I had an appointment at 10am to look at a Honda Odyssey, drove over an hour to the dealership. When I arrived I found they had left the sunroof open and the interior of the van was soaking wet with puddles. When I went inside I was greeted by a gentleman and when I explained to him what had happened and how I was going to be a cash buyer his response was “well what would you like me to do about it?” Then the other gentleman said they would dry it for me and I could wait. I refused, it was no ruined. They basically said things happen, too bad. I will never ever return nor will I recommend it to anyone I know. Buyers beware!!!!

This is my 2nd car I have bought at Saccucci Honda, which is a first for me using the same dealer, sales team is easy to work with and Gary our salesmen worked with us at our pace. I especially appreciate I only worked with Gary for the sale and did not have to meet with a manager to go over the deal. New this time is they have a dedicated tech to explain the cars features and set up any features to my preference, nice touch. Charlie (Golden retriever) and Stella (French bulldog) are there on Saturdays and helped seal the deal.

Went to test drive a car that I had seen online. I walked in and was greeted and the staff was super friendly! Shannon was the sweetest and Charlie the golden retriever was the highlight of my day. It was a very calm, clean, and relaxed environment and I didnt feel like I was being tricked or persuaded into putting down money or anything. Car sales usually has a bad rep for that, and this was the complete opposite. Very professional and kind. Definitely keeping them in mind when I go to trade in my car. Thank you Saccucci!

I test drove an HR-V here the other day and had an awesome experience. My salesman (Jace) was super knowledgeable and patient. He walked me through all of the new features on this years cars and clearly knew what he was talking about. He recognized what I wanted to know about and went over it in detail and with obviously deep understanding. I would definitely recommend Saccucci and Jace to anyone in the market!

Purchased a Hondacare extended warranty from these folks few years ago. Extremely competitive pricing. No one locally (Im about 1000 miles away) could touch their pricing. Earlier this month the Honda got sold. Reached out to Sacuuci to find out how to cancel the plan. Was given instructions. Faxed in completed the form. Received acknowledgement next day and check within 10 calendar days. Impressive! Will definitely be my first choice if I buy another Honda in the future.

I recently moved from out of state, looking for a commuter car in a huge hurry to get to work. One of the sales reps, Jace, was super helpful in explaining different options for new sedans. Unfortunately my preferred option, a ‘22 civic wasn’t in stock. Ended up driving to Greico and getting the car there, but only because they had one available to drive off the lot. My experience at Saccuci was WAY better, and if only I could have waited to take delivery I’d much rather do business with them. No hard sell, no having to ask for a quote three times, no misleading online inventory to get me through the door, clear explanation of cost, models, availability, trims, etc.. and competitive pricing without the haggling and runaround. Will buy here instead next time, five stars!

