I have been going to this Walgreens for years dating back when I use to live in Mesquite. They always had decent customer service, store is always clean, and shelves fully stocked. This is one of the better Walgreens I know of! It gets two thumbs up 👍 👍

Worst store I have ever been to! If I could give 0 stars I would. Took some items in I bought previously but no longer had the receipt. The lady asked me to put my phone number in to pull up my receipt which confused me because I never used a phone number at Walgreens. She then proceeds to tell me that I didn’t buy them there and to take them back wherever I got them. I said I didn’t use my number when I checked out though? And she said oh well do you have an account and I said I don’t think so. She then checks each item on her scanner saying out loud that wasn’t sold at my store. I’m thinking ok and? So I asked aren’t purchasing from a Walgreens the same like it doesn’t matter which Walgreens as long as it’s Walgreens and she then bags everything up and says I don’t know but go return this to the store you bought this from? (WHAT!?) so I said well you could be a little bit nicer to people. And she says I’m sorry you feel that way. Rude!!!! No wonder this store only has 3 stars! Will never be back to Walgreens!

If you are trying to get a covid test do not come here I scheduled my appointment and got a conformation email but the system is down since yesterday so go some where else. It does not say anything on the website about this.

I went today by 10 minutes to closed and the cashier was very empathized and helpful when I was looking for electrolytes drink for my son suffering cramps in all his body after working 14 hours at the pacific rails car pool. God bless the cashier. Thanks Walgreens.

Walgreens1015 N Town E BlvdI had my Covid - 19 vaccination yesterday. i went into Walgreens straight to the pharmacy. There was a pregnant pharmacist assistant, and this woman provided unacceptable customer service.Just rude, unfriendly .No hello, no smile, she even wasnt looking up when i approached the staff, to check in.There was a young man behind the counter, which she obviously trained. She treated him in the same way like, how she presented her self to me. Kind of military style, sounded like she was giving us orders.Pregnant Assistant 2 starsThe young Nurse who gave me the vaccination ( i guess her name was Eileen), was super nice, and friendly.She was professional but sweet and kind! What a store. Scared of coupons so just have cashiers be rude instead of teach them to read and know what 2 coupons per purchase means.

I went in yesterday for curbside pickup order & let them know I was there but still waited 30 minutes before my boyfriend went inside to an empty store & the two ladies working just inside talking.

The pharmacy staff could not operate any more slowly. Its consistently a 30min wait per car most likely because they can never locate any of the prescriptions. Disturbingly unorganized for a pharmacy.

They always try to give you less medicine than what the doctor ordered. what is the Problem, you already filled it one or more times. you are very careless. I have been getting my medicine here for almost 2 years. worst walgreens. I think it is time to go cvs or kroger may be.

Always fast and friendly service. I drop off my RX, and its always ready within 20-25 minutes. I drive from Dallas, because I have not found a better Walgreens closer. This one is excellent!

Honestly disappointed these people could care less about your meds i went in and needed a emergency supply for my meds due to my doctor not refilling it, and i was denied the girl at the counter kept trying and tried to convince her manager my medication is a life or death situation pharmacist didn’t look like he cared i asked him for a night supply until i can contact my doctor and he could careless horrible place. as of today i will no longer use walgreens!

I went online and booked a appointment for the flu vaccine, but after going for the appointment, I found out they never had stock. I asked for another type, and was told they didn’t have that. Basically if your under 65, they don’t keep any stock. Only if your over 65 your okay. Don’t waste your time booking a appointment, they don’t keep any stock. Go anywhere else, on top of that they are rude, and give a attitude of not caring.

I am very highly upset with the pharmacy at this location. I typically go to this location because it is conveniently near my home however today I was given a prescription labeled with someone else’s name and medication. This mix up could have cost my child his life if I did not pay attention to the label on the bottle vs the label on the bag which was correct. The pharmacist took it so lightly tonight but my child’s life could have been on the line. Mixing up a prescription is serious. Even labeling something incorrectly is serious.

