Drove an hour and a half one way to purchase a truck. Before we left our house, I called the dealership to make sure they still had that truck and the price was correct as shown online. When my husband and I got to the dealership, we were informed that the price online was incorrect (by $20k!!) because they forgot to add the price of the bed into the total price on the website (also, who charges $20k for a flat bed with saddle boxes?!?) No apologies for this by the staff. I will never purchase a vehicle from this dealership.
Service department is not very personable. They are order takers for sure. They were nice. The dealership is very dated. The building is probably from the 50s or 60s and definitely needs a make over. Please put in better seating for your customers. Please update your bathroom and please be more energetic.

I Called to get a quote on a truck, Sales Rep promised to make a deal once I got to the dealership. I left work to see what kind of deal but once I got there, there was zero to no effort in selling me a truck, he Didn’t even recommend another option. 60k sale lost just like that.

I went to Johnson Dodge to purchase my new truck and I am glad I did! When I went to purchase my new truck the first two people I meet was Chentrice & TJ Combs. When I arrived it was late but they both stayed and made sure I got what I wanted the way I wanted. I have been back several times since my purchase and the reason I will continue to go back is the way I am treated and the way they take care of my truck. From TJ and Chentrice and the rest of the management and sales team, to Marcie and the rest of the guys in the alignment and quick lube department to Lee Smith and Randy and the rest of the guys in the service department, the customer service is the same, It’s with friendliness and respect. Customer service is very important to me and being in customer service along time ago I know when I see it because I know what it takes to give it and Johnson Dodge,Chrysler,Jeep, Kia has it!!! They got me in and out of there quick with a fair trade. This corolla has a 7 year unlimited mileage warranty. And the payment is low monthly. Id recommend them.
Had my car towed and dropped off at their drop-box site on a Friday night around midnight after the battery had failed. Received a phone call at 8am the next day from Alex (at Quick Lube iirc) to ask for details, and they had it ready to go by 1pm... on a Saturday! Great service and communication from Alex and their team. Very professional and polite.
I had my Jeep’s tires rotated and a leak fixed as well as an oil change. I showed up without an appointment and was seen right away. They were very professional and quick. They have chairs for people to sit outside in order to practice social distancing. I brought my own lawn chair and umbrella just in case.
Had an issue with my new Jeep it was gonna take longer than expected to get it fixed. Marie Brown and megan listened to my concerns and were very helpful and understanding. Even when I showed slight irritability they were willing to do what ever it took to keep the customer happy. The whole team has been nice and work in a timely manner. One of the best customer service experiences I have had by far.
I have done business with Johnsons since 1994. They have handled recalls with my Van I bought there and with my Ram 1500 that I bought from a friend. The recall on my Ram also provided me with a rental free of charge. To my surprise the problem was completed within a few hours. Most of my business has been due to collisions with deer or due to uninsured motorists. Danny Shelton in the body shop has always taken care of my issues and also had my autos vacuumed before they were returned to me.I must also add that when I took my Ram in for recall during this Covid shut down, I called in when I was in the parking lot. Customer Service came out to me. Collected information and had a rental come pick me up without me ever entering the building. At my return they also brought my key and invoice out to me and I was on my way.
Battery change was quick and easy, also had an oil change (work was actually done at their quick lube shop, which is next door and separate from what appears to be their main service shop, parts department, showroom and sales employees). My only concern is they didnt plug into my trucks computer for recalls, updates, etc., as my home preferred dealership service department does on every visit (maybe they do at the main service department). Also, the waiting room at the main service/parts department is more open than at the lube shop. I used this location while visiting relatives and if ever needing to return, Ill ask about the plug in).
My wife was stranded on a hot day near Meridian. Our Jeep had a problem with a speed sensor on a rear wheel causing ABS to malfunction. Called Johnson Dodge service and they assisted me in getting the Computer reset which allowed us to reach the dealership. They fixed it very promptly and were very professional.
Great service great price. I will not take my van anywhere else for service. Thanks to all the hard working guys in the back.
I would like to give a big shout out to Terry Dean and all that help in getting my grandbabies and my son and myself to safety of I-20 . My truck broke down on the way back to Tennessee, Terry and his coworkers went all out to get transportation to Johnson Dodge and to motels and to arrange a rental car for us to continue on our trip.Terry has kept me updated on on truck and checked to see if we made it safe to Tennessee. If I could give more than 5 stars Id give 20.Best experience with any Car dealership Ive ever have .Thanks Terry Dean and your coworkers for all yall did for me and my family. 👍👍

Ms. Marie Brown, Mr. Kevin, and Mr. Johnson were awesome. My father wanted a truck and I did all the transactions over the phone, first iffy but Ms. Marie kept in touch and answered all questions, which was reassuring. The dealership is good. Good service and good people. However they have no control over their records apparently. The last vehicle I bought there I traded at another dealership in 2016. And yet, I still get mail wanting me to trade it in. This is even after I contacted them numerous times to tell them I did not own it anymore. I had the same experience with the service department. It took a couple of years and numerous calls to get them to quit sending alert on service. This finally stopped. But the mail keeps coming wanting me to trade a Kia Sentra I have not owned in years.

We were on our way home to Kansas when we experienced an acceleration problem with our truck. They graciously stopped to look at the issue. It turned out to be a simple fix which they did without charge. Now thats service!

