Transmission replaced 3 months ago in a toyota sequoia excellent job.

Very nice people, did an excellent job very quickly. We are on the road evacuating from hurricane IDA and they had us back on the road in no time!

Didn’t want to give them one star but i had no choice. Lady In front office tried to charge me $1180 to put struts that are only 150 or less on my car until I called my guy which he told me to put her on speaker phone. She takes my phone, takes him off speaker I’m assuming so I couldn’t hear the conversation as if he wasn’t going to tell me. Basically she tried to charge me double of what the labor would have been. Ladies if u don’t know anything about cars and pricing do not go here because they will try to rip u off. The sad thing is u don’t know who trust.

Tried to over charge me after I had been a loyal customer..and got mad when I took my business else where bc I couldn’t afford the price he tried to charge. Then a month later I brought it back for something different and he act like he didn’t wanna work on it. Charged me almost 1,000 I paid it no problem he fixed my car. Then I brought it back a month later and wanted him to see why my battery light wouldn’t go off. He changed the cables to battery and was trying get me to buy an alternator from him so he could charge me more I told him I already bought one brand new from parts store I told his to do the cables and see if that fixes the problem and then if that doesn’t work he can pick it up in the morning from the parts store.. later that day he told me the car was ready and that I should be ok w/o the alternator I went to pick up the car the battery light was still on and he got mad at me and said I was trying to be cheap and cut corners.

Theyre very nice and fix my tire in a very fast amount of time

Came in with a flat tire and they told me and I quote the rubber is stuck to the rim and the wire is wrapped around the rim and I ended up out of 200 dollars with a now cracked rim and a flat tire. I asked for a partial refund and was rudly denied. One of the mechanics named Alex also lied to me and said he was the owner when I asked to speak with the owner. This business is also not registered with BBB

J&K tires is not just a tire business, but its a family. The people there seem to genuinely care about you, and serving you the best that they can. They have an ohana atmosphere, that makes you feel comfortable. I just picked up my van today for tire mounting and replacement after one of my tires blew. They were fast, and professional, they did a great job. I also bought a used tire as my replacement, but when it was all finished, the tire looked brand new. I couldnt even tell it was a used tire, we were thoroughly satisfied with their high quality tires and service. this is my husbands and I go-to shop for any of our tire needs. I can trust the workers and know that they wont do anything shady, or try and rip us off. I feel like they do their best to work with you and what you want within your budget. Love this place, we will forever be loyal customers:)

Excellent service... after take my car to 4 different places for the same problem a was about to sell my car for junk but one of the workers their told me that they could fix the problem in my car the same day and for under $100 and they did really good job..... they are very honest people and they know what they doing..... so if you have problems with your vehicle take it to then HIGHLY RECOMMEND

No good, bad technicians they will do a quick fix for an arm an leg... Had transmission repair about 2 mo. Ago and they couldnt find the problem yet they still took my money had to fix myself and found cilicone without the gasket on the pan.... DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE...

I came to this place after I found a problem with my car while driving. I came and the people were very kind and helpful. These people found the problem and solved it in 30 mins. They charged very little. Overall I would come again if I found another issue on my car.

People are nice but lets be real you care about ur service and it was a nightmare. They charge for every little thing. I been to other places and they make sure all my tires got air when I drive out. This people had me there for an HOUR i get off work @5 and is 5 mns away from my job I had to ask if my car was ready it was 6:10 by the time I got out. HORRIBLE DO NOTTTT WASTE YOUR TIME AND $

The truth is, they did not do anything to the car or the tire that was going to explode, they changed it to get paid, they are very good just for looking at it, 87 dollars and according to the fact that it had many bad parts, 1,700 those people kill you and assault you very softly they gave me a receipt but no He says what are the bad parts that the car had I already fixed it in another workshop and I bought him new tires and some shock absorbers that sad with people they have no humanity that is why Diis is sending so many diseases and many things that are going to happen
