Meridian Point S - Just lost a long time customer, my parents came here for years when it was Bruneel, but after today’s ridiculous choice by the gentleman who seemed not to even care (lack of empathy and zero customer service skills), I will never be back to this business again. I will make sure the people that I know and care about never choose this place for anything tire related. Disappointed from top to bottom sad to see places like this slipping. No ownership, no customer service, just a “who cares attitude.”

Went her for brake pads. Spoke over the phone agreed to brake pad service. Drop off vehicle sign nothing told of no fees. Get told I’ll be called with quote shortly. Get called refusal to do just pads quoted for brakes and rotors 200$+ what I paid last. Disagree, go to pick up vehicle now expected to pay a 35$ fee. For what? Refusal to be ripped off. This place is full of snakes do not get ripped off by them.

I took my car in yesterday thinking it needed a transmission flush and possibly replacement of the windshield fluid reservoir. When they got around to my car they called and said it didnt need a transmission flush, but was due for spark plugs and wires. Also found that the reservoir was fine, but there was a nick in the line. So they replaced the plugs and wires, and took care of the part of the line that had a nick. But the fixed the line at no cost. So not only does my car run a whole lot better, they went out of their way to fix the line for free. Im definitely coming back with my car.

He also helped guide me to the rebate offered as well which definitely helped with the overall cost. They were able to locate tires within hours and have us in and out quickly next day. My truck was dropped off at Bruneel by way of tow. They had my truck fixed the next day. All the staff I had contact with were courteous and professional. I know they are busy and was really pleased with how fast they fixed my truck. I turn to Bruneel for any car issues I have because I trust them and am very satisfied with their customer service.

Bob, the manager of this particular Bruneel point S tire location proved to be one of the best people I’ve ever encountered or dealt with with regard to working on my cars. He’s worked on several of them so far, and I have to tell you the pricing the service and the follow through with value has been second to none. I will go nowhere else for all of my automotive service needs.

Pointe S has taken care of several of my family for years. They have always been accurate with their assessments of a problem. Their rates are good especially since they get the job done quickly. No one likes to pay the bilss but you are not paying for something you dont need. Never had a problem after the fact. The job is done right the first time. I have found them to be honest and easy to work with.

Super friendly people that got me right in fast. They did an excellent job with my air-conditioning and are even going to double check it in a few days to make sure I don’t have any problems. I don’t usually leave reviews but these guys did such an excellent job I thought it was necessary.

I took my car to Bruneel for a suspension rattle. It was a good thing I did because the steering rack was getting ready to fall out. When I got my car back it was fixed but it also drove better than when I took it in. Due to the technician not only fixing the issue but adjusting everything correctly to spec. Today I got new tires put on and I will return again for my automotive needs.

They were able to do all the work needed for the tires and alignment plus offered an oil change so I didn’t have to go to another venue. Great service as always. My daughter took her tire to competitor to have a leaky tire fixed. They told her that the bead was leaking and she needed new rims because of corrosion. She has been driving on it for awhile by just checking the pressure and filling it every few days. Today I brought it in to Meridian Bruneel just to confirm the diagnosis before dropping 800.00 on new rims because I have been here before and trust their opinion. They confirmed that it could be bead corrosion and would check it out. Well they found a nail in the tire and no leaking around the bead on either inner or outer rim. They pulled the nail and fixed it all for less than 20.00. Nice job guys. Thanks for not trying to just make a lot of money by selling me something I didnt need. Highly recommend these guys.Mike

On a Friday night I fried my cars battery, several fuses and computer. That night I looked for a shop open on Saturday and found none, except for Bruneel Point S in Meridian. I called Austin and he assured me he could squeeze us in that day.When I got to the shop, they were very friendly and had sports center on! After examination, extensive work was required and multiple parts would need to be ordered. We were out of town all that week, but Austin and Bob did an incredible job keeping me in the loop and working directly with my insurance company to help get the claim covered so all I had to pay was my deductible. While waiting for the parts to get in they parked our car in the shop every single night and did not charge us a time for storage fees.Long story short, Austin and the team at Bruneel Point S went above and beyond to help my family in a time of need and there are not enough kind words or stars we can give them. These guys literally saved us. We were driving to northern Idaho from Salt Lake and our car broke down nearby. It was a Friday afternoon and we had to be in Northern Idaho Saturday night. After talking to 4 other places, these guys had us come in and started working on it immediately. They made sure to get it done by lunch the next day.On top of that they lent us their truck to drive to the hotel we had to get, which we were incredibly thankful for.They were also very honest. They gave me a best and worst case scenario and made sure to come in at the best case (lowest cost). Overall theyre friendly, honest and hardworking at a very reasonable cost. HIGHLY recommended! We wouldnt have made it to Northern Idaho for our obligation on time if it hadnt been for them!

I’ve bought tires here and had some repair work done. Great mechanic! It’s really nice to have a mechanic you can trust. They were straight forward with what needed to be done, and gave me a quote before doing any work. And they didn’t try to upsale, which is really appreciated.

Brought my Yukon in for an alignment and it turned out we had other issues (two ball joints that were pretty worn) that would render the alignment we came in for useless. They let us know, gave us an estimate on the work that was needed, and didnt charge us for the partial alignment they had started. Great service on this visit and every time weve taken one of our cars in. Well be back, thanks!

I had a front end alignment with a purchase of new tires. It took them six hours to do this. Later I found out the idle arm and upper control arm was bad. They should have seen this doing the alignment. That’s why it took the “mechanic “ 6 hours. They didn’t stand by their work. Will never do business with them again. Be careful!They also told me it was a special alignment and charged me another $40.00. Ha

First time getting car serviced by this company. Customer Service manager Fabian was friendly and helpful with me. Though no longer advertised, he honored the three flushes for $250 deal. When my car was taking longer than normal to be completed, he offered me a rental truck to use in the meantime so I wouldnt have to wait. Good deal, good service, clean environment, fair pricing.

Not terribly impressed...the people were helpful, but the prices were expensive and they didnt check to make sure that the repairs were actually complete before giving my vehicle back to me. I took my van in for a new pump in the windshield fluid system; and while I believe they honestly did replace the pump (which they thought might be the issue), they cant have checked it after installation because its still not spraying the wiper fluid. At this point Im looking for somebody else to fix it.

Customer service was great and waiting area was clean and relaxing. Zach who I believe was the manager, took good care of us and was very helpful in choosing which tire to buy. We went with what he suggested and could not be happier. Even the mechanics in the back were nice when bringing up our vehicle after the work was done. Will be going back for sure. Had to take in a newer Ford Escape for service. Both local dealers were two weeks out, plus a one or two day wait while vehicle was in shop. Was able to get it into Point S the next day and they had completed service in a few hours. Good value, excellent and quick service. Highly recommend.
