I visited Mattress Firm one Saturday night. There were 2 sets of customers there before me. Their transactions were quite lengthy, but that was no problem. There were only 2 employees working, Melissa Mayer and another woman. I was highly impressed with the attention offered to each customer, including a couple that entered after I did. I purchased an adjustable base and received a discount that I greatly appreciate! Melissa also took the time to help with alternative measures to lower the base on my parents (ages 74 and 75) bed in Texas. These ladies are superb business representatives, and Ill happily recommend anyone to them! Thank you!

It was at the very end of the evening and she still gave us great care as if the store had just opened. Melissa was professional, informative, thorough, and friendly. Wow. Great instore, buying and delivery experience. Melissa was so helpful. I was getting the run around at Ashley Furniture — corporate and the franchise — for almost 6 weeks (should have read the reviews!). Walked into a Mattress Firm, (never been to one), said I just need a mattress soon and Melissa showed me everything they had in stock at every price point, and what day it could be delivered, then showed me the app Bungii if I needed it quicker. That was Wednesday. Went back Friday to order it and pay—it’s now 11am Saturday and the mattress is already inside my house. She was super helpful and honest with me from top to bottom—and we also had some really good laughs. Thanks for your help, transparency and living up to your commitments.

The mattresses are way overpriced due to the fact that this is a pandemic and people are struggling! They need to stop trying to get rich off the poor!!

We had a fantastic experience at this location. The sales staff (Angela and I believe Melissa) were extremely knowledgeable and did not try to over sell or go outside our budget. In fact we ended up buying a bed slightly cheaper then the one I was looking at online so we added an adjustable base. The delivery was the next day and was seamless. I would highly recommend this location.

I had a big issue with the delivery of my mattress and set up of the platform bed that i had ordered online from Mattress firm. I called the store at poplar plaza.because i could not get through to customer service online to file a complaint about the horrible so called white glove delivery which had left me with having to set up the bed and placing the mattress on the bed myself. Being handicapped this was very difficult.Angela listened to my experience with the delivery and called her district manager. She called me and told me i would get a full refund on the delivery. I am very pleased with this store and the caring associate and her manager for promptly taking care of the complaint. I would recommend this Mattress firm store to everyone. I went in to the store in Poplar Plaza with my girls to find the younger one a mattress. Melissa Mayer greeted us immediately and was very helpful. She helped us find the right mattress based on my daughters needs after carefully listening to her likes and dislikes. I didnt feel pressured at all, yet we still bought the mattress we liked that day without looking any further. The price was very reasonable, and Im very happy with my purchase. Having bad experience with Poplar store. After purchasing a mattress they damaged it and replaced it with an inferior matress. I did not accept their replacement. They picked up their mattress on Dec. 11th and are refusing to give me the money I paid for the mattress.

I had kept the business card of the Sales Rep I really liked when my son and I stopped into the store 6 months ago after signing an apartment lease for him for the upcoming Fall ‘20 Semester at MS State. I called the Mattress Firm Store In hopes the same lady would be able to help us. She was and answered some questions I had about the upcoming 4th of July Sale prices and whether that mattress was available at her store. It wasn’t, but she knew the products so well she told us she had one with the same coil count in that brand that he could test. We dropped in and she already had the twin size set up and ready for him to try when we got there. He liked it, she gave us the Sale Price a week before the 4th, AND set up the mattress and frame to be delivered DIRECTLY to his apartment in Starkville 6 weeks from now and AT NO COST! (The free delivery service alone saved us the head ache and expense of storing the mattress for now and renting a truck to take it to school. The savings paid for the queen size mattress!!!) It just doesn’t get better than this!!! Absolutely delighted!!! Thank you, Sandy!!!

I got a great deal on a Tulo mattress. I wasnt sure exactly what I was looking for and the associate was extremely helpful. I never considered a mattress in a box but she totally sold me and at the time they were having a buy the queen for the price of a twin so I paid $375 as opposed to $700. I totally love the mattress!

Our experience at the Poplar location was excellent!! Zac went above and beyond to help us get the mattress we wanted/needed for our fit. He wasn’t pushy and didn’t try to sell us the most expensive one. We were probably in there 2 plus hours, he never rushed us or pressured us. He was there to answer any and all questions (multiple times, lol). We ended up buying an adjustable base and a nice king size mattress that was delivered today. The delivery guys were on time, got us setup and were done. And somehow luckily, the sheets, mattress protector and pillows will also be delivered this afternoon. Our experience with Zac as The Mattress Firm were nothing but FANTASTIC!! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great bed and mattress. Thank you!!

The salesman was very nice and showed me the different mattresses without pressure. He said the delivery people would remove my 10-year-old mattress and box springs. I told him I wanted the plastic left on my new mattress to help keep it clean. He said, No problem. Many people do that. My worst fear was that it would have to sit on the sidewalk for a month waiting for the City to remove it. Trouble came when the independent delivery guys said they couldnt remove it because they now had no plastic to put over it for sanitation. Calls to the regional guy at the Mattress Firm were unfruitful. There is also a $150 restocking fee in case of a return, which I was not informed of. My worst fear came true. It is Christmas and my mattress and box springs adorn the curb in front of my house for all my neighbors to see. Im contemplating a lawsuit.
