And they went above and beyond helping with information about insurance and answering all the questions I had. These guys are the very best in Ohio!!!! The process was smooth, quick, and customer service the best- they stayed late just for me (traveled from out of town). I can’t say enough good things about this place.

Ill gladly admit me and my fiancee, for the first time ever, enjoyed going to buy a car. It was truly a fun time with these guys. Not your typical push push push salesmen here. Small town lot with huge deals on absolutely quality cars. Myron and Brad were nothing short of fantastic. Id like to thank Brad for making the buying experience very easy and transparent. I went in ready to do battle with the negotiating process, and to my surprise, had a very easy purchase with none of the added dealer fees (other than a $250.00 doc fee and $35.00 registration/temp tag fee) such as the etched glass security fee or emissions compliance fee or any number of unnecessary BS fees. I would highly recommend Mid-Town as the only sell first quality used cars and provide a very ethical buying process.
I have only ever purchased from dealers for my used cars so I was a little leery of this business but gave it a chance based on the other good reviews. Driving by it looks like a buy here pay here sort of place but give them a shot. Cars on the lot are higher-end and low mileage, just as promised, and the inside was very clean and pleasantly decorated to make you feel comfortable. My salesman, Brad, was very forthcoming and honest with me throughout the process. I was coming from over two hours away to do my test drive and ended up running late but they stayed in touch with me and held the car rather than allowing others to drive it in the meantime so it would still be there. Great experience - ended up buying.
Excellent customer service. Easy buying process. I seen my truck on car guru and requested more info. Within 30 minutes a salesman called and I started the application process. Within a few hours the deal was done and the next day I drove 3 hours to sign papers on a truck I had only seen online. My truck was just what I expected. I test drove it and signed the papers. In less than hour I signed the papers and drove 3 hours home. This is the only dealership I will purchase from.
I want to take this opportunity to thank Doug Bieller, Mid-Towne Auto Center, for all of his efforts in helping me find the “car I have always wanted”. I had been searching for a 2002-2005 Ford Thunderbird, for several months. I found one that interested me at Mid-Towne Auto Center, in Middletown, Ohio. I live in Louisville, Kentucky, so it was important to me that I find out as much about this car before making the 2 hour trip. I called Mid-Towne Auto Center on a Wednesday, and spoke to Doug Bieller. As I spoke to Doug, it was clear that he understood the importance of this purchase to me. Was in the market for a newer car. A friend referred me to them after finding a great deal on a great car. Within 24 hours they had everything ready to go for me. As I was buying the car they said they looked the car over before I got there to make sure everything was working and in order. Well they ended up finding a few buttons didn’t work but they had already ordered the parts to be replaced. Blew my mind because most places that sell used cars wouldn’t have said a word. Was overall very satisfied with our experience. We found a car we liked on their website and were able to test drive it immediately after we arrived. Doug worked with us to get us the best deal. And even after we were approved by a bank, he went back and was able to use the credit score he pulled rather than what the bank pulled, which saved us money! And after the paper work was fully explained and signed, he made a phone call to an insurance representative to try to save us even more money! With our last car buying experience, they didnt do either of those. All the staff there was very friendly and treated us as if weve been there times before. We drove an hour to get there, but I would certainly recommend Mid-Towne Auto to our friends and family.

It was such a great experience working with Paul. He was patient, tentative and intelligent in providing answers to our questions and concerns. I would recommend checking out their inventory as I was very impressed with their selection as well! (Also, whoever they have detailing the vehicles, is fire. We went to 5 different lots and they were the cleanest.)UPDATE: I went through the recommended Ohio Insurance Alliance Group to insure my vehicle and ended up saving literally over $1,000 annually after bundling my home and auto(s). Darren over there is really polite and great to work with as well.

