Got a trade in back in Feb unaware of the issues with the vehicle, 2019 Buick Enclave. Was given the run around with the shop department multiple times regarding them fixing it until the warranty ran out on it. And they arent willing to pay for the cost to get the issues fixed. Now Im stuck with a nice looking vehicle with multiple issues that my extended warranty does not cover. I wont be doing any trading business with them again. Friendly environment though.

This was my first encounter with Nissan of Meridian. The service department was very accommodating and friendly (both people I spoke with). I had to move my appointment twice and they were very accommodating both times. When I finally arrived they were friendly, told me exactly what to expect, and called me a short time later to tell me that my vehicle was ready. If only customer service experiences were like this everywhere.

Well, i received a text form a salesperson becuased I showed interested in Nissan. She shot me some pictures and I feel in love - the next day she drove it out for me because I was unable to drive, and took me for a spin. That’s all it took, next day husband went into town & bought it.

Poor communication. They didnt initially tell me they wouldnt look at my car that day (it had been towed there). The next morning, they called me to tell me they had to replace the battery before they could run any other tests. I never heard back from them. I called around 3:00 to find out my car was ready. I was at work in Jackson & had to rush to leave & pick it up before closing.

Greg Haro was awesome, I never felt rushed or pressured to make a deal, he listened to my needs and gave me exactly what I wanted.Patricia was awesome she went over my Marano from top to bottom to insure I understood how things worked. What I loved most about both of them is I felt they were generally happy for me and my purchase, I didn’t feel like I was just a “deal to them” definitely a great, comfortable experience and I will definitely deal with both of them on all other purchases.

Actually I got up early to go get an oil change and tire rotation, but they were closed.i didnt know they close on saturdays.i went back Monday morning cause I were off due to the weather.I were just in time for my car being service . when I say, it probably didnt take a good 15 minutes.that were the first time I have ever been not only happy with the service,but the amount of time it took.

Staff was prompt and helpful. The lounge area was clean and comfortable with plenty of charging outlets. And I appreciated being able to view the work area from the lounge. Restroom was sparkling. Coffee was fresh and hot. Didnt mind the wait one bit!

I take my work truck to Nissan of Meridian every time it needs to be serviced and I have to admit over the past year they have not let me down once! I average an oil change once every 3-4 weeks and tire rotation every 6-8, so I frequently visit. Im always greeted at my truck, and quickly serviced and my vehicle is always pulled back up to the bay ready to go!

They really do NOT want to sell anything . You are bothering their personal phone calls. Oh, they continue to take them regardless. And when YOU pick a car to buy on your own without help for anyone, they tell you to come back on Monday. So Friday after lunch they are to busy with personal things to be bothered with their jobs. I will never think of buying from this place again. All in all they do NOT want or need to sell cars. We will be getting one in the next few days, but NEVER FROM THEM. I hope to tell everyone I know and find that is looking NOT to go their unless you want to be treated horribly.

After purchasing 2 Nissans in 3 years. I send my daughter into have her Nissans oil change and tire rotated. What I do not understand is why they charged her $130.00 for a tire rotation and oil change. $75.00 of that was labor for the tech to drive her car to determine if the car was out of balance. This is a little excessive even for Nissan. Please do yourself a favor, if you own a Nissan have it serviced some where else or better yet buy a Honda!!!!!!

I had a screw in my tire tread. I was sure it could not be repaired, so I went to Nissan to have them replace the tire. I found out that I had purchased a maintenance plan for my rims and tires, that I was previously unaware of, until the young service lady told me about it. I do not remember her name, but she is the only female in at the service desk. She helped me save $120! The visit was super speedy, too! It took about 30 minutes total, for them to replace the tire and balance it, too. Honestly, that was the quickest service visit Ive had since I purchased my Sentra, back in March! VERY SATISFIED!

Apparently, I didnt act civilized after spending my hard earned money with them... I took my car back and they wanted another 1300 fix something else. I Spent well over 2k the first time and my car still wasnt fixed properly. Go anywhere else!!! Especially when you know more than the folks serving the cars or trucks.

