The quality of the service we received, along with the speed with which it was done was much appreciated. Our experience included a high level of professionalism at a reasonable price. We were able to get an appointment quickly and cant say how pleased we are with the results. We would definitely recommend Four Seasons to anyone looking for spa repair needs. Four Seasons Pool and Spa services our outdoor hot tub weekly and they provide quality service. Additionally, their store is conveniently located at McMillan and 10 mile, which provides me a local place to purchase supplies. If you want convenience and great customer service, give them a try!

Worst spa service imaginable. Billed for services never received. Accounting department avoids resolution and lies about the owner never being in to take calls. Dishonest business. Avoid at all costs.

Jeremy was the best pool guy that has ever come out to our house. He spent a lot of time diagnosing the problem and literally saved me thousands of dollars as another company said I needed to replace the heater. We’ve already hired them to look at our hot tub and will continue to use them from now on!

We recently bought a Hot tub from Four Seasons during the spring home show. The owner, Michael, was very helpful in helping us select a tub that meet our needs, size, budget and where to put the tub at our home (we came prepared with photos of possible locations.) The tub was delivered 2 days later and was actually a day earlier than previously discussed. After the electrical was ran, hooked up and filled, we had some questions. We gave Michael a call and an employee, Cormack, was back out within 30 minutes. He answered the questions we had and helped us with the chemicals. We are so pleased with our purchase from Four Seasons Spa and Pool. These guys are the best and we highly recommend them! Thanks Michael and Cormack for the great customer service!

I hired this company to do a opening on a pool in nampa for a home I was selling. The tech shows up, I pay them and I leave. Come to find out from neighbor, that shortly after I left, the tech left to get more equipment he needed, and never returned. I called the company the next day, They now told me that the tech would just open the pull on the next servicing of the pool, even though I paid extra to have it opened prior to weekly maintenance. After they rescheduled again, the tech shows up and tags the home that no one was there, even after I told them it was vacant and to just proceed. Call after call to just get the service completed, my clients and I became frustrated and hired another company. So I cancelled payment sense no work was ever completed. I then get a call that even though work wasnt completed the tech still showed up, so If i didnt pay them I was going to be sent to collections. Being a life long resident here, and knowing several business owners in the area, due to my line of work. I have never had a company not only no show and not complete the work, but then threaten you if you didnt pay them. About the worst service I have ever seen from a company.

Mike and the crew have helped me out a handful of times. Always willing to answer questions. I was in a bind in the middle of winter with freezing water potential in my hot tub and they were willing to help me out late on a Saturday with lending me a heater and a good tarp. Tech came out early the next week and took care of stuff with a leak I had and getting some pipes fit together. They were fair on price and did a great job on the service side. Very happy to recommend them. Honest people that treat you fair. That isnt something you find everywhere anymore so it was nice to find it at Four Seasons. Thank you guys for all of your help!

This is how all business should be conducted. Michael has been informative from the beginning and supportive well after we purchased a hot tub from him. I love having a local business to return to in case I run into something I dont know how to fix (and Im prone to making mistakes), and these guys are incredible, knowledgeable, happy to help and a phenomenal resource to have with such significant investment. I will always return for my chemicals or anything else I need that is hot tub related because I know I can count on these guys to take care of me.

We had been struggling to get another Spa and Pool company to come out and fix a few things on our pool and pump for several months. When we called Four Seasons, we had a tech out within the week who fixed our sand filter on the spot! I have recommended Four Seasons to friends and they have also been very impressed. Fast, Affordable, and do a great job.

Michael was so helpful and more important so honest. I went in looking to purchase a bottle of Metal Be Gone. He asked me a few questions to learn more about my hot tub and then told me I did not need the product. He then told me how I could save money by not using as many bromine tablets. I now use Continuous Silver Ion Sanitizer in my hot tub. It lasts 4 months and my water has never been so clear and smell so fresh. Thanks Michael!Kelly C.

Our hot tub was acting up and I assumed we needed a new part/big repair. Four Seasons technician came out and fixed it in 5 minutes. He easily could have sold me on a big repair because that’s what I assumed it needed. He was very honest and helpful. It makes a big difference dealing with people you feel like you can trust, I will use these guys every time and would recommend to anyone.

They took care of our pool for several years and did a great job. Always very thorough and knowledgeable. The guys are always kind and respectful, a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend this company.

We just moved into an older home that had a hot tub which is also pretty old. We called to get it serviced. Four Seasons has now come out to fix things three times. Pat and Michael are very nice and try hard to get things fixed efficiently. They have been easy to work with but they are very busy so it takes a week usually to get on their schedule hence the four stars. But to me that means they are good and know what to do to fix things. And if you are in my situation trying to salvage an old hot tub it is worth the few hundred dollars to replace parts and fix it for hopefully a few years until I can buy one of their new units at the store!

So happy I stopped in. The convenient location lead me to stop to see if I could buy a pump to drain my hot tub. When instead I was offered an opportunity to borrow one for free. I was amazed and definitely will be in again. Thank you !

Micheal and his crew make taking care of your pool or spa really easy. I am not the best at balancing spa water, they will give you a road map to celar blue water. One day soon, I am going to buy a new spa from them, they have some amazing products.Tom YoungBoise