We purchased our vehicle on 12/31/2019, this is the 2nd SUV we bought from Mid-Towne Auto, a 2001 Isuzu Rodeo (our first purchase in 2007) with 52000 miles on it (low for being 6 years old) our credit wasnt so good back then, Jason helped helped us in every way he could to get us financed, not an easy task either, he worked on it not for a sale but to help us out, turned out to be the best car we owned ever, served us so long, brakes once, one set of tires and oil changes that was God sent when we gave it away it ran and drove like the day we got it. I have 4 kids and instead of dragging them all out with my wife to test drive vehicles they allowed me to drive it home (12-15 mile drive not a great distance) to get my wife’s approval. The staff was great and the paperwork was completed in a timely manner. I was out the door in about an hour after the test drive. I spent quite some time shopping for a quality used SUV, travelling from Centerville to Sharonville, so I can say without a doubt that I found the best vehicle for the lowest price, and dealt with the most upstanding sales staff youd hope to deal with when buying said used vehicle, at Mid-Towne Auto!I originally went to the Mid-Towne sales lot to look at a Ford Expedition that I had seen on their website. It unfortunately had just been sold the day before, but, I was told by Paul, the sales rep whom I met, that another Expy would be arriving in the next week or so. While I was on the lot, I noticed three very clean Chevy Suburbans sitting in a row-- now I want to mention right here that Paul did NOT harass or cajole me into looking at the Chevys-- yes, they were similar to what I was looking for, but I had told him I was in the market for a Ford, so he did not press his available inventory to make a quick sale. I left the lot, but returned the next day to check out one of these Suburbans, as I had not really considered the GM offerings before now; they were normally more expensive than the Fords. The particular one that caught my eye had very low mileage, and, in spite of its age (2008 model) was in nearly-new condition. The price was considerably more reasonable than most of the offerings I had been searching on the web, as well! Paul allowed me to drive the Suburban back to my house to see if it would even fit in my garage (18 ft long vehicle!), which it did(!), and offered to let me take it back home an additional time to show my wife for her consideration. In the meantime, I had visited several other dealerships to look at, and test drive, several other vehicles (GMC Yukon XL, a few rust-addled Expeditions, and another Suburban). All were newer in model years, but none were as dent-free and well-maintained, nor had less mileage, as the 08 Suburban LTZ at Mid-Towne Auto (see attached pics, and tell me that doesnt rival a new car)! I will simply add at this point, that the sales staffs of some local used car lots can take a lesson in professionalism and courtesy from Paul Johnson, the sales rep for my purchase! He was patient and helpful, never once attempting to press the sale of the vehicle on me. I am very glad to have made my purchase from Paul and the staff at Mid-Towne, and will start (and most likely complete) my next vehicle search with them!
Well. This is an interesting story. (With a happy ending.)I had some credit issues and had to voluntarily surrender a couple of cars. I needed to get into a moderately priced vehicle to start rebuilding my credit. So I figured, why not go for a car I actually LOVE? Thus...the Audi A4. My search took me all over the country, as I didnt just want any car. I wanted pearl white in pristine condition, a car that had been garage-kept, had reasonably low miles and wasnt torn up.Thats a BIG ask.The little beauty I found at Mid-Town was the first one I found and drove. That was a couple of months ago...at that time, I thought I preferred a black interior, and the other Audi 18 rims. Plus, the price was too high. So I kept looking.I landed on several others that appeared to be near perfect - all in other states. I paid a mechanic in VA to inspect the one I found there. That was money well spent, as the car was not only the wrong color (dealer told me it was Glacier White, but it was Ibis), but there were fault codes all over the place, and lights flashing when the car turned corners. Pass.There were several others, all far away, and they all had issues. And REALLY HIGH MILES. The