I have been struggling for a few weeks with my banking app. Its an app I rely very heavily on. Went to the bank and they tried to help me gain access. No luck. Stopped by Metro PCS on Cook Ave in Meriden and spoke with Sam. So glad I did. Within 5 minutes, without breaking a sweat Sam figured out the issue and I was able to regain access to my app and info. I was thrilled and he was happy to help. 5 star service today!!!

I will definitely skip the store closer to me to go to this location. Will listened, did not talk down to me and had a solution within 5 min. Awesome! I will definitely go back.

I am very dissapointed with the service at this metro store in cook ave. My mom an elder woman went there to get a phone and the guy sold her a used phone, no box, no charger, they over charged her and were very very rude and in a rush to get her out. She went back to complain about having to get a new charger and they treated her bad, she got very nervous and left. Is so sad they have no customer service skills, working at a retail store.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place! I wish I had read the reviews befor going to this establishment. To begin they overcharged me with activation fees. Then the person helping me played Mr. Nice guy selling me other stuff at super low cost which seemed nice at the moment. He even included a free gift at the end. Everything seemed nice until he handed me a receipt with missing information. I went home and realized that I had been charged pretty much for everything I was given with discount eventhough I told the guys I wasnt looking to spend money on other things. If you read other reviews youll see that these people are up to scam people. So, please learn from my mistake and stay away from this place.

I would like to process a complain to metro by TMobile concerning this store. I bought the Acatel 3v for 300 they over charged me 173$ I dont know who to complain to the device should have been way cheaper and I know that the price of this phone for a new line is just 39.99$ plus monthly service shouldve been 130 with unlimited plan I was scammed and robbed

Not much to choose from

They just tried to keep up selling me telling me my phone wasnt able to be ported because my service current service was not letting them so I went home and called my carrier and they said my phone is available to be ported and doesnt look like anyone even tried to port my number over and every time I asked about pricing it just kept going up they are trying to lie to customers to get their numbers higher I ended up going to a different metro and got exactly what I wanted and didnt spend a penny more than I wanted ...this is bad service.
