They had a beautiful Jackson couch set in stock for a reasonable price. Bought on Saturday, quick and not pushy at all. Delivered today as promised, nice delivery guys. No complaints at all.

I would like to retract my original post and upgrade my review. I received my recliner, it was exactly the one that I purchased. The delivery went very smooth. I am very pleased with my purchase.

HORRIBLE!!! Don’t buy stuff from there if you want to be lied to and if you want to wait 2 months. I was told 10 days. It has already been A MONTH AND A HALF. They are so unorganized they don’t even know what furniture is on which truck. How come I can completely track my amazon package from start to finish. And these people don’t even know what piece of furniture is on what truck. So unprofessional.

I enjoyed my experience at this store. My girlfriend and I got a whole living room set and plan to go back for other furniture for our new home. The living room set that we purchased is stunning and its good quality, and we got really good deals on all of it. We’re very happy. The sales associate that we had was very accommodating and made shopping for furniture easy and fun. We were treated very very well.

The salespeople are much more helpful and laid back than at other furniture stores in the area where they pounce on you and bug you from the second you walk in the door. I purchased a living room set and am very happy with my experience.

The only time I have ever said “Wow!” during my entire walkthrough of the store. I was very impressed... Huge selection of modern/contemporary furniture and very competitively priced compared to other furniture stores. The sales associates were not bugging and following us around the entire time like other stores and were very polite and courteous when answering questions. I would definitely recommend this store because of the selection it offers.

The salesman seemed as though we were bothering him even though there was nobody in the store.

They have the worst customer service. I was in the store for 10 min. The sales guy looked straight at us and didn’t even say hello. I work in sales so I know how customer service should be. I will never step foot in that store again. They should know how to greet. Here’s some advice greet within the first 60 seconds, a simple hello can go along way. So we went to Levins where they provided excellent customer and furnished our new home.

This store was great.We couldnt be happier with our new living room furniture.We dealt with the store manager Frank, he was Phenominal, and the prices were in line with the great quality of furniture.After shopping around the area, we found this store to be our STYLE.We also found their delivery team to be great as well.We had just had new expensive flooring professionally laid the week before, and they were very careful bringing the furniture in without and damages.They also were cautious to work safely.Thank you iStyleI most deffinately will, and already have reccomended your store to others.We will be back

Not really my style of furniture but the prices were fair

This place is a horrible place to shop. And please do yourself a favor and do not use their financing. It is a rip off. The people in the store will tell you one price but in reality youll be paying a much higher price. And they dont tell you upfront. They email you and in small print they tell you how much youll really be paying. You cant return things, so if you buy something and want to exchange you cant. The ladies in the store didnt know how to ring out my items. I previously wrote a post about my experience with delivery and it some how disappeared. But delivery was terrible. Do not make this choice or your last choice for that matter. Dont waste your time go to a real furniture company. I ordered a bed for my daughter and it took me over a month to get it. Every time I called to see when it would be delivered no one could tell me anything. Until one day I called and a guy said it was on a back order. This place is a mess. If my post disappears again Ill keep posting so everyone will know about the horrible experience I had with this company. Especially the financing.

My experience in this store was awesome!I love their selection, other furniture stores in our area just do not compare istyle has a lot of unique pieces that are very stylish, and a lot of traditional furniture as well. I feel like everywhere we’ve looked everything looks the same and I’m bored of the regular sofa loveseat combo that has no personality.The sales associate that helped us was super fun and gave us great deals. He helped us move around tables, lamps and carpets in the store to piece together what would look best. We got the Capone chesterfield style sofa and loveseat, coffee and end tables a rug and two beautiful table lamps. We just received the keys to our new home and really wanted to have the furniture right away. These guys were awesome went way out of their way and made delivery happen on short notice!!! I am very pleased and I will shop there again when I’m ready for nightstands and a dining set.Thank you guys for going above and beyond for us we very much appreciate your time and energy!!!

We bought living room set from IStyle furniture, Mentor location. We were looking to buy 2 - Three Seater Leather Recliners. We waited till Thanksgiving hoping to get a good deal and we tried in all reputed furniture stores and none of the places had any good deals. We saw this new store - IStyle furnitures and just wanted to go in and see their products and prices. All their products are really nice and the prices are pretty impressive. The sales people are really nice too. The Store Manager Sergey is really nice person. He was cordial and friendly and really open to negotiate the pricing. He gave us a very good deal and we ended up buying a Coffee table and Side Table in addition to the Recliners. Delivery was done with in a week and the people who delivered were also really polite and took a very good care while assembling. Overall...me and my wife had a very good experience with this store and I would recommend everyone to visit the store and you will definitely be happy.

The associates tell you one thing and do another. Not pleased with IStyle...will never buy anything else there. Brought bunk beds made of metal which a piece broke and cut my son as well as myself, mattresses are sagging. They told me that they would fix bunk bed and replace the mattresses this has bed over 7 months ago and Im still WAITING!!!

I didnt realize how large the store is from the outside. When I walked in, I was plesantly surprised with the selection.

I have visited the Mentor iStyle several times and I have never been greeted by a sales person. Its apparent that customer service is not important to the company.

The salesman was of no help at all. I didnt see anything worth the price