one in Chicago had almost 150K miles. Yikes.I was about to give up when I received a price change alert on Car Gurus about that first one I drove. I went back to see it at Mid-Towne before I gave up my whole search. I was somehow surprised to see that it was exactly what I had been searching for - but somehow didnt recognize it the first time around. AND it was $1K cheaper. It has half the miles of all the others I looked at, and its truly in pristine condition. I took it to a mechanic and he found NO issues. No leaks, no codes, new brakes and tires, an all-around clean bill of health.Jason, the boss at Mid-Towne, is also the finance guy. And a damn good one. He fought for a good deal for me, and we shook hands. Hes a super nice guy, straightforward, no BS, and gets the job done. He delivers on what he promises, which is hard to find in the car business. He had no issue with me taking the car for a day to be inspected, as he was confident about this car - and he was right. Its perfect!The deal was easy and clean, and Im now the proud and very happy owner of a GORGEOUS Glacier White Metallic Audi A4 Premium Plus Quattro 2.0.THANK YOU JASON!!!!!!
Normally there is nothing enjoyable about buying a new car, except procuring the new car. Sales people hassle you, financing jargon thats difficult to understand, and that artificial kindness to get you to sign on that line.I think we all have experienced that, or something near to exact. Mid-Towne should be the standard in which all dealerships train their associates. Here is my experience.In 2004, I needed a more reliable and larger vehicle. I was a new mother and my small sedan wasnt nearly large enough to tote all that is needed for an infant. At the time, Gyler was the big dealership across the street from Mid-Towne. I went there as I was in love with the Aztecs. I stopped at Gyler to look at the fleet of Aztecs on their lot. I was met with rude associates, who refused not only to let me test drive the one I liked, but also refused to open the car so I could see inside better. I was astounded. Leaving their dealership angry and hurt, I noticed Mid-Towne had an Aztec. Stopping there I was met with kind and informative staff, and in short I bought the vehicle (financed).Fast forward, 2021 Mid-Towne now has a Highlander my husband and I are very interested in. My husband called to verify it was there, and we were on our way. We found the SUV on the lot and was met with a sales associate who was upbeat and kept it simple. Within 5 minutes of being on the lot, we were in the vehicle for a test drive.We were encouraged to take it on the highway, and there was no pressure, or the dreaded sales speech that starts as soon as you step foot on the lot. We loved the SUV, and immediately began the buying process upon our return to the lot after the test drive. We worked with Jason through the buying process. I should mention that we are a cash family. So getting a loan was not my idea of a good time. Yet, who enjoys signing on the dotted line to owe anyone or any institution money? So this is my first loan since....? You got it, 2004 for an Aztec from Mid-Towne.The entire staff is friendly, but one of my key take aways was every employee we encountered seemed to genuinely love their job. For me that speaks volumes about Mid-Towne and their treatment of not only their customers but their staff as well. When job satisfaction in this economy is about as likely as meeting Santa Claus or the Easter Bunny.Jason ensured we understood everything about the sale, no matter how many questions we asked he was happy to answer them. We left feeling confident in our decision, and with complete understanding of every step of the process.In the market for a great vehicle? Its at Mid-Towne. Going to finance a vehicle? Go to Mid-Towne where they try to save you money. (Yes, you read that right) If nothing else, go to Mid-Towne for a chance to see Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny, your highest odds are there. All cars very over priced and will sell car out from under u while getting financed. Wouldnt recommend then to any one. And to your reply if I was told that I needed to put a deposit down would of and yes ur cars as are over book price even with low miles. The mustang would of boomed at 10 to 11k . But with all thats going on in this world most used cars are 2500 over book cause alot of people buying used car. But have a good day .