Worked with Anthony Awad as my service advisor in addressing an intermittent loss of power in my 2007 Honda. Anthony and his technician isolated it to the valves which over the miles, had moved from their optimum location. As part of the diagnostics, Anthony found unrelated issues that should be addressed in time and provided a written summary of each. The car is running great, just put over 100 miles on it. Yesterday I was just going to take my Honda Fit in for a recall (that was at no cost to me) when I saw a beautiful new Honda on the showroom room floor. I took a look and fell 😍. No one was around so I couldn’t ask about it till later when I picked my Fit up. My mind kept on going back and forth with wanting to trade in my vehicle for this beauty so I said to myself that it doesn’t hurt to ask. My salesman Gary had been in the business for over 45 years thank God because anyone that had the patience he had had to be well experienced with me! I’m not a easy person to sell a car to and having been in the automobile industry for years myself I don’t trust salesmen. I said to Gary I don’t want to see how many mirrors are in the car I just want to get a trade-in price towards that vehicle I picked out. He was unbelievably good natured and very informative and soft spoken. I was no angel that’s for sure..on the fence as usual. Gary set me straight with top dollar for my trade, Guess who went home the same day with a new car? I felt like a 👑 when I walked up to the car and was treated just like one when Dylan went over the electronics with me. There are two young men Dylan and of course I cannot remember the other young mans name. Then there was Stephanie queen of the financing! I know I am babbling but I cannot help myself. August 31, 2021Saccucci ReviewI bought a new, 2021 Honda Clarity Plug-in Hybrid from Saccucci Honda in Middletown, RI. Being new to hybrid vehicles, from the beginning when I walked through the door and asked to talk to someone knowledgeable about plug-in hybrids, I felt comfortable dealing with the Pre-owned Vehicle Sales Manager, Casey Martin. For the past 3 years, Casey has been driving the type of car I was looking to buy. He was honest and forthcoming about the pros and cons from his experience. I place a lot of value on dealing with companies and people that are trustworthy, technically knowledgeable and competent, and that provide high quality customer service, especially on big ticket items.When I asked Casey to put some numbers together regarding the total cost of the vehicle, the value of my trade-in, and the bottom line, I was extremely surprised to see that Saccucci was passing on to me a $5,000 Honda incentive discount off the MSRP for my new Clarity. That discount never came up in my dealings with other dealerships as I was pricing the very same car with other dealers in RI and MA. All other dealers were asking for the MSRP of $34,790 or close to it.Once I decided I wanted to buy the Clarity, there were a few hurdles to overcome. First, Casey needed to locate a Clarity from another dealer. Saccucci had sold their last one. Within a day he found one.From that point, the Saccucci team was very helpful facilitating the delivery and registration process, complicated by the need to schedule appointments to do in-person business in the MA RMV. Saccucci normally takes care of the registration process, but I wanted to get my new “EV” plate ASAP, which can take up to 2-3 weeks. Once a next-business-day appointment was scheduled, they made it happen covering for staff vacations, time off, etc.. Special thanks to Pat McLaughlin and Shannon, sales consultants, Stephanie, Kellyann, and other back-office staff. Amazing experience. I went to another Honda dealer and the salesman there was absolutely horrible. So i walked out of that dealership quick. I went home looked the inventory saw the car I wanted. I walked into this dealership and was welcomed as soon as I walked through the door and was informed of who my salesman was going to be which ended up being Jace Ford No one pressured me no one came up to me they left me alone while I was shopping. When I found the car I wanted I let Jace know that I was ready to work numbers and come to find out he got us an amazing deal at the end of the day. So if you’re in the market for a new Honda go to Saccucci Honda and ask for Jace, tell him I referred you. I have been searching for a Honda Civic Type R for several months, I had very specific requirements for color, year and condition of the car. Then finally I found it under Saccucci Hondas inventory. I got in touch with them via online inquiry system, and within minutes I got responses from their online sale team about the pricing, condition and all other questions that I had. They were extremely responsive, so I decided to fly over from MD to RI to purchased the vehicle the next morning. Casey was the manager that picked me up from the airport, he was a friendly and knowledgeable gentleman that made the sales experience extremely quick and efficient. Price was very transparent and service was 5 stars. Moreover, their after sales service was also extraordinary. I got follow up messages the next day asking how was the car, since I had to drive it back from RI to MD. Overall the team at Saccucci Honda was by far the best car sales that I have every encountered, STRONGLY recommeneded!!! 5 stars!

Wow - I am still marveling at how great this place was (not at all like the normal dealerships!!) We had been to two other dealerships earlier (past two weeks), and they were horrible (Greico Honda in particular). We drove over 85 mile to see a car at Saccucci Honda, and what a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE!Due to the long drive, we asked if they would take a deposit to hold the car, and Pat at Saccucci did it! Greico Honda would not do that (and Greico sold 2 cars right under our noses, after driving 67 miles to their dealership - showing us a car, and while we were viewing it, sent another group to look at it while we were on the way back from looking at it - our salesperson took too long to park his vehicle after driving us back from looking at it at the body shop, and the other salesperson raced down with his client in a faster/nimble golf cart, beating us back to the showroom, and inking the deal = Greico is not a place we ever would want to deal with again). In any case, we are very happy to have come to Saccucci, and we met the salesperson Pat, -- he is sincerely the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. He is low-pressure, knowledgeable, and really works with the customer. We were getting a car for my son Nick, who is 20 years old, and new to the process, and he made Nick feel totally welcome, and really helped him out. They carefully walk you through the process, and it is a great place for a new/young buyer, for the elderly (we saw lots of elderly folks there), and for anyone that wants a nice low-pressure great deal on a very nice car.DEALER: What a great atmosphere at this place! The owner Cora is a very sweet 94 year old lady, and sets the atmosphere for this place. There is a very cute older dog Sadie who hangs out and loves to be scratched, and lovingly wags her tail if you acknowledge her. Cookies for snacks, and water/coffee too.STAFF: Amazing! Nicole was super with a lot of the upfront stuff. And Jessica was amazing with the financial paperwork stuff! And Pat was the best salesperson we ever dealt with (car dealer and otherwise) - they should clone him! And my kids phone was dying, but needed it to work for the very long drive home (for the GPS), and Pat gave him his iPhone charger. He is amazing. A++++DEALS: We drove 85 miles each way, to get this deal. It was a fully certified used Honda Accord LX, and it was thousands less than anything certified in Massachusetts. Great prep work too. And the financing special they had was a 1.49% for 36 months set up.So we HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place. Back in the 80s, I used to work as a Service Advisor in several MA dealers, so I know a bit about the business. And now I in high-tech working as a Manager of Contracts, so I deal with suppliers, sales people, and lots of different personalities. Ive used Saccucci Honda for 3 extended Honda Care warranties on each of my Hondas. Even though I live and purchased each vehicle in VA- I found Saccucci had some of best pricing when compared to my local dealers. They also made it very easy and hassle free to compare quotes/plans online. This is the 6th car myself and my family have bought off of them. I was looking for a used car, and ended up test driving 3 vehicles last week. David was knowledgeable and the thing that I loved the most was that he was NOT PUSHY. When I said that I was still looking and comparing, he gave me his card and let me call him. He didn’t harass me. The whole experience was professional, David even called my insurance company for me so I didn’t have to, texted me a picture of the fees for the car, and helped me set up my phone with my new car. I did find a vehicle for a cheaper price somewhere else, but I felt more comfortable coming to Saccuci. They simply were more professional. I love my new car. I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle. The experience was seamless and clear, as well as quick. Upon picking up the vehicles plates about a month after purchase a small mechanical issue was discovered, since I live out of state it couldn’t be fixed until about 6 weeks later. They scheduled an appointment and fixed it at no cost to me - this was stellar customer service as I suspect many other dealers would’ve taken the opportunity to charge for this. The communication was great with the entire staff throughout the last few months and I would not hesitate to recommend them/return for my next vehicle when the time comes.

