Theres not many places that Ill let cut my hair. Personality and attention to detail are the hallmark of any good salon. Joel is simply the best there is in the area. Almost any other hair dresser leaves me with something I feel like I need to clean up after a cut however Joel has never let me down 10/10 best specialist in Mentor Ohio. Well worth the cost and tip your barber!

SALON PIZZO IS THE BEST!! Bridget has been doing my hair for over 15 years and I have traveled to any salon to have her. I can excitedly say that Salon Pizzo has been the NUMBER ONE salon on my Hairstyles by Bridget journey. Not only is Bridget amazing at what she does, she makes the experience ten times more fun and enjoyable. Whether you just need a quick trim, dye, or you want to come in and do something quirky and bright, she has you covered and knows exactly what looks great and fashionable!! The salon itself is super cute with great decor and the staff is professional and always friendly. I was even able to enjoy my lunch as I waited for my color to set (YES, Chick-Fil-A delivered........from the food court!!!!). The owner, Joel, definitely knows what he is doing when it comes to running a business (even down to the awesome music playing...who doesnt love some pop-up 90s jams) and has continued to keep it extra safe during COVID. Carleen Vitalone will be one of the new stylists here and I have to tell you she is amazing! I have been getting my hair done by her for the last many years and love the way she listens to what you want and always makes you feel and look your best when you leave!! Shes up to date on all the new fashions which is why I love going to her as well! I would Definitely recommend her.

I have been seeing Joel and Bridget since I was 16; I’m now 25. They have done homecoming styles, formal updos, and every color imaginable on me. I have been happy with every single visit I’ve had, and I trust them whole heartedly to bring my visions to life!

Before COVID-19 I could do walk-ins. Post I recommend making an appointment online. Its really easy and you can I your was able to get an appointment the next day. A lot of new implementations are in place due to COVID-19 and they are doing everything to keep customers safe. The staff are friendly and talented.

I understand that COVID-19 is changing how businesses operate, but a $15 fee for COVID per visit?! Are you serious? For what? So you can clean like you’re supposed to?! $39 for a simple haircut, when it’s usually around $25. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO ANOTHER SALON that isn’t charging an arm and a leg for a COVID charge. The nail salon charges an extra $3 per visit...now THAT’S reasonable.

Bridget has been coloring my hair & doing my extensions for over a year. My hair is so much healthier than before. I love all the Kevin Murphy color & products they use. She can also do fun colors better than anyone. Love you guys!!

Erinn is awesome! First time in a long time I walked out of a salon and didnt want to immediately restyle my hair. She put in beautiful highlights and gave me the exact cut I wanted. I would highly recommend Erinn as your new hair stylist. Like I said, she is awesome!

Been going there for years and always walk out loving my hair, service is great, on-line booking is convenient and the hairdressers Ive had are very personable.

This is a difficult area to find a salon, and once you find a good place the turnover is high, so you have to start over. I like the way Erin cuts my hair. The staff is always courteous and friendly.

I love this place and will never ever let anyone touch my hair but Joel! He knows just what is going to look best and is open and honest! I will never go anywhere else.

Absolutely terrible experience, the lady only knows how to do one haircut! Made me look like a 10yr old with identity problems! And the staff couldn’t care less. I do not reccomend this to anybody that wants to look half decent. I wish that I could give it lower than one star.
