Awful...one person working there. The young man working there seemed polite but there was some guy hanging behind a work station who Im assuming was the owner with his kids on the other side discussing family stuff. There were some people ahead of us including the children of the person who was seated behind the desk. Place was closing in an hour and with 3 people upgrading phones this would have taken up that hour. Very unprofessional but this is the world we live in now. Looking at the majority of reviews they all seem to have only completed one review. Clearly this store creates accounts to give five star one sentence reviews...very suspect. The bulk of reviews come from accounts with only one review.

Needed an increase in data plan. Was sold 2 devices - a jetpack and and a tablet, as the solution. The bill was supposed to go up $35-40 per Rami. The bill went up over $300, yes $300. Wanted to return the product and cancel, nope, fought me the whole way. Got Verizon involved, they could not help. also the jetpack doesnt work and the tablet is useless. Do not trust them as what they say is not what they deliver. Trying to support small business during this difficult time and this is what you get from unscrupulous business people. STAY AWAY

We came in to upgrade 2 phones but purchased 2 phones and an iPad. The salesman Rami could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Would highly recommend him to anyone needing assistance .

Best experience getting a phone ever!

A one star is too generous! Be very careful of this place especially if you are not tech savvy. This place will take total advantage of you if you do not know EXACTLY what you are doing. Do yourself a favor and go to the REAL Verizon store instead of a re-seller. This place will put you in a plan that isnt right for you, sell you extra accessories you dont need, and add insurance without telling you. Then they will use their BS that you initialed that novel and you agreed to it when you finally figure out what they did. I would never recommend this place to anyone and will tell as many people as I can to stay away from it.I am going to post this review every week until my problem is resolved in the correct manner!Update! If you see below they tell you to reach out to R-wireless. No one ever picks up the phone and I sent an email in and no response from the owners.. Same message havent seen a positive outcome yet Next i will add to Twitter and Yelp!

My new phone is so much more than I thought I was getting and I know when I go back with the twenty questions I didnt have while I was in the store, anyone of the staff will be willing to spend the time needed to answer or demonstrate what I need to know. Awful customer service. They do not disclose any warranty information, such as the fact that you have to pay for replacement of products with lifetime warranties. They do not disclose trade-in procedures, which are time consuming. They also try to make you pay full price for everything, even when Verizon is offering a sale. They are not helpful in resolving issues. They just tell you to call Verizon Customer Service. That is no way to treat a 20 year Verizon customer. In summary, they are TERRIBLE! What a disgrace to Verizon.

The staff Rami and Hazem made my transition perfect they transferred all my information and paired my watch and car. Although this Verizon store is out of my way I will always come here instead of elsewhere the customer service is OUTSTANDING!

Hey, I met shyam today and he helped me get my very first smart phone and it was very easy process and he was very kind and smart.

I came into the store super frustrated with my phone. Rami and I spoke for a bit and he explained all of my options. He was incredibly helpful and super pleasant. I had to come back to get the new phone and it was an even better experience! All of his advice was wonderful and I really enjoyed talking to him throughout the process! I went to see Hazem Shaheen at the Verizon store in Middleton Massachusetts. I had a host of about 5-6 problems with my IPhone. I had gone to other Verizon stores with no satisfaction. Excellent Customer Service. I stopped in with the intention of seeking information regarding new phone for my law practice. I was met by Alex. Alex took the time to personalize my service. He inquired about my business and and special needs that I might require. He gave me his undivided attention. As a result, I purchased two phones, the plan that I need and he completed the set-up and transfer my old phone to my new one. It is not often you experience customer service like this!

I bought an IPhone and an Apple Watch from the Apple store in Lynnfield. I am happy with both devices but the customer service at the Apple store was subpar. Lucky for me I was able to go to the Verizon store in Middleton and Hazem in less than one hour was able to set up the entire phone, download all my information and answer questions. Do not waste your time and go the Apple store. They are so unprofessional and not helpful. Highly highly recommend Hazem! Thank you Hazem.

Rami Awadallah was great at explaining cost and fees.He walked us through the whole transfer process.Was very personable and polite.I am editing this post to say since switching to Verizon I have had nothing but headaches and issues getting Verizon to honor their promises of paying off the costs of old AT&T fees. Which they still have not done, due to AT&T wisely not putting specific wording on their bills.

I typically dread going to verizon to deal with upgrades and setting up new plans. Its usually so confusing, stressful, and I leave with no idea as to what I just purchased. However, I worked with Alex here and the customer service was absolutely incredible! I could not be happier. They did not have the phone in store that I wanted and given I was in town visiting my family, could not have it ordered. He drove to another store just to get it for me so that we could get everything set up that day. He laid out all of our plan options super clearly, and was transparent about all costs. He also hooked us up and gave us a great bundle deal on case/wireless charger/screen protector. I went in with a lot of requests and questions, and he seamlessly dealt with everything on the spot.