I am going to keep this short and simple. Do not bring your car here for service work. Especially if you are under warranty. They will not fix the issue. I do not recommend bringing your vehicle here. They didnt even take the time to solve the check engine light issue. They just cleared it and gave the car back and the check engine light came right back on the next day. I do not recommend bringing your car here for service.

Ive been buying cars and trucks for 27 years and I can tell you Ive never had a more pleasant buying experience. There was no pressure from the salesman or manager. It took less than 5 minutes to negotiate a price we were both happy with. All of us were together making the deal. I didnt have to sit in a cubicle while the salesman ran back and forth to the sales managers office with each offer. I have never bought a vehicle with less drama. No back and forth. It was awesome!!

I have had my oil changed at the Quick Lube multiple times. The employees are knowledgeable and courteous. They will notify you if maintenance is due for your vehicle, but wont try to pressure you into getting work done. The waiting area is clean, air-conditioned and has a television. There are also vending machines with drinks and snacks.

I went in to Nissan to get my car serviced and I knew it had more problems than I could get fixed. After having it looked at they notified me and it was just as I had feared. So instead of getting the repairs I decided to trade it in and get a preowned vehicle. I had a salesman I wanted to recognize specifically. Dustin Stewart helped me through out the entire buying process and even called the next day to see how I was liking my car. I will definitely be back and will recommend this salesman to all my friends. Thank you Nissan for helping me get in a great ride.

I feel that 2 hours to wait for an oil change is excessive. There wasn’t a crowd of people waiting for service. The workers just didn’t seem to have a sense of urgency for their busy customers. When I got my car the tire light wasn’t turned off after I had them rotated. This is an inconvenience to have to return to the dealership.

I actually never went there to get my car serviced but I called about having the CVT transmission fluid changed. The first time I called in they said it would be $429.99 to do it. I thought that was a bit high so I called Nissan of Tuscaloosa and Gary-Daniels Nissan in Jackson. Both of their prices were around $280 to do the same service. I called back wondering if they might match the other dealers prices. When I asked how much the service to change the CVT transmission fluid would cost, the guy said $470. I hung up and did not even ask them to match the other prices. They do not even have a set price on the services. It seems they make up prices on the spot. I am pretty disappointed. I will not be taking my car in to be serviced. I will drive to Tuscaloosa or Jackson to have any service done on the transmission

After charging almost 2000 dollars to fix my car(service rep said he was doing me a favor because it should have cost more!?!I guess they need to pay for that new service building and show room). They came to the conclusion that we dont know what is wrong with it.. I had to pull it home..after paying the bill. Its a shame they cant service what they sell. I never heard of paying someone almost 2000 dollars to fix a car that they DID NOT fix.... I will never get service or purchase anything from them again.

This is related to parts/repair department only. I have no experience with their sales staff. I took an 05 sentra in to confirm that my head gasket was blown. They confirmed it for their usual $99 inspection service. But they replaced my radiator cap and charged me for it when the one I had was already brand new. I couldnt talk them out of that charge. I wanted to know what they would charge to replace the head gasket. They said they wouldnt do it, and that it was a known problem for this model of engine. (1.4L) They offered to install a new engine though! WOW. ok. Im not going to pay $3k for a new engine in a car worth $3k. So I spent the next several months doing it myself. Parts and cost of having the engine head machined =$300. Ive been to this parts place only three times in the five years Ive been here. Ive had one good experience and that was getting a part they happened to have in stock. Too much to say. I do not recommend getting your work done here.

Parts/Service --Worst customer service experience that I have had in a long time! This dealership is more concerned about charging for services that you dont need instead of taking care of the problems you have with your car. This is very concerning because elderly people could get taken advantage of. I was also told I could go elsewhere after questioning an issue. I will not do any business in the future with this dealership. I recommend anyone having problems with your vehicle to take it to Jackson. Very unprofessional! This incident occurred in 2017.