If you’re looking for a little bit of kindness or compassion in these tough times where people could really use a small discount of $250-$500 on a vehicle, You will not get it from this dealership! They are not willing to negotiate or withhold any additional fees whatsoever. They won’t cut you a break they won’t meet you in the middle they will not give you a counter offer . If you’re looking for no mercy this is the place to be. I bought a used Honda Pilot in January of 2016. I live in CT but I saw the car online and purchased it. I had purchased an after market warranty at the same time..it expired in August, of course. I haven’t been back to Saccucci since and yet they have spent numerous hours trying to help me get the issues resolved. I can’t say enough about Casey and his coworkers who have spent so much time with me knowing it’s unlikely I’d drive to Rhode Island to get another car. At a time when the world is upside down it’s really nice to have someone in my corner.

He was very professional and helped us through the process in an efficient manner. He went above and beyond with customer service. We currently own a 2017 CRV which we purchased from a dealership in Massachusetts. The Mass dealer did not adequately inform us of the many tech features of the SUV, As a result we were not aware of the SUVs capabilities. I didnt want to feel ripped off on a Honda Care Contract from my local dealer so I did an Internet search and Saccucci was recommended. They dont make much money on these contracts and that seemed clear by the far lower price they offered on a 8year/120K $0 deductible Honda Care contract on my new 2019 Honda Insight. I paid it via PayPal, emailed them my VIN and mileage, and they processed it right away. I should have my welcome packet in 3-4 weeks. Ill update the review if anything goes wrong but so far Im quite happy to have found a source for reasonably priced Honda Care Vehicle Service Contracts. The 2019 Honda Insight is a great car by the way (see photo of mine).

Purchased a new 2020 CRV from a dealership in LA. Excellent transaction but the dealer wanted to more than double the price of the extended warranty that Saccucci Honda was charging online. So I politely declined it and bought a better warranty (7/120k ) from Saccucci Honda and it was smooth, flawless and easy! Highly recommend. I recently purchased a Civic Hatch Sport Touring and I absolutely love it. We had done our research and made an appointment at Saccucci to see the car. We had a time issue and Mr. Bill Mitchell came in early to accommodate us. The whole experience was fantastic. We were able to test drive the car immediately and got right to business. There was absolutely no “bs”, no hard sell, and no wasted time. Mr. Mitchell offered a great price for the car right off the bat and a great price for my trade-in. I recently purchased a new Honda in California and I needed Honda Care for the vehicle. I was referred to this dealership for online purchasing. I was impressed with the speed of their response and had the Honda Care purchased while sitting on my phone -- while I was waiting for the finance folks to complete my purchase! The next morning, I had a written invoice and the application that had already been submitted to Honda. I can only imagine that their business model is a volume business and although sometimes that can lead to poor customer experience, I had a very painless experience! Absolutely the best car buying experience! My husband and I went to four other dealers in the area, but decided to stick with Honda because of the low stress, no hassle environment. Our salesman, Bill, was great to work with. He educated us on the leasing process, and was available to answer all of our questions. So I called around 2 to see when they closed, they said 5. No one said anything about making an appointment, so when I got out at 3 from work I made my way there. Then they said they could get me done cause I didn’t have a appointment, then I said you guys don’t have take walk-ins? They avoided the question. I work in sales I know they can’t say no to a walk in. Then the lady at the service desk said that all the tech leave at 430 it was 4:00 when she told me that. She didn’t have anything to say after that. But lucky one of the service advisor knew me cause I help him out on getting tires. He gladly help and said there was a tech available to do an oil change and rotate. This would have been a 1 star review only cause I can’t do 0 stars but the service advisor made it to a 2 star. All I have to say is thank you to the service advisor for doing there job

