update on my vehicle. When I did reach someone they said they were going to look at it that day on 07/15. In the end, it was a broken wire harness that was causing the ABS issue and this is not a major repair based on the videos that I have reviewed. The rep called me back within a couple of hours to tell my vehicle was fixed and ready to go. My total repair was bill was $499 which included an oil change. I was expecting to get some feedback by Friday at the latest but it didnt happen. The vehicle is running better and the warning lights are gone. The staff was nice and friendly. The timeliness of the feedback that is provided to the customer needs major work. No one should have to wait 6 days to get feedback on a diagnostic. With that said, I still would potentially bring my car back to Christian Brothers for repair.

I brought my 2006 Chevy Corvette to Christian Brothers when they got done with their Diagnostics they came to me with over $1,000 fixed which one I asked what could they come up with that price they told me that I will have to come out of my pocket with $700 which I had a warranty then they couldnt tell me why they was charged me $700 when my warranty covered it and all I had to pay was $100 deductible I would not give them a star they are swindler and Liars I had to have my car go to another mechanic which he fixed it in 1 day and all I had to pay was my hundred dollar deductible they are terrible
Every time I have ever been here they have tried to add unnecessary repairs. Recently took my truck in to have the oil changed and told I needed to get my break pads and rotors changed. Quoted me over $650 to do the job. I laughed inside knowing how easy of a repair this is with parts of ~$275 (front/rear pads and all 4 rotors). Was told my pads were almost completely gone. Did them myself this weekend and my pads were over 60% and not anywhere close to needing to be changed. Rotors were in perfect condition. Do NOT take your car here unless you want a lot of unnecessary expenses. To call themselves “Christian” is a joke and they should be ashamed of themselves!

Read positive reviews for this place so I decided to give it a go when my car needed repairs. I was very surprised to feel like they really deserve these 5 stars. Robin was a very pleasant person to deal with and when there was a problem everyone was more than willing to check it out instead of argue about it. I would highly recommend this location for your repair needs!
My experience was horrible they charge me 650 for a part they didnt order I call and ask why they lie the tech Tim said they only replace the side that was leaking but the whole part came as a whole they only change partial of it I recommend that nobody goes there.

I had an interesting electronic error in my car where the CPU kept telling me the door was open when it wasnt. I was able to drop it off and Austin told me they could look at it and figure it out. A day later they told me it was a switchfaulty window that was sending the door error to the CPU. They were able to fix the issue at a reasonable cost super quickly. They offered me a ride back to work while they had my car. HIGHLY recommend.

Great mechanics. Had to wait 4 days before they fix car. I called about bill they never called back. Need to improve customer service. Update the mechanic suggested more things to be done beside the issue I bought it in for. Upon his suggestions I let them do other things that was not giving me any problems. After I got car home, it came the ice that kept me in. I drove the car 2 times and realized the heater was not working. I called and took it back, the mechanic JR called and stated heater core wasnt working. They flushed my system causing sediments to get in core clogging it up. He wanted to charge me another $900.00 to fix it. I said no and called my son. He said they flushed the system with the heater on, making it stop up. After hurt feeling and several discussions some not so nice Lance the manager stated he would fix it if I paid for part. He charged me $165.00 for the core way to much. He also said they flushed the system again, but he would not warrant it because it had sediments still in it.I feel after two flushes and a new core why would he not warranty it.Be careful folks ask for any parts they take off. I forgot to ask for mine. I think maybe it was just flushed again no part????????Why else would he no warranty his work.

Every time Ive taken my car into Christian Brothers Automotive in Germantown, my experience has been a positive one. The staff (Patrick, Chris, Ed) is friendly, courteous and dedicated to finding my cars problem and fixing it - be it a slow leak in a tire to an electrical system problem (which was my cars recent malady). They provide you with a free estimate of the repairs that needs to be performed and explain it in a way that even I can understand. Their prices are comparable, if not better, than what it would cost me if Id taken my car to my dealership. I love the free shuttle service (both ways) they provide. Id take my car back to them again and recommend them to anyone needing fair and honest car repairs.
Fast and helpful. I asked them to check on my power steering because I thought something might be wrong. They inspected it and said they found no problem...which was reassuring to know everything was ok. It was also credible that they didnt go digging around for several other so-called problems with my car, like some other car guys do.
I was taking clunkers there years ago when I was going through a divorce and cutting corners every way possible. They were always honest and fair, and even talked me out of work I thought I needed.Now that Im in a much better place I take my newer SUV there and am still impressed with their customer service. They recently rechecked an A/C problem from a year ago and refused to charge me, even though they have been very diligent trying to diagnose it. Thats rare in bigger corporate shops.

I experienced a very honest interaction. Over the phone the man tried to talk me through a self fix to save money. Then when it didnt work, the problem was found at the shop to be a defective battery. He told me it would be cheaper for me to buy the battery on my own and install it. It could be considered bad business to try to save your potential customers money, but I feel Christian Brothers understand how to make a customer for life by trying to save their customers money!

As part of my courtesy inspection, these crooks tried to get me to replace a fully charged battery and an air filter that was clean enough to eat off of.I do not trust mechanics that try to fool their customers into paying for parts and services they do not need.

Have a car warranty and took it to Christian Brothers in Germantown with all the policy details . I have a $100. Deductible. They repaired the car after I took the info to them and repaired it. Then called and said they did not accept the warranty and I would have to pay full price after they completed the repair. I had heard they werent a very honest place to deal with. Now I know!! Beware
Went to the dealer to have them look at a oil leak. They could not even look at it for 3 days and they insist they have to do a $150 diagnostic. Called Christian Brothers. They can see it the same day and no charge if they can see the problem. My car was diagnosed, fixed and back to before the dealership appointment opening. I think the price was fair, the guy i talked to was polite and they have the most comfortable repair shop waiting area. Good experience all the way around.

I hit a deer and my front end was hanging a bit so I called to check the wait time to see what I needed to do to get it fixed. The guy was very friendly on the phone and said they were busy today and the wait time would be a little long. After he found out my reason for calling he told me to stop by and they would take a look to see if they could fix it for me. First off, it smelled REALLY good in the office, nice and clean...LOVED IT! I was greeted with a smile and someone to assist me immediately. Customer Service gets an A+ Needless to say, they fixed my car without a long wait, offered me a beverage and I am Extremely happy I contacted them. This was my first visit and definitely NOT my last, I HIGHLY recommend Christian Brothers Automotive.

I wish there was a zero stars. I am from out of town and dropped my car off for a simple break job. Of course the call and tell me the rotors are bad. The car barely has 50k miles on it and has been babied. I finally agree to the rotor job as well. 4 hours later they call me and tell me the piston on my caliper was seized up when I brought it in. This was definitely not true. So now I have to order calipers, they tell me they will be arrive in the morning the next day. Around 2 in the afternoon they finally get ahold of me and tell me the dealership messed up and they couldnt have the calipers until the next morning. Long story short, i finally tell them just put the one caliper they ordered on and I will get the other one replaced when I get home, which is 9 hours away. When they finally finish, I realize theu didnt even order the right part. So now I have 3 yellow brake calipers and one silver. When I call the guy just says, yeah, thats my bad. Save yourself some grief and a lot of money, go elsewhere!

I havent been service there but i have price shopped and going for 2 brake pads they are nearly double the competition so i mentioned to tk and apparently they are not concerned nor willing to reduce prices to match numerous competitors.
