Love the new office! Very quiet and private! The audiology lab is state of the art! Dr. Shea is hands down the best ear doc in the United States! I also would trust no one else with my childrens ear care! His office staff is courteous and efficient! His audiologist was able to successfully fit my mother with hearing aids and she loves them!

Tried a hearing aid. My ear has constant drainage and it caused an awful ear infection bc there was no place for the drainage to go with my ear basically plugged. Called them and told them I was sending everything back. Did so and about a week later it came back to me??? Tried to return it again and was told no use bc my trial expired. Have $3300 invested in something I cant use. Be careful

Dr Shea has been my Dr. for as long as I can remember. He has watched me grow from a boy who could not hear or breath, to a healthy functioning adult. My family and i are so thankful to have encountered such a wonderful man.ThanksCordney

I must say that my experience at Shea Clinic was a horrific and Im still paying for it today. Dr. Staffel is only interested in taking your money. He has no idea what hes doing when it comes to surgery of any kind. The first thing he does is look down your nose and charge you 800.00 even after you tell him you dont have any breathing probelms. The doctors are unethical and will do anything to get paid. Please take my advise and find another physician other than the physicians at the Shea Clinic. Trust me, you will regret it.

Dr. John Shea lll is an excellent doctor and he has been my doctor for 20+ years. Also, I wanted to point out that the listed review that addresses “Dr. Staffel” is misinformation for this office. Dr. Staffel is not even a part of this office. Please post correct information before accusing the wrong office of wrong practices. I greatly recommend Dr. Shea III!