Never had problems at this pharmacy before today!! A pharmacist should be able to read a prescription and fill it according to the Dr orders. She does NOT have my diagnosis in front of her. That is why I see a Dr. He diagnoses me and writes my prescription. Her job is to fill it.

Very good customer from the lovely, kind & patient lady at drive up window to the pharmacy manager. This store, in my opinion, used to have so-so customer service a year ago but they must have noticed & weeded those subpar employees. Very please with this Walgreens!!

I went today to print one picture from my phone. I asked for the cord to download my photos. I was asked what kind of phone do I have. Told them a Samsung 8. I was told then we dont have a cord for that phone. I told both white ladies that I ALWAYS Print my pictures here and I use your cords all of the time. I asked them to give me the cord and I will go get the adapter from my car. I was told the cord they had wouldnt work. I may come back and talk with the guy who I have worked with before. I experienced the Worst customer service I have ever received before and from the same person I had a bad experience before . Maybe I need to change stores. Maybe the people on duty today are not familiar with the photo area. Not a happy customer today..

This the best Walgreens in the are. Super nice employees and this store has everything.

This is regarding the pharmacy. I called the first time and the automated machine told me there was no order for my number. I thought maybe it wasnt ready. I tried to be redirected to a person and I was on hold for 10 minutes before hanging up. I called again the next day and the machine was still saying there was no order. I called again but pressed to speak to someone where I was notified they did indeed receive my prescription and it was ready. I came on a Sunday and was at the drive through for about 10 minutes before parking and getting down. The woman was very rude and did not want to call in to my insurance to have them relay my pharmacy information to her because the pharmacy doesnt send you a card. Before here I was at the Walmart on I30 and the service was excellent. They called in themselves like they are supposed to when I told them my insurance as Aetna. Obviously this woman at Walgreens hates her job and does not like to help out customers. Never again!! Take your pharmacy needs elsewhere and save yourself time and frustrations! This place is garbage! Taking pharmaceutical needs back to Walmart!

Convenient

Its saturday 4/30/16 and the pharmacy is supposed to open at 9:00. I was here at the window right at 9:00 to pick up my 1 yearold sons perscription and waited till 9:30 with 4 other cars behind me and they were still not opened. I called in to the store and spoke with the manager and he said that the pharmacist that was supposed to be there was MIA and that another pharmacist was coming in but it be another hour!! Very unprofessional. If your hours say you open at 9 then you need to be open at 9!! And it shouldnt be depended on 1 person to open it. There needs to be at least 2 people opening. But this isnt the first time Ive had problems with this pharmacy and Ive already been contemplating going to another one. But after today I will be doing just that! Absolutely ridiculous...Yall need to get your crap together!!!

Just stopped in to grab some gum. But the customer service was great I was greeted as soon as I walked in and they were fast.

Completely happy with my service i received. Two great experiences just this year. The first one was when Walgreens pharmacy pulled my rx from the neighborhood walmart who said they could not take my insurance info over the phone. Walgreens conveniently did it for me! And most recently was late last night! I dropped off my rx right after my dr appt. Withing 30 mins i received a text that it was ready for pick up! i called to see what my total was going to be. Spoke with a very kind gentleman who told me my price and when i asked him if i can purchase an OTC medication thru the drive thru because it was raining and i did not want to go inside. (i know lazy) he told me it depended on what kind i gave him the name and he said sure he will go and find it for me. I pulled into the drive thru 3 mins later and he was walking back to the window from looking for my OTC medication. I was completely satisfied with how we provided excellent customer service. Unfortunately i did not receive his name but thanks to him i will be continue to go to Walgreens for mt rx needs.

Lazy extremely lazy pharmacy. They close early and are lacking knowledge of the medicine DO NOT GET ANY PRESCRIPTION SENT HERE!!!

I just went to pick up photos after my workout the store doesnt close until 10 but the photos close at nine, it was five until nine and it literally takes two minutes to ring out photos and they wouldnt do it. That is terrible customer service. Apparently there are no good Walgreens in the city of Mesquite

Drive thru pharmacy is so slow! I had to wait for 15 minutes to drop off my prescription!

Pharmacy has bad attitudes and cannot understand them.
