Luis helped us get a watch for my husband. He was so great and helpful we went back and got 2 more! He was patient and walked us through everything. I definitately recommend seeing him to help with any new devices you may want.

High praises for this store, especially to Luis who spent two hours with us and would not let us go until he knew every detail was perfect in a complicated phone transaction involving a new plan and phone transfer.

I had T-Mobile for a year now at first I enjoyed the service they are very good with helping you pay your bills but the store employees are just trying to give you easy fixes and easy answers at the moment I switched to AT&T because and employee told me I would be able to upgrade my phone even with a small crack on the back and they would take care of it and when I went in to do this exchange I was denied because of the crack and was told Some employees choose to take a risk and except a broken phone and some employees choose to do things by the policy it was very on organized then I was told they will do it and five minutes later was denied once again and left empty-handed after this I went straight to AT&T and got my purple iPhone thank you so much AT&T and T-Mobile I think you should really see what your employees are doing to make a sale

Never will go there again I went to the store to pay off a phone specifically told the associate what I wanted done multiple times he still proceeded to do the opposite of what I asked and paid off the wrong phone went back to.the store to have it corrected was told 4 different ways to have it fixed spoke to the manager who assured me it will be fixed and would call me to follow up never got a call and was told by tmobile directly to couldnt be corrected so Im left with the wrong phone on my service being paid off and will absolutely never use this store again

Worst experience Ive ever had! Id advise you to go to Rocky Hill or else well for quality, professional, and honest service. They are there to make their bucks and will lie to you to receive their lovely comission at the end of the month. I was so misinformed and with their lies and scams I cant back out of anything. These clowns will pull tricks out their hats and your SOL. Thats just how they work. These fools won this round but you wont catch me ever giving them my business. Unfortunately I cant rate them with a 0 because it doesnt give you that option. They dont deserve not one star!

Went there for making account change. After submitting docs and describing changes, they still got it wrong. Had to go back to this store second time.

Smaller store but nice staff. T-Mobile is a great carrier

Customer service is NON-EXISTENT at this store. Dont waist your time, either go to a different wireless carrier, or a different T-Mobile store.

All the girls are very friendly, I love the treatment especially d jayleen.
