T-Mobile is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. This review is more a reflection of this company as a whole than this specific store. I’m not mad at the employee I dealt with at this store but I am absolutely LIVID with T-Mobile.June 11th I sign up with T-Mobile for a free tablet and data plan. When I received the tablet the SIM card was not activated. I had to call customer service and I spent 2 HOURS on the phone before they told me they needed to mail me a new SIM card.So after about a week I got the SIM card in the mail popped it in my tablet and it is not activated. So I had to call customer service. AGAIN I SPENT 2 HOURS ON THE PHONE BEFORE THEY TOLD ME I HAD TO DRIVE TO THE STORE TO ACTIVATE IT. THE STORE IS A 1 HOUR DRIVE.So I thought ok, I will cancel T-Mobile and return during the grace period because customer service told me I’d get a full refund. Instead I asked if I could return the tablet that did not work and get a hotspot (also free) instead since the data plan would be the same. NO PROBLEM THEY SAID.I decided to live chat with them and thst took another 2 hours to be told me I’d have to activate ANY device at the store and I could return the tablet there. I thought about it and decided this was a fluke of bad luck and if I drive to the store this would be sorted out in like 15 minutes. Biggest mistake ever.I drove an hour to this store to return my tablet and activate a hotspot on my account with the same data plan. The rep in store can not help me so he has to call customer service. HE SPENDS 2 HOURS ON THE PHONE BEFORE HE TELLS ME I OWE $44 BEFORE HE CAN PUT THE HOTSPOT ON MY ACCOUNT AND THAT ID HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER ACTIVATION FEE. No. Way. In. Hell.You could not pay me to deal with this company.So the conclusion?I can’t be refunded the non refundable activation fee for a device they never activated.$39I owe $44 for the month of service I never received in June.I have no tabletI have no hotspotI had/have no serviceMy account is closed.T-Mobile charged me $83 and I got absolutely nothing. I wasted OVER 10 HOURS talking to customer service and driving to-from T-Mobile trying to get a single line activated. After over 10 hours talking to T-Mobile the problem WAS STILL NOT RESOLVED. I returned the tablet and closed the account within 30 days but they will not refund me.JOIN VISIBLE. It’s on Verizon’s network and you get unlimited everything for $25 a month per line if you join the party system which is really easy. Google it when you join - it’s a matter of clicking a few things. Basically you join a group on visible and that’s it.
Went to the store today to buy new phones and two reps were helping 1 person. They did not even acknowledge the fact I was waiting for 15 mins and I left. Poor customer service and lost my business. I went to Verizon instead.
I give them a 5 star rating for honesty. Since BTW erected a cell tower in Barneveld I have been considered roaming. The salesperson recommended AT&T as they are affiliated with BTW. I will miss being a customer with the Magenta company, but am looking forward to a new experience with AT&T.
The guy behind the counter confused the heck out of me. It looked like there was no good plan to be had. But when we came back the next day the second guy made perfect sense making it possible to purchase a good plan.

We stopped today for help with my daughters phone. Garret was super knowledgeable and helpful. Ive been in plenty of cell phone stores where the staff are not helpful. Garrett was awesome. Id recommend this store to anyone.
Beyond frustrated by experience with T-Mobile. After week of trying to work with customer service to be able to undo our families switch to T-Mobile due to poor reception in the Madison area, found out that the local rep we worked with didnt process paperwork correctly so credit we were waiting on was never coming. Also, rep promised on three different cases he was going to call me back with details or solutions to my problems - never received a call. Luckily national customer service stepping in to help, but still the network in the Madison area sucks. Wait for their network to get better and avoid this store in particular.
When I arrived to the store to see the plans and promotions that they offered. I was a little nervous at first but then the sale associate Daniel helped me out. He explained the plan to me and the promotion! He also wrote it down on a blank sheet of paper what I would be expecting to payeach month and to do list on to maximize my savings!!
Customer service is awesome. They care customers with so much respect and love.
I used to be enthusiastic about this store, but am so disappointed that i am looking into a new phone carrier. I had to puck up my replacement wifi hotspot (tmobile calls it a Coolpad). It was easier when they used to set the item. This store did not have it working on 1/23 when i cane to pick it up. I eas promised tbat it woukd be working today, 1/27, and the people in the store had no idea about any of this. I had to call national, and even then, they just handed me the various pieces. I was missing the back, which I asked them to bring to my office. But even then I did not have the password to use. I had to call national. National was fine, but this shop doesnt really do much. Romeo e did try to get me to replace my phone. A,free replacement he said, but at $24 per month. How can I think of getting a new phone from this store?????Previously, I was please with this store. As I wrote in Fall 20q9, Franco is amazing. Askfor him. He takes care of you, since he knows his stuff. All in all, fantastic shop. The staff knows their stuff and helps you. The accessories for T-Mobile phones are stocked in depth, and the staff works hard to get you what you need and makes certain this function well. Ibrahim is quite knowledgeable, and it helps to find such a dedicated person at this location. Parking is free and convenient. It is a short walk from the shopping area nearby.
Was fairly easy of a process and entertaining staff!
I went to get technical support, Garrett who was at the store was very friendly and stayed longer to get my issue resolved. Kudos!
