Star did an amazing job in doing my make up. She was very nice and welcoming. Penny was great she had a nice personality. She entertained me while I was getting my make up done. They both had a positive can do attitude and I could tell they love doing their job.

The customer service sucks! Just left and not one associate acknowledged me. I stood at the register waiting for help and the male associate was on the phone and walked off as soon as the call ended. He didn’t even bother to say “I’ll be right with you” or anything. And another associate walked past me multiple times with no acknowledgement, so I guess I’m ghost today or something. I’m definitely better off going to one of the three locations at North Park mall.

I love Mac! Gets pretty crowded inside of the Dillard’s location but I love the store. Cons someone constantly asking do I need help. I like to shop and look around and then request help! 😒

I absolutely loved my full face makeup application. I dont like that you can no longer call ahead to make an appointment but rather be placed on a list for makeup application. MAC products have always had good quality.

Rudy with the eyes😍😍 is an amazing soul who really understands how to bring out your natural beauty! I went in for full face makeup with an openness about who would do it and I am so thankful I got Rudy!!!! He listened to my desires and did some absolutely magical things with those products! I was sooo happy with the results!! Great service and beautiful being!

I went to Dillards Towneast mall. The lady at Estee Lauder makeup matched me to a tee.

I love this store! The first lady who started my makeup was rude and did my eyebrows way too dark and when I asked her to redo them she left, told another artist that I was too picky and had her do my makeup. Thank goodness she did because the lady did a wonderful job! This is not the finished product but it looked great! I wish I could remeber her name but she is a tall Caucasian lady with blue hair, 5 stars for her!

Bought some bronzer that looks awesome on me and I found the perfect foundation for me at the mall at Dillards. A young lady did me a quick makeup match and she did very well

I came into town for a wedding - concerned I didn’t know a MUA in Dallas, I decide to go to the MAC counter at Dillard’s (Towneast). That’s where Eddie took me from a basic bi🤬ch to a BAD bi🤬ch!! I loved loved loved loved (can’t say it enough) my look!! Wish I can take him with me everywhere!

I had a bad expierence there everyone I go they ignore the crap out of me I had a Clinique employee help me I dont like the fact that if you are not dressed elegant they dont help you some people dont have to look elegant or like their going to a 5 star restaurant to get a cheap ass lipstick or whatever the purchase them employees need to stop acting like they are getting paid a ton of money and help those who actually purchase something instead of those who are there putting on their samples which I find very disgusting... I dont like this store and for that very reason I moved to Macys Mac people act like they are too good Im moving my business to tart or anything else than that ... Gross attitudes ...

Meh. Nothing special here except high prices.

Tracey Constante was great! I have no clue about anything when it comes to makeup but purchashing gifts was a breeze. I have spent ALOT of money with MAC after several visits and couldnt let her professionalism go unrecognized. I will be referring all my buds gf/fiance/wives over to Tracey especially for any special events to get touched up. Go check her out!

Went into Mac to get some lipstick just a few moments ago and the customer service was horrible. No one ever acknowledged my needs.

Worst customer service experience ever. I went in to make a purchase and to get the makeup basics. The consultant told me it was his break time and to come back in an hour. I will not EVER spend my hard earned money in this establishment.
