The salesman, Bob Rosin, was fantastic. He left us to browse, then assisted with a demo at our request. Talking with Bob was like talking with family. He was easy-going with a keen interest of where we were from and we shared similar backgrounds. The couch we picked up fit our budget and needs perfectly.

Our sales associate Cheryl was awesome. She was upfront with pricing and availability and she didn’t hover over us. She allowed us space to look around but was available when we had questions. Levin had a great selection a lot of which was available for delivery!! Our experience was perfect and we will be back to Levin for our future furniture needs.

I have been shopping at Levin for over 40 years because their furniture is reasonably priced, good quality, and there is a good variety. Korbin helped me today, as he has for my last few purchases. He is very kind and very helpful!!!

Bought a nice couch from them back in 2018. It did not come in till May of 2019. I had 3 service repairs on it since. Now it is not under warranty because It was bought in 2018 even though it took almost a year to come in. They are zero help. It was also a 3,800 couch. Should of lasted longer then 2 years. Same thing keeps happening to the couch and even though it was repaired three times it keeps happening. They stopped selling the couch because of this issue and they won’t make it right. I will not buy from them again. Sadly my 750.00 couch i got 8 years ago from big lots is better.

Tedd was great. He worked hard to get me the best deal without pressuring me. He even got me a loaner bed frame because the furniture wont arrive in time for out of town guests. Delivery team was great as well. They removed shoes at door and asked for a couple rags to wrap around ends of bare bed frame to protect wall. He even helped me put on dust ruffle. The entire experience has been great so far. I hope that continues when the furniture is delivered

We ordered a new couch from Levin in Mentor OH on Jan 2, 2021 and Susans sales pitch was that we would recieve the couch by Feb if we ordered that day! Its now almost July and no couch. Susan did not call us one time in six months to update us on the delays. When we called, it was going to be May and now its going to be August. Cancelled the order and will go somewhere else with customer service even if I have to wait longer!

We have bought so much furniture from here over the years and have always been happy. We just purchased a couch and loveseat and are less than happy with the quality. We are so disappointed... fabric done incorrectly, staples sticking out in numerous places, and one leg screws in crooked. Just saying to beware of buying online right now. We only did so bc of covid and regret it.

Our sales guy was Jeff Heston. He was great. Not pushy at all. Very easy to work with. The clean and well stocked. Only thing was that most furniture was over sized and modern which didnt work in a home over 175 years old.also I thought the prices for chairs are way out of line. I did buy a sofa, and love seat but did not buy the chair because it was almost as much as the sofa. Im sad because I could not afford to get the matching chair. I paid cash for everything and did not finance. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was the prices for chairs and asseories were out of line.

Bought a sectional this time from Levin after looking Ashley and Wayside. Have made multiple purchases from this store over the last twenty years. With the long delivery times these days, we were able to draw from orders placed for inventory to get six week delivery when others were quoting sixteen to twenty-eight weeks. They are investing money in inventory rather than relying on the factories. We appreciate that Levin became privately owned again after an ill-fated stint as part of a private equity firm with no knowledge of furniture.

I spent a lot of time shopping for the perfect sofa/Love seat. I had seen the exact set at another store. When I asked if they would match the price at the other store, you would have thought I was asking for money out of her pocket! They are suppose to price match. She told me she would match the price, but the other things that were promised (like free delivery ) were taken away. I was so disappointed, and did not trust a word she said after that experience. I was actually shocked to see the same set lower than Levin but had spent so much money there through the years, I wanted to stay loyal. I was disappointed and they lost my trust and business. Please keep looking because they are way over priced! I ended up going back to the first store and found a set I liked even more and spent a lot more money. I would never trust them enough to go back and will tell my family and friends my experience at Levin in Mentor Ohio.

The store is huge and it has a lot of variety to it. Ive been searching for a new couch at many different furniture stores. They have a wide variety of price tags so you can shop according to a budget if youre rough with money or if you do have more money they have lots of nice stuff. The staff was outstanding

I had been shopping a few months for a bed for my brother that has Down Syndrome. We decided to head over to the store an look around.We were greeted by a very soft spoken gentleman, Timothy. He asked without rushing us, how or what we might be looking for. I explained that we were in search of a bed for Barry. He then started to explain what kind of beds, mattresses, etc they had an said they were up stairs. He ask Barry if he was able to use the escalator an Barry said yes an Thank You. We proceeded to go up to the bed department.He addressed Barry which made me happy because most people dont acknowledge him. The bed is for him an he does know what is comfortable to him. Mr. Tim was very helpful,kind an had patience with him ( us).Barry picked out his 🛌 and I wad relieved after looking for months. LEVIN furniture is just as terrible as the rest. I thought i would go with a reputable company with a long standing history in the community. Ive tried Ashley and value city which were both a mess and now LEVIN is on the list. No different than the rest. Say things are delayed due to COVID which may be true... but how about a call to the customer to inform them. NOPE! I called... not LEVIN to Confirm my delivery date only to find out its been pushed back to July. They sit back take your money and sucks to be you. LEVIN you can keep you lack of communication and customer service. Wayfair has just what i need!

