I called right away when the Middleton location opened up on Sunday and Troy answered ready to help me replace my broken phone. He was super helpful and friendly and I set up an appointment to see him later that day. Troy was very knowledgeable and experienced in helping me find a new phone. This place has a good selection of phone accessories. The sales associate Troy Marinkovic is very knowledgeable and helpful. Went in just to browse but he convinced us to switch to US Cellular. Would recommend friends and family to go see him

I went in looking for an upgrade on my phone. The associates were very professional and personable and knowledgeable. I was looking for simple, and they hooked me up with the New Google 4a phone and accessories for it. Probably the best experience I have had with US Cellular and Ive been a customer for over 15 years. They even helped me put on my screen protector the right way (I would have goofed it up). A Team at this location, I recommend them highly!

Daniel Garcia-Rivera and Troy at the Middleton store are awesome!I purchased a new iPhone 12 Pro Max from the Sun Prairie location and even though the service there was great as well, I didnt fully understand the trouble I was getting myself into when I offered to do the data transition at home. I simply thought I could restore one of my backups from my computer to the new phone and Id be all set. We discussed the option but they made it sound like it would take a lot of time to transfer everything.On the way home from Sun Prairie I was having multiple connection issues, Google wouldnt even load, Siri wasn’t loading, and my apps werent opening. I thought this was maybe due to a dead spot but this happened in a few different areas. I also didnt think about that Id have to add all my email addresses, wi-fi passwords, apps for work etc.Since I live in Middleton, I thought to stop into the US Cellular here to make sure everything was set up correctly, and Im very happy I did!Daniel Garcia-Rivera fixed dust and bubbles multiple times that were under the glass protection I bought at Sun Prairie, Ill go with the liquid glass next time. He reset my phone to factory settings and transferred over all my data from my existing iPhone 6s. This process took about an hour but his service, and genuine care for my happiness, made this time fly by.After the phone was set up correctly, it was amazing to see all my apps were there, email, favorites, and I didn’t have to do anything! He also test called my phone to make sure that was working.I currently work at Amazon part-time, worked at US Cellular in the past, Geek Squad, managed a Blockbuster Video for 5 years and to see this kind of customer service is very rare. I’d recommend anyone looking for new service, upgrading with existing service, or simply want to discuss options, look for Daniel at the Middleton location.
We recently traded in my sons phone for an upgraded model. We worked with Troy who helped us get the absolute best deal on the phone and our family cell phone plan. He was very responsive and understood our desire to work by phone and via curbside pickup.
This sale was fun and satisfying from beginning to end! The retail wireless consultant was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I look forward to my next visit to the store!

I had hopelessly locked myself out of my phone by accidentally turning on voice over while at the same time having Siri disabled. I was stuck! Online tech support couldn’t help me and directed me to the store in Middleton, WI. I was greeted by Troy Marinkovic’s friendly face (as much of it as I could see anyway with mask and all) and helpfulness! He had me sit down, reassured me it would all be fine, and had me unlocked and out the door in a jif! There are not enough words to describe how happy I was with my visit!

Had called about where my phone was being sent after a different location had put in the Middleton location as my home address instead of my actual address and was met with some of the most rude customer service I’ve ever received. Whoever picked up the phone was so obnoxiously rude it was actually comical. All I wanted to do was to make sure I was picking up my preorder there, but the man asked “what are you trying to get from us?” As if I was asking for a handout or something. Just ridiculous.
I went in to change my plan and I will be coming back when I have to get an upgrade. The staff member(s) Will, who helped me, was very helpful and explained every question I had about my phone and plan very thoroughly. I felt extremely comfortable there and had a great experience.
We visited the store in Middleton to add another phone to our existing plan. Thank you to Shanon and Kailey for being patient, friendly and knowledgeable! They efficiently set up our new phone and answered all of my questions. Other customers arrived during our visit and their needs were met with equal quickness and consideration.
I both called / spoke on phone and met in person with Will at this location. He was professional, skilled at explaining the products, kind, patient, accommodating and knowledgeable. I never look forward to needing to get a new phone or to dealing with cell phone providers but this experience was quick and pleasant and I was very satisfied with the experience.Highly recommend!!
Had a good experienced when I recently upgraded my phone. The staff was very helpful. It requires some time to wait for activation and download of contacts but during the wait the staff was friendly and talkative. Also witnessed their customer service skills when another customer had a complaint. They remained cool and handled the heated situation with grace.
I went to this location with my mom to find out information about international plans. We were being helped by Will, and he was absolutely grand. He certainly knew what he was talking about and was nice and patient with all of our questions. Thanks, Will!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Extremely unprofessional staff, asking about who to contact about speaking with a manager. Was met with an extremely rude staff member named Jamison. Was told they only pass messages along to management and couldnt give me any contact info about who the GM even is. The incompetence and volatility was shocking. If you cant be kind to your customers, you should not have a job in customer service. My short 2min phone call has led me into looking for a new service provider. Completely ridiculous . I highly recommend going to another store.
Small location but excellent staff and very helpful. They were able to resolve my issue with not being able to connect to data very quickly. I will definitely be coming back here from now on!
Jamison sold us our new phones. He was patient while I debated how I wanted to move forward with a new contract which is a hard decision for me being I had been with a competitor for numerous years. He explained all charges and features of the contract I chose and when I contacted him with a question 3 months later, he was helpful once again.

Will was very helpful in explaining everything to me and did a good job dealing with system issues we were experiencing.
Went to this location on a Friday night around 5:30pm and was immediately helped. That’s about where the good experience stopped. Katie was helpful in assisting me make my selection, but once it was time to set up my phone, it took at least an hour and a half. I was taking my dad’s upgrade, which she assured me wouldn’t be a problem. It took 2 days for my dads phone to work again because she had entered in his phone number wrong. Really?!? I should have known that the fact that it took so long would cause a problem in the end!! Will never be going back to this authorized agent again.
Misleading sales tactics.The representative I worked with lied to me about where I would be able to use my promotional card. He implied I could use it anywhere. Turns out I can only use it at US Cellular, where items are overpriced. He also told me my bill would be $20 less a month than it is. I suggest you be very critical of anything you are told.On another note: US Cellular is frustrating in and of itself. Their website is slow and they cant figure out their billing, which is probably why they want you to autopay.
Went to get a new smartphone. Got right in a friendly lady helped me. She guided me on the options I was looking at phones and plans. She was very friendly and helpful. Got in and out in about 20 minutes including setting up the new phone.
Laura Ortiz is THE BEST customer service agent weve dealt with at any US Cellular store. She was prompt, organized, and knowledgeable about switching plans and adding a line to our account. Ive had terrible experiences with US Cellulars customer service, but Laura put a fresh face on this company! Will go out of my way to make it to this location.
