Never used Phoenix upfitters before. I was pleased they were actually able to get me in the same day which is hard to do in this industry. The staff were all professional and extremely friendly and nice to conversate with. They also listened to my needs on film and met them without question. The tint on my car came out awesome as well. There was a minor issue on one window I noticed after pulling off and called them and they fixed it right away. I will definitely be back with any other vehicle I need done and would recommend to anyone wanting tint. Customer service was outstanding and service was quick and facility is professional and clean. I needed to remove a visor strip of tinting from a used vehicle I bought and had no clue how to go about it. I called Phoenix Upfitters after finding them via Google search and Im glad I did. They said it was an easy task and could get me in as early as that same day. I schedule an appointment for the next morning and they got right to it and promptly took care of my request and the results were very satisfactory. No mess left over from removal, no mess in the truck, it was gone quickly, and the price was incredible. I will certainly be coming back to these folks for future needs. My husband pre-paid for service ($585) in May. He never had the job completed due to scheduling and most recently his car was stolen. I tried to call to get a refund. I was told that they would refund the full amount minus 20% for restocking (yet nothing was signed stating this was their policy). They also told me that they could only refund to the card on file which I no longer have. I offered to bring a different card in and was told the same thing. They can’t refund the money. So now I have to file a complaint with my bank and likely BBB to get my money back. Ridiculous.

They did an amazing job on my civic. I got 20% and when i got my car back i was really happy with the results. Would very much recommend :)

The guys at Phoenix did a fantastic job tinting my side windows on my F150. They match the factory tint that was on the rest of the truck. And dont forget to utilize Cole Smith and their detailing shop! He did a phenomenal job! My 2015 Ford F-150 looked like it just rolled off the assembly line!!

Steve, the owner, is very pleasant to work with from the beginning inquiry through the completed project. After listening to me about my light sensitivity, he allowed me to sit in his car before deciding going to a darker tint. I am so glad I did. Driving home yesterday was the first time in over 15 years+, I have not wore sunglasses. I could also that it’s going to reduce the heat from the sun.The tint project on my Ford Fusion has made it even look more sportier than before. I am in awe of the professionalism that Steve has put into this job. He even put stickers over my controls to remind me not to roll down my windows for three days and placed my oil reminder sticker on my mirror.I love when what you receive exceed your expectations.

I called several places trying to get my windows tinted on short notice. Everyone had at least a 3 week wait to get in. I mentioned that I was going out of town and wanted to get in quickly. They said they couldn’t get me in until September (3 weeks). Then called about 2 hours later and said to go ahead and drop it off and they would get it done same day. They did a great job so I booked my second vehicle in my original September appointment. They even offered a 10% discount on my second vehicle. I should also mention that their pricing was much better than anyone else I called as well. Definitely going to be a repeat customer.

Very good experience! Dropped my car off around 8:30am and Steve said it would take about 2 hours...actually got a text notifying me that my car was done around 10:30am. Most places you have to call to get updates because they rarely call you. Quality work, top notch experience!

I have used Phoenix window tint a couple of times now and every time the service was done well and didnt have a long wait. I told them both times I was on time constraints with my work and had little time to leave my vehicle and be able to pick them back up. They worked with me and got both jobs done in good time. The product looks good and work looks good . Would use this place again and highly recommend them to any one I hear that needs window tint done. By the way, one of my trucks had to have the old tint taken out and still got that vehicle done in great time.

Windows tinted, remote starts, and company logos. They kept me updated every step of the way, very upfront and honest, and did excellent work. Scheduling was easy which is so important with work and kids. It’s a great company with a great owner. I would and will recommend them to everyone.
