Was truly an easy process. And fun!! Loved seeing the way he showed us our pressure spots at the different levels. They were right on with where we felt our comfort is for a mattress.If you haven’t checked this out. I suggest you do. If anything to learn exactly what kind of mattress suits you.It is soooo nice being able to adjust it for differences between my husband and I. But THE BEST part is that I can actually lie flat. I have not been able to do that due to pain for over twenty years. (I have spent several years in a recliner). I am so happy we decided to take a chance and check it out.

With Covid, I wanted to make sure I could have a good experience and did not know what to expect so I called to make an appointment. Even though the appointment was at opening time the Sunday after Christmas, LeShaun was there early, with the store open and waiting for me.He took me through the entire process of finding my number, showing me the contact points where I could be experiencing pain with my current mattress (which was right on), then had me try a few of their other mattresses. Id been doing research at other firms and this one for a year, so when I we through this excellent customer experience, I knew this was the right bed for me.As we were completing paperwork, LeShaun had me download the app so I could be ready for delivery day. It was fast and easy and I didnt need his assistance. Cant wait for delivery day so I can sleep in my new bed!I have a 10 year old Tempurpedic, which has been a great mattress, but I am also 10 years older and feeling like I need the ability to adjust my firmness after exercising or when I have other issues.

The sales person was great in explaining everything and not loading us down with pressure to buy. It left us with a positive experience.

My only regret is that I did not do this years ago, as I have suffered for so long with Sciatica. My chiropractor friend recommended I try Sleep Number...I knew I was going to buy before I even stepped foot in the Mentor store, because I think so highly of this person, and she is one of my dearest friends....her opinion is invaluable to me, and this is her SECOND Sleep Number bed, as she has two homes and swears by the comfort this mattress provides!Ken was so amazing! Personable, professional and very knowledgeable about the product he represents!! Extremely pleasant experience, and no sales pressure!!I will not receive my bed until 3/18, however, I have complete faith in this company, based upon the recommendations of my dear friend. I cannot wait to finally have restful, and pain free sleep!!Thank you, Ken for making what I had been avoiding such a welcoming and wonderful experience!!!I can’t wait till my bed arrives!!!!

Brian was informative, never pushy, and answered millions of questions. He also helped us after we came back to change the order and add a flex fit adjustable base. I am very thankful for his help and helping us to decide if it was time to take the sleep number plunge

Our Sleep Number bed is INCREDIBLE! I am so glad we sucked it up and bought one. Yes it is expensive but it is worth it. After the first couple nights I have noticed a huge difference in my sleep, from falling asleep faster to waking up with no pain. It is amazing. The people at the Mentor store we friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this bed and store!

My fiancé and I have been searching for the perfect mattress for over a year now and decided to go into the Mentor store on a whim and I’m so glad we did! Ken K. the store manager was so helpful in helping us decide what mattress was best for us and educating us on the awesome technology sleep number uses! I can’t wait to get our mattress!

I had been researching Sleep Number Beds for a while & I knew what features would be expected add-ons. I am still trying to figure out my Sleep Number as I have only had it for three nights now, but am VERY satisfied with the adjustable base because it takes pressure off my lower back & legs.

We met with Lynn at the Mentor store several times and she was just wonderful with us! We had one hiccup at the time of purchase which she resolved with her District Manager which allowed us to complete the purchase of our ILE King bed. Thank You Lynn!!
