I had a follow-up on my 6-month old aids with Angela Cissom at the new storefront on White Station. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and a very capable Dr. She efficiently cleaned some junk out of my ears, tuned-up my aids, and even replaced my dehydration pac from my charger case. One stop, full service facility.

I went in 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork and due to COVID I was told I could nit cone in. I took a lift their so it began to rain . I went to Walgreens and ask if I at come when the rain slacked up. I was informed that if I did not make it in15 minutes than no. So oh well I will try another center. By the way no one was at the front but the receptionist. The 15 minutes made the difference

I visited Taylor Hearing in Memphis to have my hearing checked. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. All COVID precautions were being taken. I will definitely be back for all my hearing needs.

Custom earplugs & custom AirPod ear piecesDr. Angela Cissom, Audiologist at Taylor Hearing was so very helpful. I do not have hearing loss, but ear plugs and AirPod earpieces never fit correctly & fall out of my ears. Dr. Cissom took my call immediately and told me that she could make an impression of my ears and order custom noise/sleeping ear plugs and even order custom AirPod earpieces! They saw me the same day and she used a special foam to make the impression. She observed that I have very narrow ear canals, so no wonder standard ear plugs and ear pieces fall out.I cant tell you how grateful I am to have visited Taylor Hearing Center in East Memphis at 4646 Poplar. My husband will be scheduling soon for custom swimming earpieces.Lovely service. Dr. Cissom and her staff were very helpful and friendly.

After the tests were run, the first thing the doctor did was validate me. That alone meant a lot to me. Prior to this hearing center, i had been trying for years for people to listen to me with no success. I was moved to tears when I heard the heating system properly for the first time in 30 years thanks to the demo hearing aids. I cant recommend this place enough.