Engine light went on while I was passing through on a long road trip and they looked at my car immediately, basically doing a full inspection, and got me back on the road ASAP. Terry helped me at the desk and went above and beyond. On top of all this, I have a VW, which means they could have sent me down the road to another mechanic, but they helped me regardless. Terrible workmanship. Service department is a crock! Myself and multiple other people in the waiting room dealt with one man which seemed like a sales pitch. No one should get a suggested maintenance in the amount of around $770 for a NEW car with less then 80k miles on it... When it was brought in for an OIL CHANGE. Left the shop obviously feeling uneasy about the reliability of my vehicle and went directly to a referred mechanic from a friend and they gave my car a good inspection and told me none of that needed to be done! Probably not for another 20,000 miles. Also! The wonderful 23 point inspection form they have was given back to me EMPTY and completely not filled out. When brought to their attention the salesman sat at his desk and filled it out right then and there. Green everything. YOU DIDNT EVEN DO THE INSPECTION?!?! Such a joke! However! I have a wonderful referral for anyone interested right up the road for a good mechanic and HONEST people.OH and also the next mechanic I went to noticed my filters were absolutely filthy and BROUGHT me my filters to the waiting room to show me how they needed to be replaced.

Stop sending me emails about scheduled repairs! Of course I will never bring my vehicle to you ever again. I was quoted almost $10,000 last year for a motor replacement and paid $160 to be lied to. I was told my engine had internal damage and was not repairable. When I got a second look at it, I found out it was a lie and an attempt to get more money. You guys are crooks. I will never bring a vehicle or buy one from your company. And then when I told the guy that I would buy another car before I spend almost $10,000 on an engine replacement, he responded saying, Well we sell cars too. Oh and my car has been fixed and running like a champ since the other mechanic fixed it for less than $1000. So stop emailing me about scheduled repairs and fix your business practices.
Service was a little slow, but I was a drop in with no appointment. Friendly service staff. Kevin in sales was also very helpful.
The personnel I worked with did nothing to fix the hole in my tire. They had my Jeep an entire day and could not locate the puncture which was being held together by Fix-A-Flat. I even offered to show them where the puncture was and waited an hour in the waiting room for them to pull the tire off but they never came and got me and went ahead and put the tire back on at 5:30pm and told me to come back the next day. They insisted I would be safe driving across the country with my Jeep fully loaded on a tire with Fix-A-Flat holding a puncture together. This is not only lazy but dangerous as well! The next morning I took my Jeep to the local Toyota dealership who was able to find and repair the puncture in my tire within two hours of me dropping my Jeep off.
Purchased a used truck from here and the salesman was real eager to please, promised me a tank of gas and a wash but when I went back to pickup paperwork he caught a case of amnesia I guess. He seemed to not have any time to talk to me. Will not buy from these folks again
I called other day about getting the Ram 1500 emblem which fell off replaced . Guy said be $120. I said happened on yalls clock . Said don’t work like that! Then someone told me you can get on eBay or Amazon . Found pair on Amazon for $37 .I have a recall notice in my glove box but, not going to worry about because I’ll probably have to pay for it !What I don’t get a response from owner like everyone else?I called service department & got 3 recalls scheduled for August 22 to be taken care of !

Dont believe the hype!!! At this time, Johnson Dodge is lying. They advertised good credit, bad credit, will give you 4,000 on your trade-in. Lies, I took my jeep patriot over there and was turn away after I was told I have good credit. Dont waste your time. The salemen was named Dean, he showede me what my payments would be and was still denied.

I dont like this car lot.every time I go there its my fault to keep from fixing on my car. Im paying notes on time.Im never late on my payment at all but still cant get service.I wouldnt recommend this carlot to noone.once again I were told its my fault my motor went out in my car.an the car dont even have but 70,000 miles on it.now I have a car that been sitting in my yard for the past 6 months.cant drive it .but I keep my word I still pays the note and insurance.dont know why you still have to pay full coverage insurance on a car that sitting an aint going nowhere but I guess what you get for running to a car lot you thought was good.So ends story Im paying for a car I cant drive and I dont think thats fair at all plus you want to charge me $6700.00 just to put a motor in .Really thats not gonna happen.that means I do that I have brought this car 3 times.if someone is reading this please give me some suggestion cause Im without a car but still paying notes.Thanks
This dealership is the worst dealership I have ever been to. They screwed up my vehicle the first time, and to get me back in they offered a free oil change, so I decided to give them a second chance and brought my car back in. We specifically told them an issue that we thought was wrong with the car, they told us that issue was not an issue with this car at all, and instead told us it was a separate issue that cost us over $1,000. I asked Alex, the manager, several more times if he was sure that the issue I was concerned about wasnt a problem because I was taking a trip across the country. He assured me that it wasnt an issue at all. I had an issue with my car on this cross country roadtrip. When I finally reached my destination, I had to take the car to a dealership because it was still driving bad. I came to find out that the manager Alex lied to me because the problem was the issue we were initially concerned about, which I he said was fine. I will NEVER EVER use this dealership again, nor would I EVER recommend them. They lie and charge you money for things that you dont need, and then dont fix the real issues. Now Im stuck paying thousands more than what I have already paid them because they lied to me, and told me it wasnt an issue when it was.
