Great store with an endless variety of fine skin care products and makeup for everyone. The customer service was excellent too.

The sales rep was super helpful picking a color for my lipstick.

Went for some pre- Christmas shopping. They had some pretty good deals and a nice selection of kits just for Christmas. The girls are very nice and helpful!

I really dont know how customer service is now since I have since new employees over the holiday, but when I used to work there, management sucked. There were a few ladies that are nice and helpful. I wish that they had free samples of foundation/concealer all shades. To be honest the best deals are online.

Today I walked into the store and I wasnt greeted or even helped. I stood there for about 10 minutes and when I finally said I guess my money isnt good enough to purchase inside of the store I guess I have to purchase things online all the time. Someone finally said oh is there something I can help you with. I clearly walked in the store the same time as someone else and she was greeted and even offered helped and she didnt even want anything. I wanted to purchase two bottles of cologne and this is my second attempt to purchase them here. The same thing happened to me on my first trip and I actually ignored it. Today the store wasnt busy and they were stocking. There wont be a third attempt for me because I will never been returning. I than went to ulta, where the store is much more busier but you still get help and even acknowledge.

Wide selection of beauty products for most any need. Some of their shelves and displays could use a little love as they were either low on stock, disorganized, or dirty. Staff spent most of their time putting makeup on rather then tending to the store or cash registers.

My daughters love this place and can find what they are looking for.

The girls there are fantastic youll always get the help and informative you need. And yes it is smaller than beachwood but the mall itself is much smaller so as expected. Still an awesome collection of products!

It was my first experience at the great lakes sephora .I must say that Melissa was too good when she explained every details to me. Im so happy that I went there.

I have had two experiences at this location now that the employees are more concerned about doing their own makeup than helping customers and shopping for themselves. Very disappointed the last two times. I will drive to Beachwood and shop online from now on.