I had the AC in my car stop working after moving from Wisconsin. I was frustrated because I had just paid off the lease balance not two months prior to this happening. Jason Poston helped me through the whole process. He was very knowledgeable about how the service department diagnoses this issue, and he was empathetic and compassionate. Not only did they diagnose the problem quickly, but the service department had the part in stock and fixed my car overnight. That way I avoided making another appointment. I will absolutely keep Saccucci as my Honda dealer and service department going forward!Update:All I can say is WOW (in the best way) about my recent experience with their service department and collision center.My family moved to Rhode Island in October after living my whole life in the upper Midwest. I found out about Saccucci Honda because I drove by it on the way to my parents house in Middletown.Jason Poston in your service department is a huge asset to the dealership. He has helped me with numerous things from day one, including things like spilled soda making the parking brake sticky to putting on my RI plates to inspecting the underside of the car when I drove over a curb recently.While I was there to get the underside of the car looked at I showed him some damage to the bumper from when a F150 had recently hit my parked car. I had been planning to take it to Quonset because they’re like 1/4 mile from where I live, but when I was in the service department Jason grabbed Michaela from the collision center and showed her the damage. I was dubious that they could repair it just by refinishing the bumper, and so she looked it over. I didn’t notice at all, but Michaela immediately saw that the trunk alignment was off. She reminded me that I’m able to take it anywhere I choose for the repair, so I cancelled my appointment with Quonset.Within a couple weeks they were able to get my car in for repair, and I had a lovely CRV to drive while it was fixed.I dropped my car off on Monday morning, and on Friday I got an email from her that my car was ready. But after that I got a call from USAA saying they found more damage and had to do another inspection. I was so confused! I called Michaela, and she immediately straightened me out. It really was ready. USAA just took their time calling me (they’d been out days prior).It’s a 2017 Civic, so I was SO pleased to see that my car looks good as new. And the inside and outside were beautifully detailed. I was so happy with my experience that I will continue going to Saccucci for all my needs even though my parents moved off the island and it’s a 40 minute drive each way. They’re just that good!

Two months ago I leased for the first time a 2020 Honda CRV Touring vehicle. This was a new experience. The reviews I had read proved to be absolutely correct. I even met a lady at the market who I stopped to ask her experience when I noticed she had the Succucci emblem on her car. She had gotten 3 prior vehicles from Saccucci and had nothing but good things to say. Everyone there makes you feel welcome. Our salesman David Fontaine helped us out tremendously. He was very professional, knowledgeable, kind and answered all our questions. He was not pushy at all. This is a big factor to me. Dislike pressure salespeople. He also said that if I needed any help in the future he would be happy to help. I also like that its a family owned business, closed on Sundays. Family and friends are very important to them. I named my beautiful platinum pearl white car CORA PEARL after the matriarch, Mrs. Saccucci. She built a successful family car dealership. Shes a beauty! I am very happy so far and would recommend Saccuccis very highly.

Purchased a new 2020 CRV in TN from a fantastic Honda dealer who always sells at a great price and has excellent customer service. I did opt for the 10/100K extended warranty but felt that I over paid. That night I went to the internet and found a few Honda forums talking about Saccucci Honda as a place to purchase extended warranties for the best price and they were right. They quoted me a 8/120K warranty with zero deductible for $2K cheaper then what I paid at my local dealer. The next day I went back and cancelled with my dealer and immediately purchased from Saccucci Honda. The process was so easy and the transaction excellent! I didnt have to speak to anyone, it was all handled electronically. Thank you Saccucci Honda!

