Called re a furnace going out. A week and 1 day, still havent gotten a returned call. Bought a new system from a different vendor.

Tried to bill for a part that they obviously did not replace technician tried to wrestle it from my hands when I confronted him about it owner laughed about charging for parts not installed, total crooks.
