Given how well this store has been reviewed had to post my opinion and a healthy dose of skepticism toward the other reviews. Is one of the first times Ive left a review for a place I did not spend money in but felt mislead.Went in shopping for patio furniture and was shocked by how egregiously over priced all the furniture was. If I felt the quality of the furniture was justified I would have not posted a review. However the caliber of the furniture did not come remotely close to warranting the sticker tags.An example was a floor model L couch had a tag of 8600$ for it that was to be sold as is. The material was what appeared to be regular fabric and was light on the stuffing with a metal frame, nothing intricate about it. Only could find a couple pieces in the store that were decently comfortable but triple the price of what you would pay comparably elsewhere. If you are looking for high end furniture or good value for your dollar would go elsewhere.

My family booked this venue for a birthday party - adults and children attending - and it was phenomenal! They have BBQ tools on site and you bring your food to cook right by the pools! Very comfy seating for a group and opportunities to be alone for something more intimate if needed. We had 3 different pools to choose from, and the lifeguards on staff were so professional! We felt bad every time we moved pools because they had to follow us and keep an eye out, which was greatly appreciated by us due to the little ones. We had such a fantastic time here, I cant wait until we can go again!

This is the cutest store ever! Patio Life has everything I would ever want to make my own backyard look like a dream oasis. High quality patio furniture, hot tubs, pillows and rugs, and I particularly love the wide assortment of decorations. Darling signs and posters, planters and pots, decorative objects. And my kids really loved all the pool toys and games. Great job Patio Life! We will definitely be return costumers!

My wife and I went into Patio Life out of curiosity. It is an amazing store. We had the pleasure of meeting Jason and Sara who own and operate the store with their kids.They are truly a wonderful couple and listening to their story of how they got into the outdoor lifestyle business was amazing. They really want to help everyone have a wonderful and welcoming outdoor space.I had been looking into putting a hot tub in our backyard for some time and had been researching the local dealers for best price and quality. I was not even aware that Patio Life sold hot tubs. After talking with Jason, I purchased a Dimension One spa from them. Their price was amazing for the quality of spa I bought and the warranties it comes with. What also is amazing is that it was delivered by their boys. Ine of their sons is a qualified spa technician who comes out every week for the first few months to check your spa chemicals and condition free. I did a lot of research and comparing different spas and companies. I would recommend you don’t get a spa from anyone else!Aside from our spa, we now go back regularly for any of our outdoor needs. They carry only the best and most durable products.If you have not been in Patio Life yet, you need to at least stop by and see he store and meet Jason and Sara. There are not a lot of family owned business anymore, and this one is amazing.

I had no idea they had more than beautiful patio furniture and hot tubs...they DO! Loads of great indoor and outdoor home decor and some gifts in the mix as well. I always find something when I visit! I also went to a parties in their pools this summer and it was by far my favorite party venue in the valley, and priced SO reasonably!

If you are in the market for a hot tub, I highly recommend you stay away from Patio Life. They will bend over backwards to make a sale, but once your new hot tub is installed - the customer service and on-going support is horrible. Our 8-month-old spa began to leak, and the Lead Technician could not even find the source of the leak. Pushed us off to a 3rd party to fix and was completely hands off as he believed it was not a warranty issue. He made up his mind as to what the cause of the leak was without even looking at our spa. When the source of the leak was found and the spa was fixed, it was in fact under warranty. This investigation and repair of the fix is all contributed to the 3rd party. Patio Life had washed their hands of the issue. Get your new spa at Costco. It will be a much better support experience.

On the day we purchased our patio furniture, the sales associate was very helpful with finding just the right pieces to meet our needs. He allowed us to move furniture pieces and outdoor rugs between displays so that we could mix and match. In the end, we chose a sectional sofa, table and chairs that complemented each other nicely. It took about 3 weeks for delivery but the two man crew arrived when they said they would and set up the furniture for us. Our experience with Patio Life was flawless.

Fantastic store! Loved everything about it, quality of furniture is the best and we’ve been so happy with our purchases. Will definitely be getting a hot tub from Patio Life soon. Best part is they sell more than patio furniture and hot tubs, the store was filled with adorable gift items. I was able to pick-up fun and unique gifts for my little nieces while there!

I love this fun store! I went in for a rug for my patio and found so much more. Thy have the funnest things - Big and small. My wife and I looked all over the Boise area for new patio furniture. We were frustrated that you cant find American made, reasonably priced products anymore. Knowing we had to settle for imported furniture we visited what we thought were all the places that carry outdoor furniture and almost settled for some pieces from Ashley. My wife stumbled across an internet add for Patio Life, so we made one more trip into town to check it out. Although we still had to settle for import, their selection and quality seemed better than the big box or furniture stores. We found what we wanted and enjoyed the sale and delivery experience. We recommend a trip to Patio Life if your the market for outdoor furniture or hot tubs!

Just went into Patio Life to check out some folding chairs to fish in. Walked out with succulents and some Idaho rock momentoes to send with our guest at our wedding. The girls there were so nice and helpful. We felt welcomed as soon as we walked in. We will return to this lovely place.

I had been looking for patio furniture for some time, using various online services and local stores such as Lowes, Home Depot, etc. Nothing was what I wanted -- cheap materials, thin cushions, no pizzazz. Also, many of the stores didnt have actual samples of the furniture so you had to trust them.I decided to visit Patio Life as they have a great showroom. Sara (owner) is awesome! We evaluated a number of different sets and color combinations. I ended up with a fabulous sofa, swivel chairs, cube chairs and table in a custom color. It arrived way faster than I figured it would and I love it!What is most important to me is the personal service provided by Patio Life. They listened, visited my space, worked with me on various options and were happy to change things if they didnt work (I bought an umbrella, but it didnt cover as much as I need, so they took it back!).I plan to buy more from them. They arent the cheapest around, but you definitely get what you pay for! I highly recommend Patio Life.
