Absolutely thrilled with our experience at Mattress Firm. Dominic Delciappo was a great blessing. We went in early stages of finding a new mattress after going to Levin and not having nearly the kind of experience expected. Our old mattress was 6 years old and a coil was coming through the side of our mattress and we needed a new one. Instead of just trying to sell us one of mattress firms, he resonated with our story and gave us an idea to see if our mattress warranty was still covered. Sure enough it was and we are going to be getting a new mattress without any cost to us at all. This is something we would have never thought about and we really appreciate him educating us about this. If we are ever in the market for a new mattress we will definitely be coming back to him. Also, because of saving so much cost on a new mattress we figured we would be paying for. We decided to get two purple harmony pillows from mattress firm because we tried them and they were lovely. It’s a lot easier to spend $300 on two pillows without spending any money on a new mattress. Keith Black, the district manager was very helpful, communicative, and personable as well and took this experience up 10 more levels. We are thrilled overall and would recommend mattress firm to anyone seeking down to earth, helpful customer service, plus high quality products. We purchased a new Tempur-pedic mattress from Mattress Firm in Mentor, Ohio. Our sales person Brian was excellent. He was very friendly, personable and seemed extremely knowledgeable about mattress. He was very helpful in helping us pick out the perfect mattress. We love our new mattress.!

Scam if you buy a product you should not have to sign papers only to screw yourself when the product is bad. Paid about $2,000 dollars but the mattress is not good I wanted to return it but you have fees and that free $500 adjustable frame is where the real scam comes in to you have to keep it and that $500 comes off your return so your $2000 return is you only get back about $825 SCAM SCAM SCAM. DALTON LAWRENCE SHOULD NOT BE SELLING HE HAS BEEN THROUGH MANY JOBS THAT HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH SELLING A MATTRESS.SO DONT BE FOOLED BY THEIR STUFF AND DONT SIGN ANY PAPERS BE COUSE THAY ARE THEIR TO PROTECT THEM NOT YOU.I WAS OFFERED to exchange it with a fee I told a rep I just dont want it because it has 2 sink holes in it so it is like sleeping in a chuck hole it shouldnt cost the customer any money for a faulty product but MATTRESS FIRM seems to not care once you pay and leave.

Stopped into the store with my wife. Dominic was the manager and helped us out a lot. We looked at a few mattresses to start. Trying to get an idea of our comfort level. We just so happened to see that they carried the Purple brand. We always talked about it and see it advertised. What we saw for ourselves....theyre everything that theyre saying. Dominic explained the technology to us. My wife and I laid on the various levels they carried. We both agreed that the 4 was the best one for us. Granted the price did scare us,quite a bit. But with the financing options,we figured it was worth it. Thank you Dominic and his team for your awesome customer service. Also keep in mind that if you find a mattress you love,get it ordered then and there. Apparently there is a shortage due to the materials.

Pleasant sales member answered my questions, easy “in and out” quick process.Plus a Great delivery team, friendly, strong young guys! I’m all set!Such a relief with all of the disappointment I previously faced through Covid with delays and other out of stock issues for the past eight months! Thanks so very much!

I dont recommend this place at all. The sales person didnt listen to any of what I was looking for, and was not obviously interested in making a sale. I came in specifically for a sale they are having and Im pretty sure he showed me every mattress but the ones included in that sale. But he waited until I made a selection to tell me it was not included in sale. He also told me he couldnt get anything delivered for a few weeks. But I talked to another store and was told that was untrue. He never even bothered to check, he just knew. He was too busy to get to a dinner date than make a sale. Wasted 2 hours of my time with someone who had no intention of making any sale. I wonder if he has gotten to used to a cushy salary and isnt hungry for sales so he thinks he can make people feel less than and felt used and led on with not truths from him. I definitely will not be returning to this location.

Dominic and his team at the Mentor store are fantastic! I came in on Labor Day, which I knew would mean theyd be super busy, but I have been having really bad back pain and this was the only day Id be able to stop in for a while. Dominic helped me find the perfect mattress for me. I ended up getting the Purple 2 but needed financing. Because of a recent name change the application process was a little more complicated (the name change is VERY recent and the system just takes certain precautions to avoid identity theft, which I also appreciate). He was very patient with me as I searched through my documents, talked to customer service, etc.I mostly appreciated the fact that despite the store being VERY busy, he still took the time to inform me on all of my options for financing, delivery and upgrades. I did not feel rushed.
