Troy and Ben came today to move a hot tub from my friends house in the north end to my house in Meridian. They were absolutely amazing. Jason and his crew are the best hot tub moving company in the Treasure Valley hands down. I have seen them a few times now with friends and family. I dont know if Im just lucky or what but I always have the pleasure to see Robert, hes super nice, very knowledgeable, and not to mention hot!! Idk if hes their crew trainer, or a lead of sorts but Ive seen him with a few different people and he always seems to know the most and doing the most while doing a fantastic job at showing the new guys what to do and how to do it. They are very professional they take their time and walk through every detail before they even load or unload the spa. Then Robert goes through and gives a full or orientation on a brand new bullfrog Spa answering every question and making sure we fully understood everything possible.He made sure everything was picked up trash wise and it was perfectly placed. This isnt my first time seeing them like I mentioned, I believe they have a few different crews going but everytime Robert is the one I happen to see and I am happy for that because he is very easy on the eyes on top of everything else. I highly recommend Boise Spa Movers and hopefully youre as lucky as I am and you get to meet Robert hes very charming and he will make sure every question is answered nothing is damaged while still being fast and efficient!I dont know how much youre paying this guy but its not enough for everything he does, hes always hustling while still explaining to what hes doing and why hes doing it the way he is. I will never go anywhere else I recommend you guys to everybody I know and I tell them all cross your fingers that Robert is the one that shows I havent had a chance to work with many other people like him but he definitely make sure everything is taken care of.

Can you pick a hot tub up? Because I cant. Jason moved an 800 lb hot tub 5 miles in less than an hour. He did have a truck, a trailer, and another big dude but that was still damn fast. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

Jason was more cost effective then the other spa removers I called. Once here, he was very friendly and knowledgeable about the hot tub and its removal. His assistant was also friendly. Hot tub was removed and they even fixed the gate they used (they did not break it, someone else did). Definitely will use again if I have another spa to remove.

Things go through your mind like what if it doesn’t get placed exactly where you want it, or what if it’s not oriented right etc.So I gave Jason the address for spa pick up and my address for delivery. I included a short video explaining where I wanted to spot to go along with the preferred orientation etc. And I have to say the spa was placed perfectly and as requested! Wow! What a great service! What an excellent experience with Jason & team! Jason scheduled my spa move promptly & easily! He called prior to arrival & was even early. Moving the tub seemed simple, however the relocation to my new home was extremely challenging! They aimed to please & took the challenge of moving the spa into an extremely tight location with limited access & space. They were amazing & were very careful with the tub & surroundings. The spa fit like a glove. They even moved the spa cover at my request to open the opposite way. The service was exceptional, prompt & they truly went above & beyond! Several times while he was placing mine Jason answered phone calls from other customers and I was extremely impressed as to how he handled them. After he placed my tub exactly where I wanted it he went over the start up with me and answered all my questions. I bought my tub from Pool Doctor. If you buy yours from someone else, ask who is delivering it. If its not Boise Spa Movers, request them.

Boise Spa Movers delivered our new spa today and really have to say I was very impressed. They arrived when they said they would, picked best route to place and then got to work. Setup was a breeze and then they placed on all the extras. They then walked me through everything on the spa which I did not expect. From initial setup to maintenance they really covered it all. Very nice and friendly staff that I would recommend to everyone.

Huge thank you to Boise Spa Movers LLC! We contacted them when we ordered our new spa and got a quote, then waited for our delivery date.The shipping company notified us that delivery would be made several days early, Boise Spa Movers accommodated the earlier delivery date/time and arrived several hours later and finished the install.Our Spa is set into a lowered concrete vault so it’s a tricky install given the size and weight of the tub.They got everything lined up and centered and cleaned up the shipping materials.Don’t hesitate calling these guys for your install or relocation needs for spas.Solid 5 star service!

These guys were amazing. The hot tub that was being moved was huge (8x9 feet), weighed a ton, and was in a difficult/tight spot being moved to another difficult/tight spot. They used their skills, task specific tools, and over all brute strength to get the job done. All the while they were beyond professional and the clear experts in the room. Incredibly helpful, fast and efficient. This team easily removed a broken down eyesore of a tub out of a hillside, over steps onto a porch, thru a narrow gate, down two steps and then into a trailer they had to back up our narrow 15 degree slope driveway. They made it look easy and approached every obstacle with expertise and a perfect “Can Do” attitude.