Strait out I got ripped off. However it’s my fault for buying sight unseen and trusting the sales staff claiming the truck Was perfect. The car fax was clean but this vehicle was a rust bucket in sheep’s clothing. When I called them on it I got the run around. You already know how it ends. Never again.

Purchased a low mileage F-150. The truck was in great shape. Their price was fair however its always fun to try and get a bargain. KBB indicated that the price advertised was a good price. So not a lot of wiggle room there. However Jason did get me an extra $500 on my trade-in. Paperwork was relatively simple and we were out quicker then we expected. There excellent service continued even after we purchased the truck. Jason rocks!

The sales rep. was friendly and took all the time I needed to ask questions. The experience was very good. Every aspect of the transaction was fully explained. I drove 270 miles to pick up the car and it was ready for the trip back home. Car was clean, all fluids and tire pressure was taken care of so that I could drive it off the lot and to my house. Had a great experience with Jason buying our Acadia. We made three separate visits here before deciding to make a purchase and each time was hassle free with no pressure. This is not a huge car lot, but they have a great selection. I even saved money on insurance through there insurance agency partner which was a nice surprise. Would definitely recommend.

Ill start off by saying that Im very picky about certain things when it comes to buying cars. I will get back in my car and leave the moment a salesman starts being pushy and acts like they know more about what I want than I do. That being said, I knew right away that I was going to have a great experience as soon as I got out of my vehicle and the guys at Mid-Towne Auto Center didnt bull rush me with all kinds of car salesmen stuff. They were extremely professional yet there was a very relaxed feel at the dealership that went a long way with me. They were very prompt with returning questions via text and were not pushy at all. Thanks, guys!Other than that, the thing that impressed me the most was the quality of the vehicles they were selling. A quick look around the lot was all it took to see that they picked some of the finest used vehicles from around the country to sell to the public. There were many makes and models to chose from which makes it likely that they have something there for everyone.I can honestly say that my experience with Mid-Towne Auto Center was by far the best car buying experience that Ive ever had, hands down. My family had the best experience at Mid-Towne Auto Center. We purchased a 2014 Beetle for my daughter and worked with Paul and Doug. They answered every question with zero sales pressure and made every step easy for us.We had our VW dealer do an inspection before we purchased car and it all checked out fine. Five days post purchase, the check engine light came on and it was a leak detection pump not working.I emailed Paul to let him know what had happened and he replied with a generous offering to cover half of the bill. This was above and beyond what they needed to do but they cared about our experience beingpositive. Amazing gesture by them.We will definitely use them again and highly recommend.
Had Derek as a salesman who was outstanding, not pushy, and professional. Had the opportunity to talk to the entire sales staff after the sale and had a great time conversing. What a down to earth group of folks they all were. If you need a car look no further they are honestly the best group of folks you would ever want to buy a car from. 5 Stars across the board for this dealership and personnel.
My wife and I absolutely love this place. Such a great environment and wonderful customer service. They dont try to BS around and get your money. They tell you flat out whats their lowest price and try to give you the best deal that they can offer. Derek was a great person to work with and I highly recommend him to anybody. Theyre not pushy and allow you to take your time while viewing their inventory. They also try to answer any and all questions to the best of their ability and figure it out if they dont know the answer off hand. Overall, a great experience working with them and if ever we want to purchase a vehicle again, well definitely check them out first.
My wife and I have driven past this car lot multiple times and seen nothing but quality looking vehicles. We decided to stop in and look at a couple cars we looked at on their website. Doug Bieller met us out on the lot and asked what brought us in today. We told him we just wanted to look at a couple vehicles we’ve seen on the web page. He showed us the vehicles and set them both up for us to test drive. After driving both cars my wife and I were wanting to talk more about the Chrysler. Doug talked with us and explained the steps we could take to get the ball rolling on setting up getting a lender approval and within minutes we had our approval and the papers signed. The whole process was easy and was like buying off a family member. Doug explained our options and just wanted us to be fully aware of those options and we never felt like we were being sold anything. He was just giving us our options and he allowed us to make our decisions. No hassle process and we will definitely look here first for our next car purchase.

Salesman was very friendly and helpful, but not too pushy. This lot has not junk on it, every car on the lot is super clean and reasonable priced. The finance guy, Jason, was a little pushy trying to get me to buy an extended warranty, insurance, ect. Overall, I would definitely buy from them again.

Top quality vehicles with good clear prices. No pressure sales staff and no-nonsense purchase. I was in and out in an hour and a half, most car lots will keep you all day. This is our second vehicle bought at MTAC, and we will buy our next one here as well.
I like the dealership but before you buy make sure you check the vehicles value on Kelly blue book before buying anything because this dealership seem to put a very high price on a vehicles and if you look at cargurus it will say there is a lot of overpriced vehicles. Just make sure you know exactly the value of whatever car your buying because most of their vehicles are overpriced...Don’t get scammed. But everyone was pretty nice and good service.
A terrific experience! Our Salesman Doug was the best. Knowledgeable, no high pressure and honest. I got a beautiful car at a fair and great price. One other thing the sales office is immaculate and beautifully decorated. I thought if the office was so clean and nice the cars must be also!
