Dr.Christine is very thorough and is lovely to work with. I was concerned about my tinnitus and if I’ve suffered any hearing loss. She explained all the tests and what their outcomes represent. I’m fortunate that my hearing is within normal range for my age and she gave me tips to help with the tinnitus. Even if you think your hearing is fine, please get an evaluation. It’s quick and painless! I will see her again in a year to make sure my hearing stays in top top shape.Dr.Christine is wonderful! As is her office manager Delores, who was so sweet when booking my appointment and when I registered today as a new patient.

Delouri and Dr. Christine Stoklosa are both wonderful, very personable and knowledgeable. Dr. Stoklosa takes her time to answer and explain all of my questions. Also, the waiting area and the office is very clean looking.

When I called with questions, they were very friendly and helpful with the details of setting up an appointment. I was able to bring my father in for a hearing test and figure out what he needed to get to help him to hear better. I happen to see the storefront, visiting another business in the center. I walked in to inquire and ended up making an appointment. The atmosphere is so inviting and calming. I am very impressed with the way my situation was handled. I have no doubt that patient well being is the prime directive of the company and the staff. The receptionist is courteous and professional. I had already been helped by her on the phone, as I live rather far away and did not want to waste a trip. My friends hearing aid was not working. She advised me I neednt bring him in, I could just bring the hearing aid. The hearing aid had not been purchased there.Dr. Christine Stoklosa not only quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem at minimal cost, she also shared information about how my friend (who has very little income) may qualify for a program enabling him to obtain free hearing aids through the Starkey company. I definitely recommend Advanced Audiology of NY and Dr. Stoklosa to anyone considering seeing an audiologist.
