Just converted a Caldera Spa to salt water. I needed some guidance to get the water perfect. The staff at Snake River was amazing! Travis, Corean, and Mark know the products and are very good at explaining the correct procedures. My hot tub water quality is just were it needs to be. Thank you for you help!P.S. they have a machine that tests the water. The print they provide is very nice to have, and make notes on for future reference.

The Spa Team at Snake River Spas did it again!We purchased a hot tub back in 2012 after needing a Hot tub for Hydro Therapy to help recover from my back surgery and another in 2021. Corean at the Meridian store helped me figure out what products to use for my swim spa, and took the time to try and educate me on how they work. Mark and the whole Snake River Pool & Spa team were absolutely amazing to work with. My wife and I decided to make the purchase back in the Fall and while the 5 month wait was definitely difficult to stomach it was WELL worth it given the quality of the Hot Springs spa and the amazing support and communication that Mark had with us getting the spa delivered and working to keep it well maintained. One of the best parts was their coordination with Canyon Electric to make sure the spa was delivered and electrical work taken care of on the same day! Terrible service after sale. Once they get your money they don’t care.Never could get an answer on water sample, tried to maintain tub based off google, water turned green in 3 weeks, still no answer, drained tub and refilled now have an airlockInstalled tub in a way that makes it impossible to access the pump to purge air, so drain again, refill, hoping airlock goes away. Still airlocked and no call back....haven’t been able to use tub for two weeks out of 5 that I’ve owned it. So that’s cool.

Travis Johnson has always been super knowledgeable and helpful both when I have gone in as well as when I called with follow-up questions. We bought a home with a spa serviced by Snake River Spa, the former owners recommended them to us. Travis has been great about teaching me how to care for our spa.

When shopping for our hot tub, I visited 3 companies. I found Mark and Corean at the Snake River Meridian store to be honest, straightforward and knowledgeable with no pressure. They cant get hot tubs for me for several months. Seemed like they didnt have much time for me since I didnt want to wait 7 months to get a hot tub in stock. The store was pretty small and they didnt have much to actually look at in the store.

We bought our spa a year ago. Since then, the service has been responsive and welcoming every time I come in to test my water. Then, today I received the absolute best service when I shared that I had some things I didn’t think were working properly and the team came out, found the problem, and got me back up and going. I love this place. They are so kind and helpful. We bring water samples to them for testing and they are always happy to help. Corean is a hot tub chemistry wizard and Mark and Amber are very kind and are always chatting with me and my children while I wait for Corean to test my water sample.One time my 4 year old daughter had left her sweater in the bathroom and I got a text from them saying they had her sweater... its super nice to go to a place where they know your names!

From the start of our process of purchasing a spa, Snake River was always the front runner. We had checked out nearly every dealer in the Treasure Valley and been to multiple home shows. Not only did SNake River offer the best value, we were more than confident that our support or service (if ever needed), would be there long after the installation. Everything part of the purchase all the way up to the installation was smooth, and no issues. We really liked the autonomy to do the live demo, where you actually test out multiple spas. Highly recommended. The spa that I thought I would have liked, and was more expensive, was actually not the spa I would have been happy with. Harry Z. was extremely knowledgeable and didnt have the typical salesperson mentality. Bottom line was; we got the spa we wanted and saved money over the competition, and have a support system in the Snake River staff.

I would highly recommend Snake River Pool & Spa to anyone with a pool ( in ground or above ground) or spa. I’ve been to the Orchard store and the one on Eagle, and every employee I have talked to was extremely friendly and helpful. They took the time to explain how to resolve the pool issues I was having and what was causing them. I also was very impressed that they didn’t try to sell me a bunch of products I didn’t need. It is refreshing to find a store where the employees are more focused on helping customers than they are on making a commission off of them. I can’t say enough good things about my experiences at both stores!

Probably the best place in Boise to purchase a hot tub or spa. The personnel are wonderful, the customer service is incredible. Whether it’s Mark or Amber or any of the other great staff at the shop, that helps you, you won’t go wrong.

Johnny was fantastic throughout the purchase, install, and setup of my tub. Great price, great advice, and he really helped work around some other things at my house and delivery within a very specific timeframe. Only used the tub itself once, so I cant officially give more than a first impression (I love it!), but I can say the service, even after the sale, has been top notch. Also love the coordination with an electrician on my behalf, saved me the hassle. If you are looking for a tub, definitely pay them a visit.

We stopped by the Meridian store, because they are open on Sunday, and talked with hot tub Johnny about features and advantages to portable spas compared to in ground. He was very informative and helpful. We bought a Grandee NXT and are very happy with the amazing jets it has and how awesome it looks. The day it was installed the controller would not connect, we live fairly close to the Orchard store, someone ran right over to take a look and get it running. The sale as well as the follow up service has been fantastic.

I ended up talking to Kim, who set me up with an entirely different water treatment system than what was included with my hot tub. My water is so clean and fresh smelling now. I love the Spaguard line! Even though I didnt get my hot tub here (big mistake), I will be buying all of my supplies from them!

Although the prices for pool chemicals seem high to me their selection is good. I neglected to stock up on chlorine for our spa when it was readily available in the fall. This time of year this was the only place I could find it. Very helpful staff.

I called asking if they carry an injector for an ozonator for my spa, they said yes,l drove down, they dont carry it. We get our hot tub chemicals from them. Overall they do a good job but I wish they had told us about the silver ion system from the beginning rather than having to mess with chlorine only.
