Service dept. manager was very helpful! She went above and beyond to answer any and all questions about my cars warranty and the process of how Kia would assist in this process!

Usually just go for an oil change. Always fast and friendly. Its probably more expensive to get an oil change done here than somewhere else but I feel better know its done by a dealership than somewhere else.

I dont think what they are doing is right. They shouldnt lure people in by advertisements saying they won so much money just to buy a car! You drive so many miles to the place and all u get is a blue tooth speaker u can put in your pocket! Thats wrong folks! Just wrong!!

I brought a car from here a couple years ago and they had horrible customer service. Fast-forward  to now, I call requesting info about my cars warranty and the guy tells me he is too busy to access the info call back later. I called back later and he takes my info and says he will call back. Over 24 hours later havent heard one word, I see things dont  change.

The team there at KIA Meridian is great. I bought a really well kept Fusion. The process was speedy and Travis was really helpful. The windshield needed replaced and they replaced it for free and even gave me a loaner car while it was in the shop. Great service excellent people.

Its always a pleasant experience at the Service Department. Friendly staff and fast service. Waiting area is extremely clean with area to work or relax while you wait.

Gave me the 5000 over on trade in but when ran my credit it was 30 point lower than my report I just paid for. That kept me from getting 0 apr. Something wrong there

Not everyone realizes what they are and making people think they have won big prizes just to get them to come in is wrong on every level! The latest one I got made it look like I had won $2500. To some people that is a lot of money, life changing money. Its so wrong to make people believe something like that just to find out its a sales gimmick. No Kia of Meridian vehicles for me!!! Shame on you KIA!!!!!

Sleazy & High Pressure sales tactics as soon as I exited my vehicle; They repeatedly pressured me into buying a car & even went as far as taking me into a dark room and double teaming me with two salesmen with even more high pressure sales tactics. I literally felt like I was being interrogated by the police and they were playing Good cop, Bad Cop. I would never buy a thing from Kia of Meridian after my horrible experience & am posting this review to all as a GIANT WARNING to all that they were very dishonest.

Most horrible experience I ever had. They lure u in with the mailouts. Once u get there, they actually try to force u to buy a car. The mailout said I’m a “winner” But since I didn’t buy, they didn’t give my reward.

The car buying process takes so long but they help to make you as comfortable as possible.

Customer service was outstanding. I left as a very satisfied customer in a new car & it was thanks to the team at Kia of Meridian.

I would say that it is a very unethical marketing technique and car dealerships who participate in this marketing scheme should be punished. Telling people that they won a large amount of cash when they did not is dishonest and unethical. It’s a terrible thing to do to people, and these bad car dealerships should be ashamed of themselves. If you receive these types of games in the mail in the future you may want to throw them away before you end up wasting your time visiting a dishonest and greedy car dealership.

VERY UPSET WITH KIA OF MERIDIAN. I went in several months ago and discontinued my extended waranty.there were 2 of them. One was debited back to my account and one has not been. I called and spoke to finance manager about it and when he checked he stated they had missed the second one, that he would get it fed x to kia finance, time went by and it had not been posted to my account, i spoke with kia finance and was advised to get the tracking number, so i called them and asked for the tracking # i was told by the finance manager he would call me back with it. Havent heard a thing. Very dissatified. I will be going higher up with this sisuation. Dont take me for a fool, cause im not one!!!

My experience with Kia of Meridian was terrible. I had a scheduled appointment with Kia, of which I had to miss a day of college classes, only to be told that tech guru, as they refereed to him, only works three days each week and that I would have to come back another time to have him personally look at my vehicle. Then as if things could not get worse the door handle that Kia ordered was not the correct color, I was then told that they could paint it for an extra 50-100 dollars. Then to end it all, the service tech locked keys in car and had to use wedges on door to get unlocked.

That where all my cars come from beside my dads truck and thats a Dodge but all about they are like family
