Took my Subaru Outback here for an alignment a few times and was very satisfied. If you want your alignment done right and done quickly, go here! These guys are professional, do a great job and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend! Will be bringing my other vehicles here when needed.

Bad experience. Called ahead that i needed an out-of-spec alignment and the steering wheel realigned on my truck after having aftermarket suspension installed elsewhere. Gentleman said yes bring it in for 3pm appointment. I get there and he tells me I dont need out of spec alignment and at 4pm proceeds to give me a regular alignment and incorrectly adjusted the steering wheel.Went to a reputable shop the next day and they gave me the alignment I asked for and straightened out the steering wheel.All Auto Alignment world had to say when i called ahead was we dont do that. Would like my $54 back...

Customer beware! I have used this shop based off another customer recommendation. I regret taking the advice. The shop charges the lowest price in the Orange County for a wheel alignment. The problem is for the price do not expect the quality. I have run flats on my vehicle. The tires are expensive and damaged due to a inadequate wheel alignment. You are better off going to your dealer or first class alignment and repair down the road. At least they are honest and check tire wear and specs. My tires were way out of balance, and my tires have worn uneven thanks to alignment world which gets a letter grade of “F”! You have notified.

This is not some fly by nite place,this is a real professional outfit,it aint cheap but the work is top notch, they try, as they must to sell you stuff,( just replace the broke stuff) you come here, you will ALWAYS come back, work, and staff is tops,when they look for problems, they do a detailed analysis

Wow! Astonished to say the least. I went in and asked for a inspection and waited an hour after my appointment time. And guess what? I walked out paying 55$ for a wheel alignment THAT I DID NOT NEED and did not even get my inspection. Don’t bring your business to these guys.

Took F350 in for alignment n tire rotation. quoted price was half what i expected, they checked out front end, tires, set up for alignment. spent a good amount of time, then gave me the printout that alignment was perfect.....no charge...... rotated tires for a very small fee and i was on my way....outstanding service and they know their stuff.

Ok so I went to this establishment Nov 14th to get my snow tires mounted and balanced on my car I initially went to the roadside shop right on Dolson Ave it took about 1 hour on line to get in but I was in and they were pretty quick with the job and the price is hard to beat so i was satisfied, until I took my car onto 84 and heard pinging from my wheels, instantly knew my wheel weights came off my rim, Sure enough when I checked at my next stop all wheel weights on all four tires were off the edge of the rim and only being held on by my hub caps I removed the weights with my bare hands so they wouldnt come flying off and hit a pedestrian or car on accident, upon further inspection of the weights themselves all for weights were different and had different lettering on them meaning (because I used to do tires at a dealership for 2 years) the wieghts are for a different flange on the rims edge, every rim out there has a different flange depending on if its oem, aftermarket, steel, aluminum, alloys ect different wheel weights are required to fit onto a specific rim flange, only that at this tire shop that detail does not exsist at all, I brought my car back wanting them to fix their mistake so they did except once again the wrong wheel weights were put on only this time they were put on by the alignment shop in the back, which im assuming is the same company? Either way same thing happened I went down the road to shoprite and all for weights on all the tires are about to fall off, so I went back a third time now and this time the manager himself re-balanced the wheels and put the weights on himself, he told me that the clips on the back of the weights sometimes are to wide and need to be crimped down a little which yes that can happen with reused weights but its very odd to have new ones right out of the box have a similar issue.... so he did his thing showed me that they were tight on the rim edge and they were so all is good right? Nope it just prolonged the inevitable I checked the tires this morning after only driving 10 mins to work and one weight was totally gone probably on route 6 somewhere and the driver side front and passenger side rear are begining to work themselves off pretty sure theyll be flying off my car on my way up north for deer season, long story short Im giving this place 2 stars becuase these guys are nice and I remember doing tires and it sucks so I get it but if your going to do something do it right and make sure it is 100% correct, granger literally makes a guage tool that helps you find the type of flange on the rim without any guessing at all and the best part is its only 4 bucks and if you dont want to think at all and worry about which weight goes to which rim just use 3M sticky wieghts, wont go back here ever again bad practice is bad practice

Came in to get a simple alignment at my scheduled appointment time, and was told by the worker that he is eating. I had scheduled this appointment days in advance. He then proceded to talk for over an hour while I waited for the alignment. The car job was average at best. Do not give these men your business.
