This place is the best for phone repair. Good prices. Went to other places and wanted to charge me an arm and a leg for a screen repair. This place did it in 15 mins. For a good price. I totally recommend.

This place honestly doesnt even have screens for some phones their service is just not even good to be honest. Some of them would charge up to 2 times what the screen is actually worth

Went to Bestbuy first and was told it would be a two week appointment and $250. Made an appointment but thought that is crazy, bad business, and I bet Cell Phone repair close to my house can do it. Same price, fast service, had it back by morning. Had an issue with front camera, something that cant be attributed to them, Me, or it breaking when it dropped. They with out asking told me either way they would fix it for the cost of materials since I was customer . Now that is customer service beyond the call of duty. So I am a fan, a believer. They have my business, my family, my friends business.

They replaced my screen and it was defective . Tried calling back and they never answered. Scammers and bad service . Dont do business business here they have fake reviews. Their screens are refurbished. Go to TMB repairs its a few minutes away and they are 5 stars .

A great quick place to come get your screen replaced. It took under 10 minutes to have me finished up. That’s with one person doing multiple phones. This will be my number one spot to come for now on!

Run! This place has very bad customer service. I had to wait over a week to get a part that was back order ed for my phone. Once it came in, the part was bad. So I had to wait another additional 2 days to get the part pre-ordered. Once the part was in, they broke my screen. So that had to be ordered as well. Then finally, when the phone was fixed I went up to the counter to pay, and before I paid, I plugged my phone in to a portable charger that I had with me. Well, it turns out my phone was not changing! And they were going to make me pay, knowing the phone was not completely fixed.All that hassle and I got no apologies. In the end they still charged me full price, despite going through all that B.S.I get home and find out they put some installed a cheap low budget battery that was less milli-amps than the original one it came with. It took forever to charge! Thats how I knew. Never again will I ever go to this place again. Not even if their services were to be free! I dont like the way they did me, and I hope no one else goes through what I went through. Theres plenty of other good Cell phone repair places elsewhere, I just wish I had did my research before hand.

I called 3 times and they just hung up on me real quick. Was going to check how much they charge and if they could help fix my cell phone charging port. But cant get them to pick up.

My dad went to this location to get my phones screen fixed with a simple crack. They broke the phone and refused to fix it using the excuse that it was like that when we took it. On top of that they had the audacity to charge us 20$These people are dumb, they dont know what theyre doing. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.I run the local newspaper, this will defenitely not be good feedback for them in tomorrows paper.

This place is horrible. I dropped my phone off and they told me to pick it up at 4. I went in to pick it up and they said it would be done at 6 so I then made my third 20 minute trip there at 6, only to be told that it was going to be a few minutes. Well a few minutes turned into an hour (waiting with my two children) and I finally got my phone back, well after 7. A week later the screen started lifting so I had to go back and wait another hour while they fixed that. When I picked it back up, I was told that I need to keep a case on my phone to hold it together...now the screen is lifting AGAIN and when I called I told that I want my money back so that I can go somewhere else to get it properly fixed. They refused but told me to make another trip in for them to try to fix it a third time. I will never return to this place of business.

Brought in my phone for a simple crack and he broke my phone and just said o well o well it was already broken...now i have to take the hit on a new phone...he tried to take it apart infront of me he did not remove all the screws and broke it..........Do not trust your phone to this idiot!!! Gross rd and 635...left out that not only he broke my phone he still charged me 20 dlls for breaking it....I was advised to contact the better business bureau I advise everyone that has the same problem with these guys to do the same.. thats why they keep doing this to people,its just not right..

THESE DUMMIES DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. Received service from them 3 times within less than a year & it was terrible. The first replacement resulted in my phone not working for a week & having to reset it & lose all Data & they claimed to not know how to fix it, the second time they fixed what they broke resulted in my screen coming up from the phone & not staying glued & lastly my phone completely blacked out & I had to get an entire new phone because apple clearly told me that these TECHNICIANS caused so much unrepairable damage to my phone. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY OR TRUST THEM TO FIX YOUR PHONE.

They rush their repairs with low quality parts. Ive gone here twice, once for a battery replacement and a screen replacement. The battery was badly installed and I had to go to another repair shop to fix it and when I went for a screen replacement, they inserted the home button so that it pops out slightly with normal usage.

This place is garbage, no original screen. Screens last about a week then start to mess up. Save yourself the money and time.

It was really slow but the phone I gave them to fix was throw from a third story balcony and then chewed by a dog. They made the phone work like it was brand new again.
