Fantastic store! Wonderful selection of everything, especially Items for Fall decorating. Fall and Home decor were 40 & 50 percent off the day I stopped in! I saved a bundle on a shopping cart full of things I couldn’t live without! Floor staff and check out clerk were friendly. Store was clean and very well organized Definitely will make this store a frequent stop.

The manager Nicole is shady and encourages the employees to put sale signs on non sale items and then refuses to honor the price. She takes advantage of the signs using the term “etc.” loosely so she can get away with over charging people. She seems to have an issue with playing “price god”. Then when called out she’s extremely rude and condescending and talks over you. Also, what’s the point of wearing a mask if you’re going to pull it down to talk?

Hobby Lobby is the best! I love shopping here! though I wish they still had more Halloween and Fall stuff and a little less Christmas given that its October but I get it. Ill be back soon for more stuff

I went to Hobby Lobby to find a recorder instrument for my grandson and actually found it with some help from the staff. We also found some other great things while browsing around. I just love this store! Its always clean and set up so beautifully. The staff is friendly and helpful too. You dont experience that much anymore so its a pleasure to give them my business.

Went in to look at purchasing some picture frames. There are signs all over stating that all kinds of items in the frames area were 50% off. Unfortunately when I got to the registers they told me that none of the frames were on sale but they were other items. Why bother to try to mislead people? Also many of the items that we actually look at had no price either on the item or on the tags that were underneath the items. I dont know if Ill ever go there again as I do not like to be misled.

A place to go that you can always find nice things we happen to hit it on a weekend where there was a good sale going on so we walked away with more for less which is cool I just wish we had one of these in our own town but it makes it for a nice stop on the weekend getaway.

This is the place for beautiful and unique items. Make sure you have time to walk around. Most of what I bought was 50% and 66% off!! Will be coming back more often

They just about always have what Im looking for and if they dont they try to help me fine it.

Great suppies great prices but if youre black know you dont belong and the staff will make you feel really uncomfortable. They wont answer any questions you have, will close the line if you approach it, and then offer to open it to ring up a white customer. Im writting this review because this is my experience everytime I come here.

The bane of my life!!! I go there for one thing and leave with stuff i didn’t go there for. Sigh. I LOVE THAT PLACE. I always get crafting and decor ideas in this store.

I can go into debt messing with this store, lol. I always know what Im going in for but come out with that and more. I love hobby lobby. Everyone is so friendly. Just gotta watch them ringing your transaction. I had a cashier hit $29.99 instead of $2.99 for an item. Manager corrected it but its easy for them to incorrectly ring items because they are still using the old school checkout method. They dont have scanners they still manually enter items.

Clean, large aisle and all neatly displayed. I found many great sale deals at 40 to 50 % off. And lots of choices in craft items.

It was nice to be in hobby lobby when it wasnt crowded. Theyre putting up fall and winter decorations and items. Selections are good. The store is clean. People are nice definitely a place to shop again and again and again

I like Hobby Lobby but I am NOT a fan of their so called removable vinyl. They lie like a rug. It took me 3 hours to remove this from a tumbler. I had to resort to a special beverage to calm my nerves! I WILL be returning the other roll. And their lines are always super long. Ok rant over.

My cashier was Monica and she was very nasty to customers. while ringing up she was full of attitude, she claimed she didn’t know prices so she’ll ring things up as full price and wouldn’t check for sale pricing. as more people got in line she said “oh lord help me” and sounded extremely rude when saying it. i’ve never seen someone be so nasty to customers. very disappointing as we shop at hobby lobby often and always have great experiences.

If youve got a decorating itch, youll be very happy here! They even have man cave items, lots of them!

Good store always slow lines

They have a lot of hobby associated iteams for all kinds of hobbies. Nice clean place

Customer service was terrible. I asked where I could find foam padding for underneath an aquarium. The associate asked if it was like felt. I said no, like a rubberized foam padding or mat. She proceeded to have me follow her, we got to an isle where she pointed out felt. I reiterated that I am not looking for felt and that it was like a rubber mat. She had me follow again, this time to the Styrofoam section where she pointed out the green and white hard Styrofoam. I eventually found foam padding in sheets and rolls in a different craft section. Go to checkout and wait in line patiently while the cashier continued on a lengthy conversation with the previous customer after their transaction was complete. When it was my turn to check out we got half way through ringing things out when another customer came to the other side and asked where to do returns. I was told to wait while she finished the return. I went to another line, waited too long with a line of 10 people while 6 employees congregated and talked with each other in the check out area.

Fun store you can totally zone out and get lost in. Only compliant is checking out is painfully slow.

I could get lost in this store for hours. Staff very helpful and place is always being tidied up. They are making people wear masks and there bathrooms are clean. My 6 yr old loves going in there with me for all our future projects.

Love browsing here as there is do much to see. It makes me feel like a young kid in a candy store again. The only downside is it was very difficult, if not impossible, to find an employee if you needed some help or had a question.

Very cool place, you can always find what you need when it comes to crafts/decor although they are a bit pricey. But I find myself spending hours in the store just looking at stuff.

Absolutely love this store! I had never shopped at Hobby Lobby until today. It was overwhelming at first, but Sam, one of the associates, was extremely personable and kind. She helped me find everything I needed and answered all of my questions. The young woman at the cash register was extremely nice as well. I can honestly say that the associates at this location are some of the nicest, most knowledgeable people I have ever met in the retail business. I will definitely be back!

Just opened but well stocked already. They’ve got pretty much anything for any hobby you might have. They also have tons of home decor and holiday stuff. Lots of good rotating sales, so stopping by frequently makes sense. Friendly staff too.

Love all the different variety of things they have.Not only hobby stuff but stuff to decorate your home also.

If tools of poor quality and high prices is you want this is the place for you. They also have a very strict return policy that makes it impossible to return anything you use, ensuring that when find out how cheaply made the tools you just bought are you cannot get your money back. Now just to be clear I havent bought anything but woodworking items so my experience is limited but what experience I do have is entirely negative. Besides the poorly made tools, the manager couldnt tell me a single thing about any product I asked about and the employee who checked me out almost charged me double for a saw I bought stating himself that he, doesnt pay attention as much as I should. And yes that actually is a direct quote from said employee who by the way was not wearing a mask or any other face covering. I would highly recommend skipping over this store because you can find better prices and quality elsewhere.

Store is awesome but waited in line for 20 minutes with 3 registers open. The line was to about 3/4 of the way thru the store. Funny thing was all the employees standing off to the side talking about how they had never seen anything like it? I guess they werent trained to run a register. Poor management display on that day
