I love that this location sells bags of that good ice (soft nugget ice), and they keep the ice machine super clean. My husband stops by at least 2-3 times a week to pick up a bag of ice for the freezer. We use it for everything - drinks, smoothies, iced coffee, and more - even in the Winter we like our drinks ice cold! The hard-working employees are always so nice; even when the line is wrapped around the building they are awesome! I also greatly appreciate and support this location for its contributions to University Hospitals Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital!

Ordered 1 small blizzard and 2 medium blizzards. Charged us for 2 small blizzards and 2 medium blizzards. Got up to the window and the girl was not very pleasant. She over charged us and didn’t even provide a receipt. Didn’t realize the mistake until after leaving parking lot and wondering why it was so expensive.

First ice cream cake for a 91 year old she loved it, not a fan of cake but loves ice cream.

This will be the last time I purchase anything from this Dairy Queen. The young staff are beyond rude, obnoxious and lazy. Every single time they have completely obliterated my order. I honestly dont understand the difficulty. Save your money and time and go to BIGGIES. They are amazing!!!

My son and I, neither of us can digest milk, like the Orange Julius without the milk powder. We think its better. The rest of the family likes the ice cream.

Usually have great service but they can never get it right when i ask for a diet pepsi rather than a regular pepsi. i understand the confusion but it has happened numerous times.

The staff was beyond rude to me simply for being a door dash driver. Then, I realized my wallet had been stolen while I was there. Staff said they dont have cameras- when I went back, they absolutely did have cameras. Employees are always so rude, even when I am a paying customer.

The owner is a penny pincher don’t expect much of anything. If you want a small cone, get a medium to actually get a SMALL cone and so forth. Don’t expect to receive any sprinkles either. Go to the one near Meijer and you’ll get what you pay for.

Absolutely terrible. The evening staff was so unfriendly I was actually in shock. The girl that took my order was sighing with frustration every time I added something to my order. Then when I pulled around, the blonde girl with the headset who took my order was in a managers uniform and had her mask on her chin. Great way for management to teach her employees. Everyone else looked miserable working for her. It was so depressing.

Always fast friendly and accurate service. This location never disappoints as some other ones have. The employees are always super happy to help and seem to enjoy being there. In this type of industry that is an accomplishment in itself so kudos to the owner and management of this location.

I for the longest time was getting a first responder discount couse Im a retired volunteer fire fighter and the other day they told me they only honor it if Im in uniform well volunteer fire fighters dont have uniforms this is not right eather accept the first responder discount or take it away dont decremenate against those who dont have uniforms i will not be back and the lady acted like my service didnt matter and didnt care if I left and they loose a customer

This place is absolutely horrible. There is not any high expectations concerning customer service. The manager feels she is entitled to flip customers off while her employees laugh about it. They don’t know how to make a good smoothie. I wouldn’t even give this place one star. Maybe my phone call to corporate will open someone’s eyes.

I am really happy with this Dairy Queen OrangeJulius location! It may be the best Orange Julius in Lake county. I think my wife got a Perfect Blizzard! 🏆 It was the right amount of toppings mixed right and all the way to the bottom of the cup. My only criticism this visit was theyre not keeping up on wiping the tables after visitors. We still had a dirty table from the last customers when we sat down. My Hot Fudge Sundae made with Chocolate ice cream was great too. It was a good visit, thanks for the treat!

The crowd was a bit loud amd continues to be everytime I go here. However, the staff is really nice and not really pushy on you making a decision on what you want (generally my biggest complaint) the restaurant was clean and the restrooms were clean also. The cotton candy dip for ice cream cones is PHENOMENAL. I reccomend it.

Only got ice cream, but of course it was delicious. Drive thru line was kinda slow. 2pm on a Tuesday. There is a putt-putt golf course next door, so thats a neat little family outing/cheap date night idea.

I can write a saga with my love for this place. I wish that all DQs had a Putt-Putt course. Nothing in my day to day life is better then a summer night playing a quick round with my son, talking about nothingness, and following it up with a cone.