The showroom was clean and beautiful and LARGE. My sales representative, Tedd Mckenzie was knowledgeable about all the products, had great customer service skills, was extremely profession and made my entire experience wonderful! I highly recommend him and will refer him everyone I know! My overall experience was definitely 5 OUT OF 5 STARS from beginning to end.

The first thing we noticed while looking at furniture was a complete no pressure sale atmosphere. Our salesman, Bob, introduced himself, asked what we were looking for, then directed us to their locations. Periodically, he checked in on us to see if we had any questions, which we appreciated. There was NEVER any pressure to purchase. After we found what we liked we needed to make arrangements for our current furniture and told him wed return the next day to purchase.Bob was not there when we returned to make our purchase, but Ted made sure to write down Bobs name as the person who helped us.The entire process was relaxing and easy. We will definitely buy from Levin again!

Pleasant experience and sales person. Was surprised to see that the product and set up was the same as it was prior to closing a year ago. Had I known that, I would have come in sooner. What I wanted was featured in the store but not on line - that also made me hesitate coming in earlier. But I ordered what I wanted - unfortunately with all the Covid Shipping delays, I wont expect it for another 7 months. But thats ok as I know its not Levins fault and its well known that furniture shipping is extremely slow right now. My only complaint is that I wished the website somehow indicated that my item was available - I would have shopped IN STORE months ago had I known.

This was our second time shopping at Levin, service has been consistently super professional and the sales team legitimately cares about what you want and need. These guys are encouraged to go above and beyond to take care of you, its a truly amazing experience. We got a Sofa Set the first time, and they showed is everything within our needed range and price range, never tried to upsell outside of our set limits. This time we went in for a mattress and had considerably higher limits for one, quality was our main concern. Jeff went above and beyond to gauge what we found comfortable and made recommendations based on that. We ended up going with the Purple 3 Mattress and Levin exceeded the manufacturer warranty and coverage. Even threw in free delivery and a very affordable haul away as we live in an apartment.This place is also MASSIVE! 3 stories and sprawling wide! And if they dont have it, they will get it for you. They even offer trials on most items so you arent stuck with something you are unhappy with! I dont think Ill be doing furniture business anywhere else!

I have to say. The worst experience ever. My daughter ordered a mattress that cost $3000 they delivered it, set it up and when I went to make the best it was soaking wet. They came back and picked it up but did not respond to deliver another one. After several calls they finally said they would deliver a new one in 2 days. They then call the morning of the delivery and say this one is wet also. They offer $250 after I suggest they need to make this right. Still no mattress. I finally got a hold of John the manager he states they have 5 in there Pittsburg warehouse. I ask. Can you inspect them to insure they are dry. He states he sent an email with a ticket to Check. I ask. Can you call and talk to someone so we no today if we should seek other places to find one. It’s really a joke. I can’t believe how insane this experience has been. If I can say anything. Don’t buy from Levine.

My wife and I came to Levin for a mattress and box springs for our guest room. On arrival we were cordially welcomed by several staff members. We were introduced to their mattress specialist, Korbin. He was very friendly, and asked us several questions to help us narrow down the dozens of mattresses in their showroom. We were each given a pillow with a fresh protector and he then asked for our preference regarding firmness of a mattress. He said since it was for a guest room, a medium firm would likely be a good choice, and by that one suggestion we easily found what we were looking for! The experience that he showed, and the kind demeanor made us very comfortable.He then asked if there was anything else he could show us, and we told him we would be needing a new love seat recliner. We were shown several nice ones and he once again led us to a few that fit our needs. We arent yet ready to purchase the recliner, but when we are we will definitely call that Levin store to make sure Korbin will be working when we come in!

Bought a couch and chair there last month flex steel. Was supposed to be the best they have. Well the chair motor broke within 30 days and no refund they are ordering parts and Im being told 6 weeks to get it fixed so I cant use my furniture for 6 weeks. Junk

Failed to mention part of the order would arrive three months later. Showed up and the furniture they did bring could not be put together due to missing parts. Will deliver a month later. The item they did bring is scratched and no one is returning my call/email about replacement. 2 stars is pushing it.

Great customer service, we came in looking for a rocker/recliner for the nursery and Ben Schuler helped us by doing some research but unfortunately the back order doesn’t work with our 5 month timeline which he was understanding about.But we did find an outdoor ottoman that matched the chairs we purchased last year. John M. helped us source an additional two at the Niles Levin Outlet and we were able to purchase in Mentor store and pick up the next morning at the Outlet.