I cannot speak highly enough about Saccucci Honda. As a recent college grad, I had the sudden cost of purchasing a car for the first time this week that I was NOT expecting, so when I arrived at Saccucci in full on tears, I was in need of feeling comfortable and learning about the car buying experience. David was absolutely awesome. He calmed me down, was SO straight forward and honest, and helped me drive away with a brand new car, something I did not think would be an option. I even shopped at another dealership after, just to educate myself, and was quoted over double was Dave quoted me for the same vehicle; the best part of my experience was NOT being taken advantage of from the get-go, which is what was most important to me as a young female. Sales person was straightforward. Service seemed nice, but had problems with my car afterward. Brought my car in for a recall of battery sensor and state inspection. A little over a week later, my car wouldnt start. Brought back to Saccucci after I had to jump start my car. They said they had tested the battery and it was fine and the issue was some corrosion on the battery. Not sure why they didnt clean that off when they tested the battery, but they charged me a fee and said it should be fine. Two weeks later, same predicament. Car wont start. Went elsewhere, changed the battery and has been fine since. Simple problem and they couldnt manage it. Otherwise, really like the Honda brand, good value vehicle. However, the service department needs better training.

Let me make this as short as possible. I moved from out of state and needed an oil change and a spark plug replacement. Im used to my dealership service center being able to see me same day.Interaction #1: I had a day off work so I stopped in around 9am on a Saturday morning. Parked the car and walked inside the service center. I was met with an aggressive attitude about how there is just no way to get any service done without an appointment. I asked about oil only as that really needed to be changed. He said no, appointment only.Interaction #2: I went to the website to call and make an appointment but I could not find the service number on the site so I entered in my information into their online system. It was quite clear what I needed done, oil change and spark plugs and requested a specific day, over a week away.Interaction #3: I received a voicemail from a guy named Matt asking me to call him back on his direct line to talk about my service request. I tried calling and left him a voicemail.Interaction #4: I called the main line and transferred to the service center where they were unable to find any information on me. I said that was weird because a guy named Matt called me and wanted to discuss my service request that I entered on their website. They were unable to make my appointment for the day I requested because You did not provide us enough time, we need at least 2-3 days. I replied that in fact I had made the request well over a week ago on their website and Matt had called. Having no other option, I took the next available appointment.Interaction #5: I called to cancel my appointment the next day because I found a competing service center in Providence that can see me same day and was hassle free over the phone. Prior to me being able to cancel I was immediately met with please hold. After a short wait, the representative had trouble finding my appointment and didnt ask why I was canceling - thus leading me to want to post my experience.I wish Saccucci Honda luck but strongly suggest they take a look at how they treat new customers to the area. I have expectations based on my previous experiences, as everyone does. I suggest that they please keep that in mind. Also, I noticed the hours every single day end at 5pm. That is very early. Where I came from it was 7pm on week days. I understand that this may be a smaller community but not by much. Perhaps a day or two per week you could extend service hours to accommodate those of us who also work during the week.

Contacted this dealership via email to make a deal on an Odyssey. Sales lady named Barbara became belligerent when we asked if they could beat a price from Lundgren Honda. We called and expressed our concern that her wording was so inconsiderate for a prospective buyer (we were polite the whole time). She asked if we wanted to speak to her manager. After a long wait, we heard the manger say in a muffled tone, “Do you want me to make him feel better?” (To Barbara) and then he answered, “Hello?”. We promptly told him we would take our money elsewhere. Unbelievable.

Last minute I decided to test drive a new Honda HRV because my lease was coming up in a month. Because of the current situation with the virus only the managers were working. Have returned this day to Saccucci Honda for my 2000 Honda S2000s annual check-up. Last year, the car needed a new clutch & pressure plate plus other items. Sammy the S2000 ran like new since. After 6 months in hibernation, my beloved S200 literally jumped out of its storage spot. This vehicle is just a fun drive and drives well because of the folks at Saccucci Honda.Upon my first observation, the staff is the same as a year ago; all friendly faces. The Service Manager, technician and service personnel are the same. That is a very positive reflection on excellent management. I just purchased an extended factory warranty from Saccucci Honda for a recently acquired Honda Accord. The quotation for the warranty was made online and the purchase was conducted via a phone call. I was charged 2695 by my local dealer for the extended warranty on my new honda. I later found out that Saccucci sold the same service contract for about 1k. The switch was a no brainer and their online application took about 5 mins. I wish more people new about their extended warranties but Im sure there are customers still being ripped off by their local honda dealers.

I bought my Odyssey 2018 extended warranty online with Saccucci Honda.No hassle online quote. Pay online and got the care plan after one day in email. Now waiting for actual packet from Honda which could take few more days.I just gave minimum details without car VIN and wrong phone number, got the quote in email next minute. I usually hesitate to give my correct phone online.I read lot of reviews online which increased my confidence in Saccucci, and then was comfortable to pay online and wait for the process to complete.