Got blizzards. 1/2 of them were good. But when you got to the 2nd half it was just ice cream. It totally was not mixed well. For the price paid, you can get a whole container of ice cream alot !!!!! Cheaper.

The indoor tables and lavatory facilities were clean and orderly. The outdoor sitting area was comfortable and quaint. My Oreo blizzard was delicious and prepared perfectly. A woman wearing a grey manager polo working the cash register at 9:00pm on Friday, May 31th was absolutely horrid and rude to my party, as well as the customers ahead of us in line. I found it apalling that this woman had somehow found her way to the top of the Dairy Queen pecking order which reflects very poorly on this particular Dairy Queen’s management. Will not be returning.

Second time in 2 weeks that the wife and I have visited DQ and have been disappointed!Ordered a banana split to share.Ice cream and bananas were good but toppings were minimal!First visit : one slice of strawberry and no pineapple!Second visit : no strawberries and almost no pineapple!No management available to talk to!I will not return!!

Got a ice cream cake when we were in Tuesday and it was the worse one ever! Cake was freezer burned and had a waxy taste to it. Grew up with these cakes so hoping it was just a fluke!

Its Dairy Queen. New face lift, but its location is rather close to the famous one and only Holiday. So really how many ice cream stores does one need. And way over priced and for some reason they advertised on their windows about how thick the flurries are. So thick you can tip the cup upside down. So my 7 year old decides she wants to check it out and flips her flurry. Well it dumped in her lap and they would not honor the ad. So thick you can tip your cup upside down and if it does fall out they will give you anotherThey told me that their store does not honor that ad.

1 star is VERY generous for this place!! Hands down the worst Dairy Queen Ive ever been to. Its a bunch of kids that With horrible communication skills!! I have given this place a few opportunities to earn my business and each one of them have been equally awful. Do yourself a favor and travel to a different ice cream parlor. You wont regret it!!!

I ordered a Oreo blizzard and the wife had blizzard also both were excellent! But definitely not cheap!

First let me say since you probably dont know, theres a putt-putt/mini golf course here! Its really the only one left I can think of thats descent and affordable. And of course the DQ itself is great too. There are tables inside and outside you can use. Staff is friendly.

The blizzards arent bad as long as you dont ask for anything different from what is on the menu. Ordered a cookie jar blizzard, wanted it made with vanilla ice cream. I dont know what i got, but it was not what I ordered. Whatever they gave me was made with chocolate ice cream and had cookie dough chunks in it (I HATE COOKIE DOUGH), not the actual cookie pieces like the website says. Another time I ordered a berry cheesecake blizzard and asked for it without the gross cheesecake pieces. Well guess what most of my blizzard was.....the flippin cheesecake pieces...like more than you could possibly imagine. None of these issues are related to the tine of day that you visit. Too bad I live right down the street from this DQ. If it wasnt so far I would go to the Mentor Avenue one. Dont go here ever. If you absolutely need a cold sweet treat, go to Biggies Custard down Andrews Road. Good luck on your search for good ice cream. Im going to go finish picking all the cookie dough pieces out of my blizzard. 😛

Waste of time and gas money. Company needs to fix this error asap since I wasnt the only customer who showed up after 10 assuming it would still be open.

Dont expect them to honor the flip your blizzard in front of you campaign. They put lids on mine & said they dont have to honor that for take out (the dq website disagrees). On top of that theyve forgotten how to make a brownie batter blizzard. I mean really? I guess if I want proper dq Ill hit mentor ave, and you should too.

Their cakes are going downhill fast. Ive been taking my business to the heisley store because Everytime I purchase a cake here the fudge is such a thin layer. Today I decided to give this dairy Queen a shot to redeem thereselves. Bad idea. This cake literally had NO fudge. The bottom of my cake fell off when I tried to cut it because there was nothing holding it together! ....on the plus side their putt putt is awsome. I go almost every couple weeks. ....I will be done buying cakes from them for a while

Lately with a blizzard the topping is only in top half, only ice cream in bottom. Time not taken to mix them properly.
