Needed to get a burned out tail light replaced. The guy working the counter came out and changed it for me in the parking lot. Great service!

Most new counter persons are clueless as to what part a customer is looking for. I was put on hold for 5 minutes. I resent listening to some Mexican voice talking to me in a foreign language and repeating every 25 seconds in a language I do not speak. Do not cater to these non-english speaking people. All recordings should be in ENGLISH, This is AMERICA, we speak ENGLISH here! I will NOT ever use Auto Zone for anything. Feel free to contact me. ( in English only ).

Went to auto zone for a bulb for my tail lamp. You tube looked pretty simple to install however I didn’t have to worry about that. Sales associate came right out to my car in very cold temperatures and replaced the bulb. Even after telling him he didn’t need to several times. So thankful for this service. I would never expect someone that’s selling me an auto part to actual fix me car. Wonderful service.

I was very happy with the service I received at Auto Zone. The two men working were a great help finding and delivering the correct part needed to fix my car. Don was one of the guys that assisted me. I appreciated the friendly greeting when entering the store and promptness of service. I definely will use this store location again. Thank you!

My daughter texted me pictures of things she wanted from AutoZone for her birthday. I held up the phone and Frank was VERY HELPFUL taking me to the items. I made my purchase, used a coupon, and was on my way in no time.Everything should be this easy.

The reasonably priced car batteries are not on the sales floor. Check online first. I was asked if I wanted a battery with a 3 or 5 year warranty for $159- $209. The $79 exact fit battery was kept in the back. Bought that and it worked great. Im giving 3 stars because my young salesman made me feel like I was putting him out to take care of me.

Autozone charges too much for bulbs and incidentals. Im side of town Last Summer and I stopped at a AutoZone in Columbus it cost me $8 and change for two brake light bulbs. The place I deal with where I live oh, I can buy the bulbs separately and they cost around a buck apiece.

Needed a headlight and they replaced it for me which is wonderful just what I needed. The guys were friendly and very helpful!

Great experience. I needed a new battery. They I installed it fir free and recycled my old one. It took about 15 minutes.

Courteous staff I went in to get a light bulb and oil just told him what I wanted they went through the whole store walk through everything and got it for me I didnt have to leave the counter just was able to look on the screen see the prices I relatively know what they should be so I know they werent giving me the most expensive just because they were able to go get and I wasnt able to was very happy to see that they werent trying to oversell sell me things I didnt really need or sell me things at the top price even though I could buy it at a lower price

I cannot speak highly enough about the service I received at this Autozone. I had recently purchased a set of Bosch Snowdriver wiper blades for my car, and while driving home from the Thanksgiving feast my driver’s side blade popped off and went sailing behind my car, never to be seen again. I went back to the store a few days later and explained the situation and asked for any advice since I had no clue why this had happened (for the second time, I might add). We all agreed that the arm hook may need a little plier love to ensure the blade doesn’t snap loose again, so I grabbed my new wiper blade and proceeded to checkout. Without a second thought, these unsung heroes handed the blade back to me and said “This one’s on the house!” I was floored. They grabbed a pair of pliers and followed me to my car where they deftly installed my new wiper blade while I moved the passenger side blade back to its rightful arm. All this with a hearty happy holidays and a smiling customer sent on his way, worry free of losing another wiper blade. They didn’t even know it was my birthday, but their kindness was one of the best presents I received all day! Thanks fellas!
