I’ve been renting from this store for close to over five years and I’ve gotten a selection of new electronics. They are great, prices are affordable and it gives people a chance to get nice merchandise they may have not been able to outright afford for any given number of reasons. The team is exceptional and they do great marketing. I love watching them on social media and getting so involved. This store is 10/10. If anything is purchased and needs repaired or replaced, they are awesome at getting all that worked out too. I get my first new appliance Saturday and will come back with a picture then.

Never dealt with rent to own and they call my phone number with a nasty attitude. Their attitude toward myself was so disgusting and disrespectful.

Love rent 2 own. The staff has always been friendly. The keep a great stock of amazing products. I cant say enough about their delivery guys. They always make sure to treat everything with care. I live in an old house with small doorways and they make sure to take their time and have never damaged anything in my house. They are the real MVP.

I just got back from vacation and my washer quit working. They got a replacement delivered within 2 days of me calling. The gentlemen who delivered the temporary washer were respectful and did a great job. They even came back because I was concerned about a noise the temporary washer was making. They checked it out and everything is good. Very awsome team. Our experience when first signing up was great. Ive never had better customer service from anywhere else.

Cris Tussy, Brandin, and Shani have the most horrible customer service Ive ever encountered. Would never deal with these people again.If I had a problem with something they were never on it. Never remembered my problem. Never had notes of my calls, etc. But, called contacts that I gave them because I was 1 day late with a couple payments to go!! Worst ever!

We paid off a 50 inch television screen at this location and it’s still kicking 3 years later. All of their products are great quality. The prices are very reasonable and the sales associates are bery laid back making it easy to relax and make a good decision on what you want. They remember you by name and products you purchase, so that’s really cool also. They have just about everything you could want or need for a home. They’re very understanding if you want to return an item as well. Highly recommended if you don’t have the money to pay full price for something.

Worst company Ive ever done business with. You get what you pay for, but over pay. Understandable given their risk they take. However, once you are in their clutches they dont let go. I received advertisement text messages for over 2 years, sometimes multiple daily. After multiple requests to stop messaging me, it took me getting ugly and rude to get them to stop. My advice, you dont need that item that badly to deal with these fools.

I have trained customer service for many years. R20, needs to retrain customer service via phone.p Everytime you speak to someone it is a different story. They always say there are no notes on my account, when everytime I call, they say they will note my account. The furniture was delivered with some damages and while the delivery driver was great, he made notes, I never heard from anyone at the store. Today, I wasExplaining my side of the accounting error and I was told, you keep wanting to tell me and Im not the one you should tell. You should call the manager, Chris, tomorrow. How about you take my info to Chris znd have him call me. Its not worth the hassle. I only purchasedpurchased the table, because I didnt want to wait til I could actually afford this one. Ugh! Bad choice on my part. I will give Kudos toShani, I think is her name, shes outstandingly

They were ok I moved from another state and started over they were very pushy and was always trying to sell me extra stuff I would get a couple items at a time and pay them off before the 90 days just to have them make comments about it when I come in ....months later after I paid everything off I still get texts and phone calls about payments on furniture I paid off
